本发明涉及提供一种微型指掌骨接骨板,包括一条形钢板和两个弧形钢板,所述弧形钢板分别位于条形钢板的两端,在条形钢板的长度方向上交错分布若干个条状凸起部,在所述弧形钢板上各分布两通孔,所述通孔由加压孔和螺纹孔部分交叠组成,所述加压孔无螺纹。本发明提供的微型指掌骨接骨板结构简单、安全性高,适合临床需求,表面采用弧形设计,增强抗弯能力,通过设置条状凸起部,可是防止接骨板发生位移,同时使接骨板的螺纹孔的强度大大提高,在使用时能使锁定螺钉快速拧入,能够达到更牢固地连接骨头的目的,使骨折更容易愈合。

一种微型指掌骨接骨板
技术领域
本发明属于一种骨科医疗器械,具体涉及一种微型指掌骨接骨板。
背景技术
指、掌骨骨折是手外伤中常见的骨折类型,手术内固定治疗可恢复其良好解剖对位并促进其早期活动,恢复手的功能。传统指、掌骨骨折使用直型钢板进行骨折固定,在指、掌骨底部和小头部固定困难,且抗骨折端移位能力差,无法达到指、掌骨骨折牢固固定的目的,此外,安装螺钉需要较长的时间且容易松动。因此,针对上述出现的问题,就需要一种解决的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种微型指掌骨接骨板,以克服现有钢板结构的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种微型指掌骨接骨板,包括一条形钢板和两个弧形钢板,所述弧形钢板分别位于条形钢板的两端,在条形钢板的长度方向上交错分布若干个条状凸起部,在所述弧形钢板上各分布两通孔,所述通孔由加压孔和螺纹孔部分交叠组成,所述加压孔无螺纹。
优选的,所述条形钢板的横截面为弧形。
优选的,所述加压孔为圆形或条形。
优选的,所述加压孔呈倒锥形。
优选的,所述条形钢板上设有定位孔。
优选的,所述条形钢板由纯钛材料制成。
优选的,所述弧形钢板由不锈钢材料制成。
本发明提供的微型指掌骨接骨板结构简单、安全性高,适合临床需求,表面采用弧形设计,增强抗弯能力,通过设置条状凸起部,可是防止接骨板发生位移,同时使接骨板的螺纹孔的强度大大提高,在使用时能使锁定螺钉快速拧入,能够达到更牢固地连接骨头的目的,使骨折更容易愈合。

如图1所示,提供一种微型指掌骨接骨板,包括一条形钢板10和两个弧形钢板20,所述弧形钢板20分别位于条形钢板10的两端,在条形钢板10的长度方向上交错分布若干个条状凸起部30,在所述弧形钢板20上各分布两通孔40,所述通孔40由加压孔50和螺纹孔60部分交叠组成,所述加压孔50无螺纹。
本实施例中,所述条形钢板10的横截面为弧形。其中,所述加压孔50为圆形或条形;所述加压孔50呈倒锥形。
此外,所述条形钢板10上设有定位孔。
优选的,所述条形钢板10由纯钛材料制成;所述弧形钢板20由不锈钢材料制成。
本发明提供的微型指掌骨接骨板结构简单、安全性高,适合临床需求,表面采用弧形设计,增强抗弯能力,通过设置条状凸起部,可是防止接骨板发生位移,同时使接骨板的螺纹孔的强度大大提高,在使用时能使锁定螺钉快速拧入,能够达到更牢固地连接骨头的目的,使骨折更容易愈合。

1.一种微型指掌骨接骨板,其特征在于,包括一条形钢板和两个弧形钢板,所述弧形钢板分别位于条形钢板的两端,在条形钢板的长度方向上交错分布若干个条状凸起部,在所述弧形钢板上各分布两通孔,所述通孔由加压孔和螺纹孔部分交叠组成,所述加压孔无螺纹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微型指掌骨接骨板,其特征在于,所述条形钢板的横截面为弧形。
