发明内容

根据一个优选实施方式,本发明阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物来自多个连接的透气层,透气层包括至少一个织物层和一个连接的不透水层,其中:
-该织物层由100%纤维素纤维制成,所述纤维素纤维包含至少50%的纤维素阻燃纤维并加入已知的火焰抑制添加剂,所述添加剂选自高岭土、碳酸钙、氢氧化铝或基于有机磷的颜料(organicphosphorous-basedpigment);
-该织物层包含选自SingleJersey或Interlock类型的针织结构,提供多向延伸性;
-不透水层处于双轴向弹性状态并包含无卤塑料材料,所述无卤塑料材料选自聚氨酯或聚酯,并加入火焰抑制添加剂,其中火焰抑制添加剂选自有机磷化合物,如有机磷酸酯、三(2,3-二溴丙基)磷酸酯、TPP、RDP、BPADP、对磷酸三邻甲苯酯,膦酸酯如DMMP和亚膦酸酯。
根据其结构和化学式,织物具有持久的阻燃性,并且根据UNEEN15977标准,多层可伸缩织物在其两个方向具有至少85%的弹性恢复。
所述复合织物优选的实施方式的进一步的阻燃性能包括根据UNEENISO6330标准,在92℃,一个织物层和一个不透水层耐洗至少50次。
在本发明的进一步的实施方式中,阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物包括一不透水层夹在两层织物层之间,具有上述披露的结构。
由于上述规定,在此提出的耐火多层防水可伸缩织物是:
·耐火产品完全符合EN597、ISO12952和BS7175标准;
·永久阻燃产品,在多次洗涤后保持阻燃特性;
·根据UNEEN20811标准,具有至少300-400cm2H2O的静水压头的防水特性;
·根据UNEEN15977标准,在织物的两个方向具有至少85%弹性恢复的可伸缩性;以及
·根据BS7209标准,具有至少200g/m2·天的透气性;
·重量从80至350g/m2,即轻量级物品。
在一种实施方式中,耐火多层防水可伸缩织物重量为140-180g/m2或约160g/m2。
本发明进一步指使用前面披露的织物获得的枕头或床垫保护罩。
但这种多层可伸缩织物可用于制造一些其他物品,如坐垫保护罩、羽毛褥垫保护罩、羽绒被罩和座椅保护罩。
本发明也指,根据上述实施方式,至少一种针织结构的织物层和在多层织物中包括至少50%的纤维素阻燃纤维的用途,万一发生燃烧,该复合织物提供一炭化层,作为保护床垫和枕头的保护罩。

具体实施方式
本发明一种实施方式的测试结果
下面详述通过闷烧及火焰燃烧,测试使用本发明阻燃织物制作的床罩可燃性的结果。
本文中的阻燃织物包括两层:一针织织物层,由100%纤维素纤维针织成SingleJersey结构(约120g/m2),其中85%加入基于有机磷的火焰抑制剂,与一加入有机磷火焰抑制剂的25微米的聚氨酯不透水层层压。
测试遵循标准BS7175:1989,第3节。单独的床罩(包括床垫箱和床罩、被单、枕头、毯子、床罩和天鹅绒罩)用闷烧及火焰燃烧测试。
范围:床单独立项目的可燃性的评估方法。使用的点火源是闷烧及火焰燃烧。
使用的设备:计时器、测试架、风速计、标尺。
样品和香烟平衡:20℃±5℃和湿度(hr)65%±5%下至少16h

