Abstract

本发明公开了一种硅胶瓶盖，它包括有一硅胶材质的盖体，盖体下端呈扩口状，盖体内侧成型有两条以上的环状密封筋条，密封筋条与瓶子的瓶口部外侧的螺纹咬合在一起。由于其整体为硅胶材质，而硅胶材质具有柔软，弹性好的特点，使用时只需直接将瓶盖对准瓶口按下即可完成对瓶子内液体的密封，另外，成型于盖体内侧的环状密封筋条又可与瓶口部外侧的螺纹咬合在一起，不仅使得瓶盖不会轻易脱落，而且进一步增强了密封效果；需要取下瓶盖时，只需将盖体下端外翻同时向上用力，即可使瓶盖与瓶子脱离接触，使用非常方便。

一种硅胶瓶盖
技术领域：
本发明涉及日常生活用品技术领域，具体地说是涉及一种与瓶子配合使用的瓶盖。
背景技术：
瓶子是日常生活中最常见的容器之一，瓶子的材质一般为玻璃或塑料，为方便倒入或倒出其内的液体，瓶子的瓶口部需要与瓶盖配合。图1和图2所示为一种传统的瓶子和瓶盖连接结构，其中，瓶盖01由盖体011和密封片012构成，盖体011和密封片012皆为金属材质，使用时，密封片012盖住瓶子100的开口部，盖体011则与瓶口外侧螺纹配合，并将密封片012卡合在盖体011内。显然，这种结构的瓶盖使用颇为不便，而且密封效果也不理想，有必要予以改进。
发明内容：
本发明的目的就在于针对现有技术存在的不足之处而提供一种硅胶瓶盖，它具有结构简单紧凑、使用方便、密封效果好的特点。
为实现上述目的，本发明的一种硅胶瓶盖包括有一硅胶材质的盖体，盖体下端呈扩口状，盖体内侧成型有两条以上的环状密封筋条，密封筋条与瓶子的瓶口部外侧的螺纹咬合在一起。
作为上述技术方案的优选，所述的盖体下端成型有向外翻折的裙边。
作为上述技术方案的优选，所述的裙边呈波浪状。
作为上述技术方案的优选，所述的盖体内侧的各密封筋条相互平行。
作为上述技术方案的优选，所述的盖体顶部为封闭状。
作为上述技术方案的优选，所述的盖体顶部开设有闭合的插入部。
作为上述技术方案的优选，所述的盖体顶部开设有镂空的图案状通孔。
本发明的有益效果在于：由于其整体为硅胶材质，而硅胶材质具有柔软，弹性好的特点，使用时只需直接将瓶盖对准瓶口按下即可完成对瓶子内液体的密封，另外，成型于盖体内侧的环状密封筋条又可与瓶口部外侧的螺纹咬合在一起，不仅使得瓶盖不会轻易脱落，而且进一步增强了密封效果；需要取下瓶盖时，只需将盖体下端外翻同时向上用力，即可使瓶盖与瓶子脱离接触，使用非常方便。

具体实施方式：
见图3至图6所示：本发明的硅胶瓶盖包括有一硅胶材质的盖体10，盖体10整体呈圆柱状，其下端成型有向外翻折的裙边12而呈扩口状，以方便盖体10套合到瓶子100的瓶口上。裙边12为波浪状，使用者在取下瓶盖时，只需抓住裙边12向外和向上用力，即可方便地将瓶盖从瓶子100的瓶口处取下。
盖体10内侧成型有两条以上平行环状密封筋条11，密封筋条11与瓶子100的瓶口部外侧的螺纹101咬合在一起。由于硅胶材料的特性，使得盖体10可紧紧包覆住瓶口，即使将瓶子100倒置并用力甩动，瓶子100内的液体也不会渗出。
对于饮料类瓶子，盖体10顶部可开设闭合的插入部13，见图3所示：插入部13为十字状，当吸管未插入时，插入部13呈闭合状，瓶子100内的饮料不会漏出。
另外，盖体10顶部也可开设镂空的图案状通孔14，这种结构适合一些花草养殖的瓶子，使用起来也非常方便。

Claims (7)

1.一种硅胶瓶盖，其特征在于：包括有一硅胶材质的盖体(10)，盖体(10)下端呈扩口状，盖体(10)内侧成型有两条以上的环状密封筋条(11)，密封筋条(11)与瓶子(100)的瓶口部外侧的螺纹(101)咬合在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硅胶瓶盖，其特征在于：所述的盖体(10)下端成型有向外翻折的裙边(12)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的硅胶瓶盖，其特征在于：所述的的裙边(12)呈波浪状。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的硅胶瓶盖，其特征在于：所述的盖体(10)内侧的各密封筋条(11)相互平行。
5.根据权利要求4所述的硅胶瓶盖，其特征在于：所述的盖体(10)顶部为封闭状。
6.根据权利要求4所述的硅胶瓶盖，其特征在于：所述的盖体(10)顶部开设有闭合的插入部(13)。
7.根据权利要求4所述的硅胶瓶盖，其特征在于：所述的盖体(10)顶部开设有镂空的图案状通孔(14)。
