Abstract

本发明属于显示领域,公开了一种光传导装置、背光模组及显示装置,所述光传导装置,与光源相配合形成背光模组,所述光传导装置包括:至少一个光接收面,所述光接收面包括多个环绕设置的子接收面,用于将接收的发自对应光源的光线转换为单一方向出射。本实施例的光接收面具有各个环绕设置的子接收面,将接收的对应光源发出的光线转换为单一方向出射,从而实现了直下式窄视角背光源。

Description

光传导装置、背光模组及显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及显示领域,特别是涉及一种光传导装置、背光模组及显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示器(Liquidcrystaldisplay,LCD)已被广泛应用于各种电子产品中,液晶显示器大部分为背光型液晶显示器,其包括液晶面板及背光模块(Backlightmodule)。背光模块可依照光源入射位置的不同分成侧向式入光(Side-lighttype)背光模块与直下式入光(Direct-lighttype)背光模块两种。
为了尽量提高背光模块的亮度,目前出现了棱镜型导光板,由于棱镜导光板存在散射的情况,使得进行面板的光线的视角较大,影响到显示效果。
发明内容
为了解决现有导光板不能形成窄视角出射光线,本发明提供了一种光传导装置、背光模组及显示装置。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种光传导装置,与光源相配合形成背光模组,所述光传导装置包括:
至少一个光接收面,所述光接收面包括多个环绕设置的子接收面,用于将接收的发自对应光源的光线转换为单一方向出射。
本发明还提供了一种背光模组,包括所述的光传导装置。
本发明还提供了一种显示装置,包括所述的背光模组。
本发明的有益效果是:本实施例的光接收面具有各个环绕设置的子接收面,将接收的对应光源发出的光线转换为单一方向出射,从而实现了直下式窄视角背光源。