Claims (15)
1.一种阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物,适合用作枕头或床垫保护罩/套的火焰屏障,所述阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物由多个连接的可透气层制成,所述可透气层包括至少一个织物层和一个使用胶粘剂通过层压连接的不透水层,其中:
-所述织物层由100%纤维素纤维制成,所述纤维素纤维包含至少50%的纤维素阻燃纤维,并加入已知的火焰抑制添加剂;
-所述织物层包含选自SingleJersey或Interlock类型的针织结构,提供多向延伸性;
其特征在于:
所述火焰抑制添加剂不含卤素,并选自高岭土、碳酸钙、氢氧化铝或基于有机磷的颜料;
所述不透水层处于双轴向弹性状态;以及
所述不透水层包含无卤塑料材料,所述无卤塑料材料选自聚氨酯或聚酯,并加入已知火焰抑制添加剂,所述火焰抑制添加剂选自有机磷化合物,包括:
-有机磷酸酯选自三(2,3-二溴丙基)磷酸酯、磷酸三苯酯(TPP)、间苯二酚双(二苯基磷酸酯)(RDP)、双酚A二苯基磷酸酯(BPADP)和磷酸三邻甲苯酯,
-膦酸酯,包括甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP)和
-亚膦酸酯;
其中根据UNEEN15977,所述可伸缩复合织物在织物两个方向均具有至少85%的弹性恢复,并具有持久阻燃性,完全符合EN597、ISO12952和BS7175标准。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物,其中所述100%纤维素纤维中超过90%来自木头或棉花。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物,其中所述100%纤维素纤维中约85%是纤维素阻燃纤维。
4.根据权利要求2所述的阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物,其中所述100%纤维素纤维中约85%是纤维素阻燃纤维。
5.根据权利要求2所述的阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物,其中所述的阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物重量为80-350g/m2。
6.根据权利要求3所述的阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物,其中所述的阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物重量为80-350g/m2。
7.根据权利要求4所述的阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物,其中所述的阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物重量为80-350g/m2。
8.根据权利要求5所述的阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物,其中所述的阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物为两层结构,重量为约160g/m2。
9.根据权利要求6所述的阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物,其中所述的阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物为两层结构,重量为约160g/m2。
10.根据权利要求7所述的阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物,其中所述的阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物为两层结构,重量为约160g/m2。
11.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物,包括三层,其中所述不透水层夹在由100%纤维素纤维制成的两个织物层之间,所述纤维素纤维包含至少50%的纤维素阻燃纤维,并加入已知的火焰抑制添加剂,并且所述两个织物层包含选自SingleJersey或Interlock类型的针织结构,提供多向延伸性。
12.根据权利要求8所述的阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物,包括三层,其中所述不透水层夹在由100%纤维素纤维制成的两个织物层之间,所述纤维素纤维包含至少50%的纤维素阻燃纤维,并加入已知的火焰抑制添加剂,并且所述两个织物层包含选自SingleJersey或Interlock类型的针织结构,提供多向延伸性。
13.根据权利要求9所述的阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物,包括三层,其中所述不透水层夹在由100%纤维素纤维制成的两个织物层之间,所述纤维素纤维包含至少50%的纤维素阻燃纤维,并加入已知的火焰抑制添加剂,并且所述两个织物层包含选自SingleJersey或Interlock类型的针织结构,提供多向延伸性。
14.根据权利要求10所述的阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物,包括三层,其中所述不透水层夹在由100%纤维素纤维制成的两个织物层之间,所述纤维素纤维包含至少50%的纤维素阻燃纤维,并加入已知的火焰抑制添加剂,并且所述两个织物层包含选自SingleJersey或Interlock类型的针织结构,提供多向延伸性。
15.一种由阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物制成的枕头或床垫保护罩,所述阻燃防水可伸缩复合织物由多个连接的可透气层制成,其中所述可透气层包括至少一个织物层和一个使用胶粘剂通过层压连接的不透水层,其中:
-所述织物层由100%纤维素纤维制成,所述纤维素纤维包含至少50%的纤维素阻燃纤维,并加入已知的火焰抑制添加剂;
-所述织物层包含选自SingleJersey或Interlock类型的针织结构,提供多向延伸性;
其特征在于:
所述火焰抑制添加剂不含卤素,并选自高岭土、碳酸钙、氢氧化铝或基于有机磷的颜料;
所述不透水层处于双轴向弹性状态;以及
所述不透水层包含无卤塑料材料,所述无卤塑料材料选自聚氨酯或聚酯,并加入已知火焰抑制添加剂,其中所述火焰抑制添加剂选自有机磷化合物,包括:
-有机磷酸酯如三(2,3-二溴丙基)磷酸酯、磷酸三苯酯(TPP)、间苯二酚双(二苯基磷酸酯)(RDP)、双酚A二苯基磷酸酯(BPADP)和磷酸三邻甲苯酯,
