技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于杠杆的致动器,杠杆可与例如阀门或废料排出门(wastegate)或废气涡轮增压器的可变涡轮构件(a variable turbine geometry ofanexhaust gas turbocharger)相连接。
特别是用于上述实例中时,通常必须借助于与阀门轴或相应轴相连接的杠杆使阀门或其他部件发生转动。
背景技术
特别是对于在废料排出门或在废气涡轮增压器的可变涡轮构件中的用途而言,更多详细内容可参照申请人提交的欧洲专利申请10172629,该申请公开了本申请主题内容中所涉及的废料排出门、废气涡轮增压器的可变涡轮构件及致动器的详细内容。
此外,由DE 102008004688A1可知一种用于在涡轮增压器(turbocharger)中操纵阀门的致动器,其中驱动器的杠杆通过具有至少一个球形接头的连接杆与同阀门相连的杠杆相连接。
JP 2005315179涉及一种用于废气涡轮增压器的阀门,通过压力缸(pressurecylinder)致动,使其输出杆(output rod)在摩擦元件中沿平移方向运动。但是,鉴于通过杠杆与所述阀门相连接的所述输出杆在所述阀门转动的过程中发生至少细微的旋转运动(swivel movement),可改进此导向器。
US 4,256,019构成本发明的一份背景技术文件,US 373,072、US 6,352,109B1、DE2211955、DE 46204和US 4,840,350为其他背景技术。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于杠杆的致动器,其将必要的运动学予以考虑并在精准度和/或作用力的方面有所改进。
此目的的方案通过如本发明所述的致动器实现。
因此,此致动器包括在驱动器和杠杆之间的连接杆,连接杆可旋转地支撑在与所述杠杆相间隔的位置,并且在此支撑件和所述杠杆之间被沿圆弧方向导向。如上所述,该杠杆与例如阀门或废料排出门或废气涡轮增压器的可变涡轮构件相连接。所述杠杆可以是任意部件,并且可以是例如,棒状部件,可直接或间接地与所述部件的旋转轴相连接,以使所述杠杆的旋转导致所述部件的旋转。所述杠杆上与所述旋转轴相间隔的点(例如,将所述连接杆连接的点),在所述杠杆旋转时,沿圆弧运动。因此,所述连接杆也受到此运动的影响,根据本发明,通过所述连接杆的可旋转支撑件使此运动成为可能,该支撑件在所述连接杆上与所述杠杆相间隔的位置。
为使此转动运动以既定方式进行并同时以尽可能小的摩擦力和尽可能小的侧向力进行,使所述连接杆在所述支撑件和其与所述杠杆的连接点之间沿圆弧方向导向。因此,就连接杆而言,保证了其在基本上没有侧向力和/或摩擦力情况下的既定运动,并因此确保了在通过杠杆的方式致动阀门或类似装置的过程中的精准度。上述阀门可以是废气再循环阀门(exhaust gas recirculation)或任意阀门,例如用于机动车行业的阀门。
优选实施方式在后续的权利要求中描述。
目前,优选将所述连接杆插入导向元件,以使所述连接杆在所述导向元件中可沿该杆的长度方向运动,以从驱动器向所述杠杆传递平移运动。所述导向元件包括适宜的结构,例如形状如圆弧的结构,其与在其中插入所述导向元件的(固定)导向块中的互补结构(complementary structures)协同作用。
目前特别优选的是具有护套的导向元件的构成,该护套中插入连接杆。
至于所述连接杆的可旋转支撑件,可采用滚筒,所述连接杆的可旋转支撑件通过该滚筒作用。例如,可在所述连接杆的一端以适宜的方式采用该滚筒并且其可与所述驱动器的输出元件的曲面(contour)协同作用。
所述驱动器可是旋转驱动器。作为平移驱动器,可包括压力舱或螺线管。与例如致动器的输出杆的导向器有所不同,其作为与所述杠杆的连接杆,在现有技术中采用具有摩擦的元件的方式,根据本发明的手段可避免过大的摩擦力和侧向力。作为旋转驱动器,可使用任选具备下游齿轮转动机构的适宜的电动机。
