Abstract

一种吸力轮,主要是由轮胎,衬套,轴组成。轮胎有弹性,表面布满与吸盘气孔相连的吸盘。轴沿轴向开有三个孔;轴沿周向有三条气道。对B进气孔抽真空时,将能保证与B均气道相连的吸盘保持吸附在物体表面,此为常态。仅对A进气孔抽真空,则使得本发明一种吸力轮向A进气孔的方向转动。仅对C进气孔抽真空,则使得本发明一种吸力轮向C进气孔的方向转动。通过上述对各个进气孔进行控制抽真空,即可以保证将吸力轮吸在固体物表面,又通过对两边的A或C进气孔进行抽真空,控制吸力轮的正反转,从而实现前进或后退的目的。本发明通过结构创新,实现了既能够使得吸力轮较好地抓取固体物表面,又可以通过简单的气路实现前进或后退的目的。

技术领域
本发明属于车辆轮子的领域,具体讲是一种吸力轮。
背景技术
在轮胎领域,一般的轮胎都是适合在平面或者坡度较小的平面上使用的。
在清洁领域,常常需要对建筑幕墙进行清理。而清理时候,一种方法就是将人用伸缩掉在建筑幕墙的外面,进行高空作业。这对于工人来说是非常危险的。如果使用自动机械设备或清洁机器人,往往因为这些设备为了提高对幕墙的抓地力而设计了较为复杂的结构。且造价较高。
在其他领域,同样也需要一种能够在光平物体表面有很好的抓紧力的轮胎。如爬墙机器人等。
目前有使用电磁轮来吸引在铁磁性表面的技术,与上述技术需求相似。但这种电磁轮仅限于使用在铁磁性金属表面。对于玻璃、木材等材质的表面则不适用。
发明内容
针对背景技术中提到的技术需求和技术问题,本发明提供一种吸力轮。
一种吸力轮,主要是由轮胎,衬套,轴组成;轮胎为有弹性的;轮胎表面布满吸盘;吸盘与吸盘气孔相连;轴沿轴向开有三个孔:A进气孔,B进气孔和C进气孔;轴沿周向有三条气道:A周向气道,B周向气道和C周向气道;A进气孔通过A径向气道连接A周向气道;B进气孔通过B径向气道连接B周向气道;C进气孔通过C径向气道连接C周向气道。
本发明的思路是:
A进气孔,B进气孔和C进气孔均接真空泵。
对B进气孔抽真空时,B进气孔、B径向气道、B周向气道均被抽真空,从而,吸盘和吸盘气孔也被抽真空。对B进气孔抽真空为常态,这将能保证与B均气道相连的吸盘保持吸附在物体表面。
当对A进气孔抽真空时,A进气孔、A径向气道、A周向气道均被抽真空,从而,吸盘和吸盘气孔也被抽真空。对A进气孔抽真空,而不对C进气孔抽真空,则使得本发明一种吸力轮向A进气孔的方向转动。
当对C进气孔抽真空时,C进气孔C径向气道、C周向气道均被抽真空,从而,吸盘和吸盘气孔也被抽真空。对C进气孔抽真空,而不对A进气孔抽真空,则使得本发明一种吸力轮向C进气孔的方向转动。
通过上述对各个进气孔进行控制抽真空,一方面可以保证将吸力轮吸在固体物表面,另一方面,通过对两边的A或C进气孔进行抽真空,控制吸力轮的正反转,从而实现前进或后退的目的。
本发明通过结构创新,实现了既能够使得吸力轮较好地抓取固体物表面,又可以通过简单的气路实现前进或后退的目的。

下面结合具体附图来说明本发明的典型实施方式为。

使用本发明时:
A进气孔(11),B进气孔(6)和C进气孔(16)均接真空泵。
对B进气孔(6)抽真空时,B进气孔(6)、B径向气道(7)、B周向气道(8)均被抽真空,从而,吸盘(4)和吸盘气孔(5)也被抽真空。对B进气孔(6)抽真空为常态,这将能保证与B均气道相连的吸盘(4)保持吸附在物体表面。
当对A进气孔(11)抽真空时,A进气孔(11)、A径向气道(12)、A周向气道(13)均被抽真空,从而,吸盘(4)和吸盘气孔(5)也被抽真空。对A进气孔(11)抽真空,而不对C进气孔(16)抽真空,则使得本发明一种吸力轮向A进气孔(11)的方向转动。
当对C进气孔(16)抽真空时,C进气孔(16)C径向气道(17)、C周向气道(18)均被抽真空,从而,吸盘(4)和吸盘气孔(5)也被抽真空。对C进气孔(16)抽真空,而不对A进气孔(11)抽真空,则使得本发明一种吸力轮向C进气孔(16)的方向转动。

吸盘(4)与吸盘气孔(5)相连;
轴(3)沿轴向开有三个孔:A进气孔(11),B进气孔(6)和C进气孔(16);
轴(3)沿周向有三条气道:A周向气道(13),B周向气道(8)和C周向气道(18);
A进气孔(11)通过A径向气道(12)连接A周向气道(13);
B进气孔(6)通过B径向气道(7)连接B周向气道(8);
C进气孔(16)通过C径向气道(17)连接C周向气道(18)。
