本发明的热力系统管道疏放水收集槽,包括长槽体,长槽体顶部开口处铰接有盖板,长槽体内中部横向设置有隔板,隔板上均布有若干通水小孔;长槽体上部一侧斜插入有若干并排的疏放水管道接管,疏放水管道接管的管口延伸至长槽体内隔板的上方;长槽体底部设置有向下凹陷的弧形的槽底,槽底底部设置有排水管,排水管上设置有阀门。本发明的有益效果是:能够集中收集热力系统管道排放至无压放水的疏放水,提高了管道布置的美观程度,盖板能防止蒸汽随处飘散,提高电厂运行的安全性,且便于观察排水情况。内部隔板可减缓均布水流,防止水流激溅和异物进入堵塞排水口。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种热力系统管道疏放水收集槽。
背景技术
目前,火力发电厂中热力系统管道疏放水管道众多,特别是无压放水管道,布置比较分散,而且因为排放的介质是汽水混合物,容易造成蒸汽四处飘散。不仅管道杂乱影响美观,而且厂房内到处飘散蒸汽给发电厂运行安全带来隐患。
发明内容
为解决以上技术上的不足,本发明提供了一种结构简单,使用方便的热力系统管道疏放水收集槽。
本发明是通过以下措施实现的:
本发明的热力系统管道疏放水收集槽,包括长槽体,所述长槽体顶部开口处铰接有盖板,长槽体内中部横向设置有隔板,所述隔板上均布有若干通水小孔;长槽体上部一侧斜插入有若干并排的疏放水管道接管,所述疏放水管道接管的管口延伸至长槽体内隔板的上方;长槽体底部设置有向下凹陷的弧形的槽底,所述槽底底部设置有排水管,排水管上设置有阀门。
上述疏放水管道接管的管口采用斜切式管口。
本发明的有益效果是:能够集中收集热力系统管道排放至无压放水的疏放水,提高了管道布置的美观程度,盖板能防止蒸汽随处飘散,提高电厂运行的安全性,且便于观察排水情况。内部隔板可减缓均布水流,防止水流激溅和异物进入堵塞排水口。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细的描述:
如图1、2所示,本发明的热力系统管道疏放水收集槽,包括长槽体2,长槽体2上部一侧斜插入有若干并排的疏放水管道接管1,可同时收集多路疏放水的排放。疏放水管道接管1插入收集槽内一定长度,在槽内的管口做斜切处理,采用斜切式管口,减少水流冲击和喷溅。
长槽体2内中部横向设置有隔板4,隔板4上均布有若干通水小孔,疏放水管道接管1的管口延伸至长槽体2内隔板4的上方。减缓均布水流,防止水流激溅和异物进入堵塞排水管5。长槽体2顶部开口处铰接有盖板3,正常情况下关闭盖板3可防止水蒸气飘散,打开盖板3可观察排水情况。长槽体2底部设置有向下凹陷的弧形的槽底,槽底底部设置排水管5,排水管5上设置有阀门。

1.一种热力系统管道疏放水收集槽,其特征在于:包括长槽体,所述长槽体顶部开口处铰接有盖板,长槽体内中部横向设置有隔板,所述隔板上均布有若干通水小孔;长槽体上部一侧斜插入有若干并排的疏放水管道接管,所述疏放水管道接管的管口延伸至长槽体内隔板的上方;长槽体底部设置有向下凹陷的弧形的槽底,所述槽底底部设置有排水管,排水管上设置有阀门。
