一种试管清洗装置，涉及实验设备领域，包括底座、第一气缸、步进电机、汽缸固定架、第二气缸、蓄水箱、注水口、刷杆、喷水口、刷头，第一气缸通过焊接与底座固定在一起，安装在底座的上方，步进电机安装在第一气缸活塞杆上方，第二气缸安装在步进电机转轴上方，蓄水箱安装在第二气缸活塞杆端部，注水口在蓄水箱上面，刷杆安装在蓄水箱侧面，刷头安装在刷杆端部，喷水口在刷头四周。该装置可辅助清洗试管。

一种试管清洗装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种试管清洗装置，具体地说是应用一个蓄水箱、一个步进电机、十个刷头及两支气缸所构成的一种可应用于试管清洗的装置。本发明涉及实验设备领域。
背景技术
目前试管清洗是一项简单但费事的事情，尤其大量试管要清洗。而目前仍由人工清洗，效率比较低，浪费人力，迫切需要一种试管批量清洗装置，但目前市场上没有该类装置。
发明内容
针对上述的不足，本发明提供了一种试管清洗装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种试管清洗装置，是由底座、第一气缸、步进电机、气缸固定架、第二气缸、蓄水箱、注水口、刷杆、喷水口、刷头，组成的，其特征在于：第一气缸通过焊接与底座固定在一起，安装在底座的上方，步进电机安装在第一气缸活塞杆上方，第二气缸安装在步进电机转轴上方，蓄水箱安装在第二气缸活塞杆端部，注水口在蓄水箱上面，刷杆安装在蓄水箱侧面，刷头安装在刷杆端部，喷水口在刷头四周。该发明的有益之处是：该装置可辅助清洗试管。

具体实施方式
一种试管清洗装置，是由底座1、第一气缸2、步进电机3、气缸固定架4、第二气缸5、蓄水箱6、注水口7、刷杆8、喷水口9、刷头10，组成的，其特征在于：第一气缸2通过焊接与底座1固定在一起，安装在底座1的上方，步进电机3安装在第一气缸2活塞杆上方，第二气缸5安装在步进电机3转轴上方，蓄水箱6安装在第二气缸5活塞杆端部，注水口7在蓄水箱6上面，刷杆8安装在蓄水箱6侧面，刷头10安装在刷杆8端部，喷水口9在刷头10四周。
当该装置工作时，将要清洗的试管水平放在试管容纳箱里，试管开口向外，放在该装置前方工作台上，第二气缸5通过活塞杆前进后退带动刷杆7和刷头10往复运动从而在试管内部进行清洗，从喷水口9出水辅助刷头洗刷试管。当洗刷完毕后第二气缸5完全伸出，第一气缸2提升一定高度将试管抬起，步进电机3旋转到放置试管方向，第一气缸2下降一定高度将试管放在试管储藏箱内，第二气缸5收回，从而完成试管的清洗和码放工作。
对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，根据本发明的教导，在不脱离本发明的原理与精神的情况下，对实施方式所进行的改变、修改、替换和变形仍落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种试管清洗装置，是由底座、第一气缸、步进电机、气缸固定架、第二气缸、蓄水箱、注水口、刷杆、喷水口、刷头，组成的，其特征在于：第一气缸通过焊接与底座固定在一起，安装在底座的上方，步进电机安装在第一气缸活塞杆上方，第二气缸安装在步进电机转轴上方，蓄水箱安装在第二气缸活塞杆端部，注水口在蓄水箱上面，刷杆安装在蓄水箱侧面，刷头安装在刷杆端部，喷水口在刷头四周。
