Abstract

本发明公开了一种生猪测膘仪,把反射型光纤传感器置入探测针头内,刺入生猪的适当部位,由于肥肉及瘦肉的折射率不同,而使注入光的反射信号强弱明显不同,从而可以测出生猪的膘厚。本发明结构简单,便于推广生产。满足养猪场、专业户及科研单位在生猪饲养过程中测量生猪膘厚,以及收购站判别瘦肉型猪的迫切需要。

Description

本发明涉及一种测量生猪膘厚的仪器。
随着人民群众生活水平的提高,对瘦肉型猪的需要量日益增加。瘦肉型猪的饲养和科研过程中,需要经常测量生猪的膘厚。生猪饲养场、专业户、科研所以及收购站都迫切需要生猪测膘仪。目前,国内外还没有这种产品,生猪测膘仪是农业部门难题招标项目之一。
本发明的目的是提供一种使用方便、造价低且精度高的生猪测膘仪,以满足上述要求。
本发明的目的可以通过以下的措施来达到:将反射型的光纤传感器置入注射针头内,刺入生猪的适当部位。入射光纤注入的光在端面的反射率为:R=(n1-n22/(n1+n22,n1是光纤芯部的折射率,n2是周围介质(猪肉)的折射率,由于肥肉的折射率n2肥与石英的折射率n1接近,即:n1

n2肥,故在肥肉中反射光强近于O。而在瘦肉中n1不等于n2瘦,反射光较强。检测出射光纤的光强,可以明显地分辨出肥肉及瘦肉的界面,从而测出生猪的膘厚。
附图1的图面说明如下:1是探测针头,用以保护光纤传感器,并可刺入生猪体内;2是光纤反射头,由入射、出射光纤粘合或熔接而成;3是入射光纤;4是电源及光源,提供足够光强耦合进光纤;5是出射光纤;6是光探测器及放大显示电路;7是电源开关;8是膘厚数码显示;9是显示灯或告警铃;10是标尺套环;11是标尺;12是标尺刻度;13是电源;14是外壳。
本发明下面再结合实施例做进一步详述。
如上述附图1所示,本发明可设计成手枪式,板机处为电源开关,光源用低挡发光管,大数值孔径的光纤做为入射光纤,用脉冲电源驱动。出射光纤与光电二极管耦合。光纤反射头进入瘦肉层时反射信号驱动指示灯或警铃停止刺入,由标尺读出肥肉层厚度,或由数码显示肥肉厚度。
本发明的效果在于:生猪测膘仪可以方便地测量生猪的膘厚,满足培育、饲养瘦肉型猪的要求,设备简单,便于推广生产。
本发明还可以用于检测人体肌肉或食道、尿道内因病变而引起折射率变化的部位。

Claims (3)

1、一种生猪测膘仪,其主要特征在于:反射型的光纤传感器置入探测针头内,可刺入生猪的适当部位,由于肥肉及瘦肉的折射率不同,反射光强弱明显不同,光接收系统可给出信号由辅助标尺给出膘厚或数码直接显示。
2、按权利要求1所述的生猪测膘仪,其特征在于:所用的电光源可用红外发光管、白炽灯或电火花光源。
3、按权利要求1所述的生猪测膘仪,其特征在于:所用的光纤可以是大数值孔径的光纤或一般多模光纤。
