本发明属于挂面加工技术领域,具体涉及一种挂面烘干方法。
背景技术
目前挂面的烘干方法是将烘干车间分为三个区,挂面在一区冷风定条后直接进入二区高温烘干,然后进入三区降温凉条,由于挂面在一区冷风定条后没有经过预热保潮的过程,由低温区直接进入高温区,很容易发生裂纹、酥条和湿条落条的现象,不但影响挂面质量,还造成极大的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决目前挂面的烘干方法很容易发生裂纹、酥条和湿条落条的问题,提供了一种挂面烘干方法,其技术方案如下:
一种挂面烘干方法,它含预热保潮的步骤,在挂面经过冷风定条后,对挂面进行预热保潮,然后再对挂面进行高温烘干、降温凉条处理。
本发明的有益效果为:挂面在冷风定条后经过预热保潮的过程,再进入高温烘干区,不易发生裂纹、酥条和湿条落条的现象,提高挂面质量,减少浪费。

具体实施方式一:一种挂面烘干方法,它含预热保潮的步骤,在挂面经过冷风定条后,对挂面进行预热保潮,然后再对挂面进行高温烘干、降温凉条处理。
具体方法为:将烘干车间分为四个区,一区冷风定条,二区预热保潮,三区高温烘干,四区降温凉条;挂面先在一区冷风定条后,进入二区预热保潮,再进入三区高温烘干,最后进入四区降温凉条,各区工艺参数如表1所示。

具体实施方式二:本实施方式以挂面厚度1毫米,宽度2-3毫米为例,工艺参数见表2:

1.一种挂面烘干方法,其特征在于它含预热保潮的步骤,在挂面经过冷风定条后,对挂面进行预热保潮,然后再对挂面进行高温烘干、降温凉条处理。
2.如权利要求1所述一种挂面烘干方法,其特征在于将烘干车间分为四个区,一区冷风定条,二区预热保潮,三区高温烘干,四区降温凉条;挂面先在一区冷风定条后,进入二区预热保潮,再进入三区高温烘干,最后进入四区降温凉条。
3.如权利要求1或2所述一种挂面烘干方法,其特征在于所述冷风定条温度为25-30℃,湿度为85-95%,时间为1-2h。
4.如权利要求1或2所述一种挂面烘干方法,其特征在于所述预热保潮温度为35-38℃,湿度为75-85%,时间为1-2h。
5.如权利要求1或2所述一种挂面烘干方法,其特征在于所述高温烘干温度为38-42℃,湿度为65-70%,时间为1-2h。
6.如权利要求1或2所述一种挂面烘干方法,其特征在于所述降温凉条温度为20-30℃,湿度为45-55%,时间为0.5-1h。
7.如权利要求1或2所述一种挂面烘干方法,其特征在于所述挂面厚度1毫米,宽度2-3毫米,冷风定条温度为28℃,湿度为90%,时间为1.45h;预热保潮温度为36℃,湿度为80%,时间为1.45h;高温烘干温度为40℃,湿度为68%,时间为1.45h;降温凉条温度为25℃,湿度为50%,时间为0.6h。
