技术领域
本发明涉及医学临床内定手术器械的技术领域,具体涉及一种锁定接骨板结构。
背景技术
在医学临床手术中,骨折通常采用骨板把骨折两端的骨体进行连接固定,对于手足部的小骨进行结合时,骨板不能与手足部的小骨较好贴合,影响了手足部的小骨骨折时的结合,从而影响了医师的临床手术。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种锁定接骨板结构,使得骨板与手足部的小骨较好贴合,保证了手足部的小骨骨折时的结合,从而保证了医师的临床手术。
其技术方案是这样的:一种锁定接骨板结构,其包括锁定接骨板体,其特征在于:所述锁定接骨板体呈弯曲状,所述锁定接骨板体两端设置有锁定孔,所述锁定孔间设置有加压孔,所述加压孔内侧设置有倾斜面。
其进一步特征在于:所述锁定接骨板体上设置有导针孔;所述锁定接骨板体两端分别设置有两个锁定孔,所述锁定孔间横向设置有两个加压孔,所述锁定接骨板体上设置有两个导针孔;所述锁定接骨板体上所述锁定孔两侧设置凹形缺口。
本发明的上述结构中,由于锁定接骨板体呈弯曲状,锁定接骨板体两端设置有锁定孔,锁定孔间设置有加压孔,加压孔内侧设置有倾斜面,两端的锁定孔实现骨板的定位,通过加压孔两侧的斜面通过加压螺钉的挤压实现指骨骨体的移动,从而实现了指骨骨折的接合,由于锁定接骨板体呈弯曲状与指小骨配合,使得骨板与手足部的小骨较好贴合,保证了手足部的小骨骨折的接合,从而保证了医师的临床手术。

具体实施方式
见图1、图2,一种锁定接骨板结构,其包括锁定接骨板体1,锁定接骨板体1呈弯曲状,锁定接骨板体1两端设置有锁定孔2,锁定孔2间设置有加压孔3,加压孔设置有倾斜面,锁定接骨板体呈弯曲状与指小骨配合,两端的锁定孔实现骨板的定位,通过加压孔两侧的斜面通过加压螺钉的挤压实现指骨骨体的移动,从而实现了指骨骨折的接合,由于锁定接骨板体呈弯曲状与指小骨配合,使得骨板与手足部的小骨较好贴合,保证了手足部的小骨骨折的接合,从而保证了医师的临床手术。
锁定接骨板体1上设置有导针孔4,实现了锁定接骨板体的临时定位。
锁定接骨板体两端分别设置有两个锁定孔,保证了锁定接骨板体在指骨骨体上定位的稳定性,锁定孔间横向设置有两个加压孔,实现了骨折指骨两端的骨体移动,更进一步保证了指骨骨折的接合可靠性,锁定接骨板体上设置有两个导针孔,保证了锁定接骨板体临时定位的稳定性。
锁定接骨板体1上锁定孔2两侧设置凹形缺口5,减小了锁定接骨板体的整体面积,在采用锁定接骨板对指骨骨折进行手术时,避免对指骨旁的软组织造成干扰,从低切迹接骨板设计减少了软组织干扰。

1.一种锁定接骨板结构,其包括锁定接骨板体,其特征在于:所述锁定接骨板体呈弯曲状,所述锁定接骨板体两端设置有锁定孔,所述锁定孔间设置有加压孔,所述加压孔内侧设置有倾斜面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锁定接骨板结构,其特征在于:所述锁定接骨板体上设置有导针孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种锁定接骨板结构,其特征在于:所述锁定接骨板体两端分别设置有两个锁定孔,所述锁定孔间横向设置有两个加压孔,所述锁定接骨板体上设置有两个导针孔。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种锁定接骨板结构,其特征在于:所述锁定接骨板体上所述锁定孔两侧设置凹形缺口。
