Abstract

本发明涉及自主导航装置附属零部件的技术领域,特别是涉及一种光电导航传感器,本发明的光电导航传感器可靠地检测导航光带的位置,为AGV控制系统提供可靠的基础控制数据;包括光发射模块、光带、光接收模块、数据处理单元、电压比较器和输出模块;光发射模块发射光线至光带上;光接收模块用于接收光发射模块发射至光带上的光线,并将接收到的光线信号转换为电信号,发送至数据处理单元;数据处理单元接收到电信号后对电信号进行滤波放大,并将滤波放大后的电信号发送至电压比较器;电压比较器根据设定的阈值输出高低电平,并将输出的高低电平输送至输出模块。

技术领域
本发明涉及自主导航装置附属零部件的技术领域,特别是涉及一种光电导航传感器。
背景技术
众所周知,导航传感器主要运用于自主导航机器人、自主导航运输车AGV(AGC)等自主导航设备,完成自主导航设备的预设运行路线检测及定位。目前国内导航传感器基本是采用磁导航行传感器和带反光板的激光导航传感器;磁导航传感器长时间使用后会出现温漂、磁饱和问题,而且有些厂房对光洁度要求很高,铺设磁条影响美观,不便管理,激光导航传感器价格昂贵。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种可靠地检测导航光带的位置,为AGV控制系统提供可靠的基础控制数据的光电导航传感器。
本发明的光电导航传感器,包括光发射模块、光带、光接收模块、数据处理单元、电压比较器和输出模块;
所述光发射模块发射光线至光带上;
所述光接收模块用于接收光发射模块发射至光带上的光线,并将接收到的光线信号转换为电信号,发送至数据处理单元;
所述数据处理单元接收到电信号后对电信号进行滤波放大,并将滤波放大后的电信号发送至电压比较器;
所述电压比较器根据设定的阈值输出高低电平,并将输出的高低电平输送至输出模块。
本发明的光电导航传感器,还包括电位器,所述电位器与光发射模块电连接,所述光发射模块用于调整光线灵敏度,并调整检测到光带的高度距离。
本发明的光电导航传感器,所述光发射模块发射光线为红外光。
本发明的光电导航传感器,还包括发光二极管,所述发光二极管与电压比较器电连接。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果为:通过上述设置,可以达到可靠地检测导航光带的位置,为AGV控制系统提供可靠的基础控制数据的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示,本发明的光电导航传感器,包括光发射模块1、光带2、光接收模块3、数据处理单元4、电压比较器5和输出模块6;
光发射模块发射光线至光带上;
光接收模块用于接收光发射模块发射至光带上的光线,并将接收到的光线信号转换为电信号,发送至数据处理单元;
数据处理单元接收到电信号后对电信号进行滤波放大,并将滤波放大后的电信号发送至电压比较器;
电压比较器根据设定的阈值输出高低电平,并将输出的高低电平输送至输出模块;通过上述设置,可以达到可靠地检测导航光带的位置,为AGV控制系统提供可靠的基础控制数据的效果。
本发明的光电导航传感器,还包括电位器7,电位器与光发射模块电连接,光发射模块用于调整光线灵敏度,并调整检测到光带的高度距离。
本发明的光电导航传感器,光发射模块发射光线为红外光。
本发明的光电导航传感器,还包括发光二极管8,发光二极管与电压比较器电连接。

Claims (4)

1.一种光电导航传感器,其特征在于,包括光发射模块、光带、光接收模块、数据处理单元、电压比较器和输出模块;
所述光发射模块发射光线至光带上;
所述光接收模块用于接收光发射模块发射至光带上的光线,并将接收到的光线信号转换为电信号,发送至数据处理单元;
所述数据处理单元接收到电信号后对电信号进行滤波放大,并将滤波放大后的电信号发送至电压比较器;
所述电压比较器根据设定的阈值输出高低电平,并将输出的高低电平输送至输出模块。
2.如权利要求1所述的光电导航传感器,其特征在于,还包括电位器,所述电位器与光发射模块电连接,所述光发射模块用于调整光线灵敏度,并分别调整和检测所述光发射模块到光带的高度距离。
3.如权利要求2所述的光电导航传感器,其特征在于,所述光发射模块发射光线为红外光。
4.如权利要求3所述的光电导航传感器,其特征在于,还包括发光二极管,所述发光二极管与电压比较器电连接。