旋转驱动器的输出元件(可将所述连接杆可旋转地支撑在该元件上)具有蜗轮或螺纹元件。关于所述螺纹元件的详细内容,参照申请人的EP 2172682A1以及其中引用的文件,其公开的涉及螺纹元件的内容在此组成本申请的主题内容。特别是,可使所述螺纹元件的旋转轴朝着所述连接杆倾斜(tilted),精确地说(mathematically)斜交(skewed)放置。通过蜗轮,优选与此不同的将所述蜗轮的旋转轴垂直于所述连接杆长度方向上的延伸部。
对于当向所述连接杆传递运动以引导其在固定线形导向器中转动时的精准度而言,其也已成为优选措施。如上所述,该连接杆基本上沿其长度方向进行典型运动并因而至少以轻微程度转动。为了避免在所述连接杆的枢轴区域中伴随此运动的(不希望的)转动或横向运动(transverse movement),优选采用所述导向器。

具体实施方式
在图1中,可辨别出具有相应蜗轮状曲面的蜗轮1作为驱动器的输出元件。此曲面中插入滚筒4,如在图2中显而易见,其在连接杆5的上端与轴7可旋转地相连。由图1显而易见,随着所述蜗轮状沟槽接近所述蜗轮的中心点,所述蜗轮1以顺时针方向的旋转带动所述连接杆5上升。因此,可通过所述蜗轮以所述方向的旋转来升高所述连接杆5(根据图1中的图示),并且如果杠杆10以相对于所述连接杆5倾斜的任意方向延伸(例如为了旋转阀门元件),则可以转动连接于所述连接杆下端的杠杆10(见图2)。
在图1所示情况下,在所述杠杆10和所述连接杆之间的夹角越小,所述杠杆10和所述连接杆之间的连接点沿所述连接杆横向方向上运动越多。即使在图1所示情况下将所述杠杆10以垂直于所述连接杆的方向布置,当所述连接杆向上运动时,所述连接点沿着环形路径运动并因此(也)沿着纵向方向运动。此运动必然跟随着在所述连接点可旋转地连接于所述杠杆10的连接杆,并因此沿箭头A的方向至少小范围移动。根据本发明,此在环形路径上的运动在所示的实施方式中是以所述连接杆5插入具有护套6的导向元件8而进行的。
为使以上所述的该连接杆5的向上运动和向下运动成为可能,此杆在所述护套6内可沿其长度方向平移。但是,在所示情况下,在所述导向元件8的护套的下端形成形状如圆弧的突起,其插入导向块9的互补轮廓(complementarycontours)(例如沟槽或缝隙)中。因此,也发生以所述连接杆5的平移和转动相结合的既定运动,而不作用过大的摩擦力或侧向力。特别地,所述连接杆5的旋转运动是绕着所述插入该蜗轮曲面的滚筒4。
在所示实施方式中(见图2),所述连接杆5在其上端基本上是以T的形状构成。在所示实施方式中,所述滚筒4被可旋转地支撑在所述“T”的面向所述蜗轮的臂部以及在面向图1中观察者的臂部,所述连接杆5的此区域插入固定的线形导向器11中。当所述连接杆凭借所述蜗轮1以图1中所示情况开始的旋转运动而因此向上运动时,使其在此区域沿其长度方向运动并不能偏离。因此改进了运动的精准度。
位于所述护套6侧面(lateral)的区域(根据图1),即在所述箭头和参照标记A中的区域,可沿“厚度”方向凹进(recessed)(根据图1垂直于绘制平面)。类似地,如在图1中所辨别出的,所述导向元件8以下所述连接杆5的部分的周边区域也适用。由图2显而易见,在此区域,所述导向块9在所述“厚度方向”(即根据图2沿侧面)另有凹进。
在图2的侧视图中,另可辨别出所述蜗轮元件1的旋转轴2,其可以适宜的方式与通过轮(wheel)驱动的齿轮(gearwheel)3连接。具有所述护套6的所述导向元件8的整体结构,以及在所示情况中沿其下端设置的所述圆弧状突起,也由图2显而易见。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于杠杆(10)的致动器,杠杆(10)与阀门或废料排出门或废气涡轮增压器的可变涡轮构件相连接,所述致动器包括驱动器、在所述驱动器和所述杠杆(10)之间的连接杆(5),连接杆(5)可旋转地支撑在与所述杠杆相间隔的位置,并且在支撑位置和所述杠杆之间被沿圆弧方向导向,
其特征在于
所述驱动器是旋转驱动器并且所述驱动器包括蜗轮(1)或螺纹元件;
所述连接杆(5)通过滚筒(4)支撑。

所述连接杆(5)插入导向元件(8),所述导向元件(8)插入导向块(9)。
