技术领域
本发明涉及一种直接法合成聚氯乙烯用脂肪的锌热稳定剂。
背景技术
目前现有的直接法合成聚氯乙烯用脂肪的锌热稳定剂的缺陷是反应时间长、生产周期长,且能耗大;同时生产废水多,其1吨产品约生产2.5t 废水,且不环保。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种直接法合成聚氯乙烯用脂肪的锌热稳定剂。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种直接法合成聚氯乙烯用脂肪的锌热稳定剂,包括以下步骤:A、异辛酸、氧化锌、催化剂合成中间体,然后复配成成品;
B、一步法的反应时间为5-6小时,反应温度为60-110℃。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有以下积极的效果:
(1)本发明简化了工艺流程,缩短反应时间,现反应时间只需要转流反应时间为三分之一和二分之一;
(2)一步法得到异辛酸纯度高,杂质少且副反应少,同时大大提高树脂高度。

一种直接法合成聚氯乙烯用脂肪的锌热稳定剂,包括以下步骤:A、异辛酸、氧化锌、催化剂合成中间体,然后复配成成品;
B、一步法的反应时间为5-6小时,反应温度为60-110℃。
