Abstract

背景技术：
血栓性静脉炎是浅表静脉的一种急性化脓性炎症，并伴有继发性管腔内血栓形成的静脉疾病，即伴有静脉壁炎症的静脉闭塞症。浅部静脉的血栓性静脉炎多发生于大小隐静脉，常见症状：局部疼痛，沿静脉走行方向皮肤发红。并可摸到索条状物，且有压痛。患枝一般无水肿，也无全身症状。下枝深部静脉血栓形成：患者常有轻度发热，小腿肌肉疼痛，甚至有抽搐，压迫小腿肌肉或胭窝部可引起程度不同的压痛，足背和踝部常有水肿。血栓性静脉炎属于中医学“脉痹”范畴，其病机主要为瘀血阻络，治疗宜活血化瘀，通络止痛。
临床上治疗血栓性静脉炎较为棘手，一般的治疗口服活血药物，收效慢，达不到治疗的目的。
发明内容：
本发明是一种见效快、疗效好，无任何副作用的中药制剂。
本发明的药物是由以下重量的中药为原料制备而成的：
益母草60克、紫草15克、赤芍15克、丹皮15克、紫花地丁30克、甘草30克、茵陈30克、赤小豆15克、
防己10克、全蝎5克。
可以将上述药物制成药剂学上的任何一种内服剂型，本发明优选的剂型是汤剂。
本发明的药物的具体制备方法是将上述药物第一剂加水700毫升煎至200毫升，第二剂加水500毫升煎至200毫升。
使用方法是将煎好的汤剂口服，每日两次，早晚空服。
中医认为：血栓性静脉炎应以通络泄热，凉血化瘀，清热利湿为治疗原则。方中益母草、 紫草、赤芍、丹皮凉血化瘀；全蝎、紫花地丁通络泄热；茵陈、赤小豆、防己清热利湿；甘草调和诸药，上述药物配伍使用，协同作用，从而达到治疗的目的。
本发明的药物疗效好、见效快、服用方便、无副作用，对血栓性静脉炎有很好的治疗效果。
为进一步证明本发明药物的临床疗效和安全性。选择70例患者对本发明药物进行临床观察。
70例病人中，15天为一个疗程，一个疗程治愈者20例，二个疗程治愈者21例，三个疗程治愈者8例，四个疗程治愈者11例，五个疗程以上治愈者9例，无效1例；总有效率98.6%。全部使用本发明进行治疗，每日一剂，每日两次，早晚空服。
疗效标准：显效：局部疼痛、发热、肿胀症状消失，恢复正常；有效：局部疼痛、发热、肿胀症状减轻；无效：无明显变化。

具体实施方式：
益母草60克、紫草15克、赤芍15克、丹皮15克、紫花地丁30克、甘草30克、茵陈30克、赤小豆15克、

将上述药物混合后煎成汤剂，第一剂加水700毫升煎至200毫升，第二剂加水500毫升煎至200毫升，每日两次，早晚空服。

1.一种用于治疗血栓性静脉炎的中药，是由以下重量的药物制成的：
益母草60克、紫草15克、赤芍15克、丹皮15克、紫花地丁30克、甘草30克、茵陈30克、赤小豆15克、防己10克、全蝎5克。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种用于治疗血栓性静脉炎的中药，其特征是将所述药物用水煎服成汤剂口服。
