Abstract

本发明公开了同速液力机配套空降式冲锋枪紧固铁塔螺栓的技术。所述技术包括将发动机的燃烧室活塞环与液力机吸油活塞合并相连,利用发动机工作原理同时同速带动液压吸油排油产生液力输入空降式冲锋枪旋转紧固铁塔螺栓,本发明具有重量轻造价低灵活便使用等特点值得推广应用。

技术领域:
本发明主要应用输电线路施工,特别是装备空降式冲锋枪的旋转动力支援。
背景技术:
空降式冲锋枪对于铁塔螺栓紧固,其动力如果采用发动机发电提供电源,再由电动机旋转实为多余的机械资源浪费且份量笨重不便高空携带和操作,因此很有必要研究发明本同速液力机来解决这一技术难题。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于将汽油发动机的连杆与吸油泵的吸油活塞相连结,使吸油压油同速运动而制造成同速液力机,以液力旋转达到工作目的。下面结合国示详细说明:

如图所示,图中1为发动机燃烧室,2为活塞,3为油腔,4为进油管,5为油开关,6为油池,7为出油管,8为出油开关,9为动力油管,10为回油管,11为紧固螺栓的冲锋枪。
具体实施方式:
具体实施方式为:操作人员发动液力机,1燃烧产生的动力使2上下移动,5和8相应打开关闭起吸油压油作用。6内的油经由4和3与7进入9产生流量使11旋转紧固螺栓,最后通过10回至6而循环作功。采用上述方案实现本同液力机发明的目的。

1.同速液力机,其特征在于:(1)燃烧作功直接将动力传递至(2),(2)同时同速吸油压油。
2.同速液力机,其特征在于,(2)是发动机活塞,本设计特别之处在于将吸油压油的功能同时合并共同利用。
3.同速液力机,其特征在于,本设计重量轻,结构简单易于维修,方便作业人员高空操作。