具体实施方式
为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
如图1和2所示,为本发明一种实施例的光传导装置的结构示意图,该光传导装置与光源相配合形成背光模组,所述光传导装置包括:
至少一个光接收面5,所述光接收面包括多个子接收面51,用于将接收的发自对应光源的光线转换为第一方向出射。
本实施例的光接收面1包括多个环绕设置的子接收面,各个子接收面为倾斜设置的圆环面,子接收面与第一方向成45度角,各个子接收面形成阶梯型结构,子接收面沿容纳空间向外部延伸方向高度递增。所述光源设置在一与光接收面相对设置的容纳空间中,所述光源1的上方设置有内自由曲面2,用于将光源发出的进入内自由曲面的光线转换为第一方向。容纳空间的侧壁设有第一反射面3,用于将光源发出的进入容纳空间侧壁的光线转换为第一方向。在所述容纳空间的上方设置有第二反射面4,用于将接收的经过内自由曲面、第一反射面的光线以与第一方向垂直的方向第二方向射向各个子接收面。
本实施例的光传导装置形成的光源出射的第一方向为竖直向上,当然第一方向不限于竖直向上,本实施例以第一方向为竖直向上为例进行说明。内自由曲面2与光源1正对设置,将光源所发出的小角度出射光线进行准直处理,使小角度出射的光线变为出射角竖直向上的平行光。第一反射面3将光源大角度出射的光线通过全反射壁的全反射反射到竖直向上的方向,形成竖直向上的平行光。第二反射面4将接收的光线以水平方向射向各个子接收面。第二反射面还可以具有透射光的作用,本实施例将大于90%的光被反射,小于10%的光被透射,此种比例可以有效的形成光能量的从新分配,让透镜的出光的面积更大、出光更为均匀。本实施例的第二反射面将接收的光线进行反射的光线位于各个子接收面的接收范围之内,避免了光线直接出射出现的散射问题。本实施例的子接收面沿容纳空间的外径延伸方向的高度递增,距离容纳空间最远的子接收面的高度高于第二反射面的最高高度。
如图2所示,为图1的光路示意图,本实施例的容纳空间上方设置的第二反射面与水平方向成45度角,用于将接收的经过内自由曲面、第一反射面的光线以与水平方向射向各个子接收面子接收面与第一方向成45度。各个子接收面与水平方向成45度角,用于接收到的水平光线以竖直方向进行出射,经过该子接收面进行出射的光线为单一的竖直方向。
本实施例的光接收面具有各个环绕设置的子接收面,将接收的对应光源发出的光线转换为单一方向出射,从而实现了直下式窄视角背光源。
如图3和4所示,为本发明第二种实施例的结构示意图,该实施例与第一种实施例基本相同,区别是:各个子接收面与第一方向的夹角在沿容纳空间的外径延伸方向递增。对应的第二反射面为曲面,第二反射面将接收的经过内自由曲面、第一反射面的光线射向各个子接收面,使得各个子接收面射入的光线和第一方向的平分线与对应子接收面垂直,使得经过各个子接收面的光线以单一方向进行出射。
本实施例的光传导装置形成的第一方向出射光线以竖直向上为例进行说明。假设一条经过第二反射面进入第一子接收面的入射光线L与水平面的夹角为α,第一方向为竖直向上,入射光线L与第一方向出射光线的法线与第一子接收面相垂直,该第一子接收面与第一方向的夹角β为135度-α/2。本实施例的阶梯型透镜的倾斜角度为一个渐变型的倾斜角度,靠近光源中心处的倾斜角度较小,远离光源中心的倾斜角度较大。
如图5-6所示,为本发明第三种实施例的结构示意图,该实施例与第二种实施例基本相同,区别是:各个子接收面设置在背光反射面上,此结构可以减小透镜体积,从而实现更大范围的均匀窄视角照明。本实施例的光源与背光反射面处于相同平面,子接收面在背光反射面上形成阶梯型。
如图6所示,在相邻的接收面连接处的子接收面的截面为等腰三角形,将光源所发出的远端光线实现准直处理。此种结构可以使得相邻光源所发出的多余光线同样被反射向前方,从而实现在邻近两个光源拼接区域的准直照明。
如图7所示,为本发明第四种实施例的结构示意图,该实施例与第一种实施例基本相同,区别是:子接收面为棱镜面,子接收面将接收的来自光源的光线以竖直方向进行折射。光源1设置在底部反射层8上,棱镜面设置在支撑层6上,光源1和棱镜面之间设有匀光透镜7,将光源所发出的朗伯型配光通过匀光透镜将光束均匀的照射到上方。匀光透镜起到将光束均匀化处理的目的。
本发明还公开了一种背光模组,包括所述的光传导装置。
本发明还公开了一种显示装置,该显示装置使用了如上述实施例所述的任意一种背光模组。所述显示装置可以为:液晶面板、电子纸、OLED面板、手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种光传导装置,与光源相配合形成背光模组,其特征在于,所述光传导装置包括:
至少一个光接收面,所述光接收面包括多个环绕设置的子接收面,用于将接收的发自对应光源的光线转换为单一方向出射;所述光接收面上形成有用于放置光源的容纳空间,所述子接收面布设在所述容纳空间的周围,用于将接收的对应光源的光线反射为单一方向出射;
所述容纳空间设有一用于将接收的发自对应光源的光线向光接收面进行反射的第一反射面,以及所述容纳空间的壁面上设有第二反射面,用于将接收的光源发出的光线调整为与光源光线经过光接收面的方向相同,所述第二反射面具有透射光的作用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光传导装置,其特征在于,所述子接收面为倾斜面,所述子接收面与光线出射方向的夹角在沿容纳空间的外径延伸方向递增。
3.根据权利要求1至2中任一项所述的光传导装置,其特征在于,还包括一设置于所述光源上方的准直模块,用于将接收的光源发出的光线调整为与光源光线经过光接收面的方向相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的光传导装置,其特征在于,所述子接收面为棱镜面,用于将接收的间隙设置的对应光源的光线以单一方向进行透射。
5.根据权利要求4所述的光传导装置,其特征在于,所述光接收面上具有一与所述光源相对应的位置点,所述子接收面与光线出射方向的夹角在沿所述位置点的外径延伸方向递减。
6.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至5任何一项所述的光传导装置。
7.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求6所述的背光模组。
