制作时先将以是石斛、肉豆蔻、山药、茯苓、桑叶 、桑葚、菊花 、枸杞、栀子、佛手为主要原料,浸泡后加入β-环状糊精,用预水解SBE技术提取并浓缩后,配以糊精100℃干燥并灭菌6小时,配以牛磺酸、木糖醇,再混合进行巴氏灭菌1小时,然后添加微胶囊化后的双歧杆菌(青春双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌)、乳杆菌(嗜酸乳杆菌粉、干酪乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌、乳亚种格氏乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、瑞士乳杆菌、唾液乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、约氏乳杆菌)、嗜热链球菌混合的工艺制成固体饮料;然后分装成10-65 ml/瓶(做成饮品则省略上述配以糊精100℃干燥并灭菌6小时一道工序),每日早、中、晚饭后0.5小时各饮1瓶;也可以加入适量附料制成胶囊、片剂或加入甜味剂和黑芝麻粉制成饼干等快速、方便食品便于外出携带食用。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的养肝的膳食,其特征在于包括以重量计的下列组分:微胶囊化后的双歧杆菌(青春双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌)900g-1100g、乳杆菌(嗜酸乳杆菌粉、干酪乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌、乳亚种格氏乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、瑞士乳杆菌、唾液乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、约氏乳杆菌)900g-1100g、嗜热链球菌900g-1100g、石斛900g-1100g、肉豆蔻900g-1100g、山药900g-1100g、茯苓900g-1100g、菊花900g-1100g、桑葚900g-1100g、枸杞900g-1100g、栀子900g-1100g、佛手800g-1000g;

7.前述的配方中(经药理实验,申报保健食品,并获取健字号后)还可以加入以重量计的下列组分:灵芝孢子粉900g-1100g、冬虫夏草900g-1100g、羚羊角900g-1100g、刺五加700g-900g、枳椇子700g-900g、杜仲700g-900g、五味子700g-900g、当归700g-900g、白术700g-900g、何首乌700g-900g、生地600g-800g、丹皮600g-800g、车前子600g-800g、板蓝根600g、女贞子600g、黄芪600g、苍术600g、厚朴600g、木香600g、鳖甲600g、党参600g、麦冬600g、丹参600g、泽兰600g、熟大黄600g、北沙参600g,而优选的配伍还可以是灵芝孢子粉1000g、羚羊角1000g、冬虫夏草1000g、刺五加800g、枳椇子800g、杜仲800g、五味子800g、当归800g、白术800g、何首乌800g、生地700g、丹皮700g、车前子700g、板蓝根600g、女贞子600g、黄芪600g、苍术600g、厚朴600g、木香600g、鳖甲600g、党参600g、胡芦巴600g、麦冬600g、丹参600g、泽兰600g、熟大黄600g、北沙参600g,用预水解SBE技术提取后加入。
