Abstract

本发明公开了一种油控超高压单向阀,该单向阀的腔体内设有入液通道、出液通道、钢球、活塞、高弹膜和旋塞,所述钢球设在所述入液通道出口处,所述活塞密封滑动地设在所述腔体内,与所述钢球连接;所述高弹膜设在所述活塞和所述旋塞之间,且四周与所述腔体内壁密封连接;所述旋塞与所述腔体内壁为螺纹密封连接;在所述活塞和所述高弹膜之间的腔体壁上设有测压孔,在所述高弹膜和所述旋塞之间的腔体壁上设有控油孔。本发明利用高弹膜再结合油控,来调节进入阀体的液体压力大小,只有输入液体压力大于高弹膜发生形变的最小力时,该阀体才能导通;结构简单,使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械阀技术领域,尤其是一种油控超高压单向阀。
背景技术
现有的超高压单向阀,虽然功能强大,但相应结构复杂,操作繁琐,更重要的是容易出现故障,维修不便,导致成本高。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种油控超高压单向阀,结构巧妙,使用方便。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种油控超高压单向阀,该单向阀的腔体内设有入液通道、出液通道、钢球、活塞、高弹膜和旋塞,所述钢球设在所述入液通道出口处,所述活塞密封滑动地设在所述腔体内,与所述钢球连接;所述高弹膜设在所述活塞和所述旋塞之间,且四周与所述腔体内壁密封连接;所述旋塞与所述腔体内壁为螺纹密封连接;在所述活塞和所述高弹膜之间的腔体壁上设有测压孔,在所述高弹膜和所述旋塞之间的腔体壁上设有控油孔。
进一步地,所述入液通道的出口处设为锥形敞口。
进一步地,所述活塞外壁设有多道密封圈。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:利用高弹膜再结合油控,来调节进入阀体的液体压力大小,只有输入液体压力大于高弹膜发生形变的最小力时,该阀体才能导通;结构简单,使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细描述,本部分的描述仅是示范性和解释性,不应对本发明的保护范围有任何的限制作用。
如图1所示的一种油控超高压单向阀,该阀体8的腔体内设有入液通道1、出液通道2、钢球3、活塞7、高弹膜4和旋塞6,所述钢球3设在所述入液通道1出口处,与所述活塞7固定连接;所述活塞7密封滑动地设在所述腔体内;所述高弹膜4设在所述活塞7和所述旋塞6之间,且四周与所述腔体内壁密封连接;所述旋塞6与所述腔体内壁为螺纹密封连接;在所述活塞7和所述高弹膜4之间的腔体壁上设有测压孔9,在所述高弹膜4和所述旋塞6之间的腔体壁上设有控油孔10。其中钢球3的直径大于入液通道1的,可阻止入液通道1的液体进入阀体内。
入液通道1与所述出液通道2为90度设置,方便活塞7驱动钢球3对入液通道1实现堵塞;通过测压孔9可检测压力,只有在输入液的压力大于高弹膜4发生形变的最小力的情况下,该阀体才能导通;而静控油孔10向高弹膜4和旋塞6之间的腔体5输入控油,还可对高弹膜4发生形变的最小力进行控制,从而实现调节输入液的压力。
在不工作情况下,高弹膜4为松弛状态,此时钢球3正好堵塞住入液通道1的出口,因此该阀只能单向导通。
为确保活塞7在腔体内的密封性,活塞7外壁设有多道密封圈。

1.一种油控超高压单向阀,其特征在于:该单向阀的腔体内设有入液通道、出液通道、钢球、活塞、高弹膜和旋塞,所述钢球设在所述入液通道出口处,所述活塞密封滑动地设在所述腔体内,与所述钢球连接;所述高弹膜设在所述活塞和所述旋塞之间,且四周与所述腔体内壁密封连接;所述旋塞与所述腔体内壁为螺纹密封连接;在所述活塞和所述高弹膜之间的腔体壁上设有测压孔,在所述高弹膜和所述旋塞之间的腔体壁上设有控油孔。
2.如权利要求1所述油控超高压单向阀,其特征在于:所述入液通道的出口处设为锥形敞口。
3.如权利要求1或2所述油控超高压单向阀,其特征在于:所述活塞外壁设有多道密封圈。
