Abstract
一种用于治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的中药，是由下列药物制备而成的：赤芍、丹参、鸡血藤、炮附子、当归、牛膝、干姜、地龙、全蝎、地鳖虫、通草、炙甘草、细辛，将上述药物第一剂加水700毫升煎至200毫升，第二剂加水500毫升煎至200毫升，每日两次，早晚空服。

本发明涉及一种中药，特别是涉及一种用于治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的中药
背景技术：
血栓闭塞性脉管炎是一种慢性进行性动静脉同时受累的血管疾病。主要侵犯四肢血管，尤以下肢多见。多与寒冷、潮湿、吸烟、外伤等外因刺激有关。内因可与神经调节功能紊乱及免疫因素有关。致使肢体中小动脉痉挛，血栓形成，动脉闭塞，局部缺血缺氧，以致肢端坏死，指(趾)节脱落。本病属于中医学“脱疽”范畴，多由于脾运不健，肝肾不足，寒湿侵袭，凝滞脉络所致。
临床上治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎较为棘手，一般的治疗口服活血药物或西药输液，收效慢，达不到治疗的目的。
发明内容：
本发明是一种见效快、疗效好，无任何副作用的中药制剂。
本发明的药物是由以下重量的中药为原料制备而成的：
赤芍30克丹参30克鸡血藤30克炮附子15克当归12克牛膝15克干姜6克地龙12克
全蝎3克地鳖虫10克通草3克炙甘草6克细辛3克
可以将上述药物制成药剂学上的任何一种内服剂型，本发明优选的剂型是汤剂。
本发明的药物的具体制备方法是将上述药物第一剂加水700毫升煎至200毫升，第二剂加水500毫升煎至200毫升。
使用方法是将煎好的汤剂口服，每日两次，早晚空服。
中医认为：血栓闭塞性脉管炎应以温经散寒、活血化淤为治疗原则。方中炮附子、干姜、通草、当归、细辛、炙甘草温经散寒；赤芍、丹参、鸡血藤、牛膝、地龙、地鳖虫、全蝎活血化淤；上述药物配伍使用，协同作用，从而达到治疗的目的。
本发明的药物疗效好、见效快、服用方便、无副作用，对血栓闭塞性脉管炎有很好的治疗效果。
为进一步证明本发明药物的临床疗效和安全性。选择70例患者对本发明药物进行临床观察。
70例病人中，四周内治愈者20例，五周内治愈者21例，六周内治愈者8例，七周内治愈者11例，八周以上治愈者9例，无效1例；总有效率98.6％。全部使用本发明进行治疗，每日一剂，每日两次，早晚空服。
疗效标准：显效：小动脉痉挛、血栓形成、动脉闭塞、局部缺血缺氧、肢端坏死症状消失，恢复正常；有效：小动脉痉挛、血栓形成、动脉闭塞、局部缺血缺氧、肢端坏死症状减轻；无效：无明显变化。

将上述药物混合后煎成汤剂，第一剂加水700毫升煎至200毫升，第二剂加水500毫升煎至200毫升，每日两次，早晚空服。

赤芍30克 丹参30克 鸡血藤30克 炮附子15克 当归12克 牛膝15克 干姜6克 地龙12克全蝎3克 地鳖虫10克 通草3克 炙甘草6克 细辛3克。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种用于治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的中药，其特征是将所述药物用水煎服成汤剂口服。
