Abstract
有机硅疏水喷液是解决飞机体表不结冰的一项产品。它的组成内容:置换树脂合液100克(以它为基数)、高温地蜡合液76克,抗静电合液16克、丙酮60克,然后通过金属筛网过滤,即得无色透明的有机硅疏水喷液。关于它的功能:如荷叶疏水效果可达99.5%,透明度可达90%以上,比较耐摩擦、在高气温60℃,低气温-20℃不脱落、不老化。

技术领域
本发明属于航空领域,防止飞机体表结冰而研制的,当飞机体表淋上雨水时,水呈水珠状滚走了,荷叶疏水效果,从而使飞机平安降落,维护了人民的生命财产安全。
背景技术
为了防止飞机体表结冰,国家正在着手研究设置风洞,用空气动力学来解决疏水,我所研究的是从化学角度考虑,制成一种疏水喷液,喷在飞机体表,达到荷叶疏水效果。但本产品也可作风洞研究的辅助材料。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,在于提供一种有机硅疏水喷液,起到荷叶疏水效果。疏水可达99.5%,透明度可达90%以上,关于摩擦,用软巾来回擦拭,不脱落,不起痕,但不宜过度用力,在高温60℃,低温-20℃时,不脱落、不老化。
具体实施方式
1、首先取置换树脂合液100克,搅拌中加入高温地蜡合液,立即盖严,让其反应1分钟;
2、取抗静电合液16克,边搅拌边加入上述液中,盖严,让反应1分钟;
3、取丙酮60克,加入上述液中,拌后盖严,反应5分钟;
4、用200目的金属筛网过滤,即得无色透明的有机硅疏水喷液。
Claims (1)
1.一种有机硅疏水喷液,其特征在于其中三个主要成份:置换树脂合液、高温地蜡合液、抗静电合液,其中:
置换树脂合液:是将有机硅玻璃树脂中的乙醇和水挥发去,而以丙酮为稀释剂;
高温地蜡合液:是将地蜡置于高温中熬炼数小时,通过过滤,急速冷凝,然后配上乙醚;
抗静电合液:是将抗静电母粒,配上蒸馏水,在搅拌中加进石油醚,
具体制备方法为:
(1)、首先取置换树脂合液100克,搅拌中加入高温地蜡合液,立即盖严,让其反应1分钟;
(2)、取抗静电合液16克,边搅拌边加入上述液中,盖严,让反应1分钟;
(3)、取丙酮60克,加入上述液中,拌后盖严,反应5分钟;
(4)、用200目的金属筛网过滤,即得无色透明的有机硅疏水喷液。
