一种涂胶密封式门边型材，涉及一种门边型材，主型材（2）的立板（2.2）连接弧形板（2.5）的上部面中部，弧形板的一端翘起连接F形板（2.8）的下端，在弧形板的中部至另一端上部面是间隔设有锯齿形凸起面（2.3），平连接板（2.6）的两端分别连接在F形板的中部和立板的上部；边扣型材（1）J形板（1.4）下端设置的回钩板（1.6）卡接主型材立板上端的双钩面（2.1），边扣型材的J形钩板（1.7）卡接主型材F形板上端的双凸起钩（2.9）；本发明利用边扣型材、主型材的牢固卡接结构和合理的结构设置，尤其是弧形板上设置的锯齿形凸起面对于门体密封度得到大幅度的提高。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种门边型材，尤其是涉及一种涂胶密封式门边型材。
【背景技术】
公知的，在超市中有很多食品展示陈列柜，包含风幕柜、风冷柜、立风柜、熟食柜等，这些食品展示柜中会放置一些冷饮、酸奶、牛奶、真空包装的肉食、熟食、水果等食品，为了方便顾客的取放和出于安全、美观考虑，在柜门上通常会设置由铝合金或塑料制作的门边型材，这些门边型材组合成门体后需要起到隐藏电线“除霜电路”、在柜口密封安装和固定玻璃的作用，所以简单的槽钢型材不能满足这些需求；尤其是对于大型用户的海尔、宏泰、安东尼、开利、可口可乐、三洋、爱普塔等超市或冷柜企业，更是需要根据客户的实际需求设计。
【发明内容】
为了克服背景技术中的不足，本发明公开一种涂胶密封式门边型材，利用边扣型材、主型材的牢固卡接结构和合理的结构设置，尤其是弧形板上设置的锯齿形凸起面对于门体密封度得到大幅度的提高，为功能性定制门的安装提供可靠的结构支持，实现了防止冷气外流的节能目的。
为实现上述发明目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种涂胶密封式门边型材，包括边扣型材、主型材，主型材的立板连接弧形板的上部面中部，弧形板的一端翘起连接F形板的下端，在弧形板的中部至另一端上部面是间隔设有锯齿形凸起面，平连接板的两端分别连接在F形板的中部和立板的上部；在边扣型材平板A的一侧设有向下折弯，所述平板A的另一侧下部设有J形板，J形板的下端连接L形板的下端部，在L形板的上端设有平板B，所述平板B外端下部设有J形钩板；边扣型材J形板下端设置的回钩板卡接主型材立板上端的双钩面，边扣型材的J形钩板卡接主型材F形板上端的双凸起钩。
所述的涂胶密封式门边型材，在主型材弧形板的另一端上部设有凸起边。
所述的涂胶密封式门边型材，在F形板的平连接板上部与双凸起钩之间设有侧凸起条，所述侧凸起条与平连接板之间形成C形凹陷。
所述的涂胶密封式门边型材，在向下折弯的外端设有“C”形板。
所述的涂胶密封式门边型材，所述平板A、平板B为等高设置，在平板A、平板B之间形成开口。
由于采用如上所述的技术方案，本发明具有如下有益效果：
本发明所述的涂胶密封式门边型材，利用边扣型材、主型材的牢固卡接结构，可以保证边边扣型材、主型材之间形成空腔中侧凸起条形成的C形凹陷中放置电路的稳定，由于本发明边扣型材、主型材的卡接结构设置，使得中空玻璃安装时方便放入，基本不使用自攻螺丝，在美观得到保证的同时克服了现有技术使用自攻螺丝容易刮伤人的弊端，由侧延伸板的上凸起和向下折弯“C”形板内设置的密封条满足了中空玻璃的边部固定需求；本发明通过合理的结构设置，有效地将现有功能简单超市陈列柜的柜门加装合适的中空玻璃门，方便功能性架构的安装提供便利，实现了防止冷气外流的节能目的，有效的节省了电能，符合国家关于环保的政策需求，填补了市场空白；本发明尤其适合爱普塔使用的型材定制。

结合附图1～3所述的涂胶密封式门边型材，包括边扣型材1、主型材2，主型材2的立板2.2连接弧形板2.5的上部面中部，弧形板2.5的一端翘起连接F形板2.8的下端，在弧形板2.5的中部至另一端上部面是间隔设有锯齿形凸起面2.3，所述弧形板2.5的另一端上部设有凸起边2.4，平连接板2.6的两端分别连接在F形板2.8的中部和立板2.2的上部，在F形板2.8的平连接板2.6上部与双凸起钩2.9之间设有侧凸起条2.7，所述侧凸起条2.7与平连接板2.6之间形成C形凹陷；在边扣型材1平板A1.2的一侧设有向下折弯1.3，在向下折弯1.3的外端设有“C”形板1.5，所述平板A1.2的另一侧下部设有J形板1.4，J形板1.4的下端连接L形板1.8的下端部，在L形板1.8的上端设有平板B1.9，所述平板B1.9外端下部设有J形钩板1.7，所述平板A1.2、平板B1.9为等高设置，在平板A1.2、平板B1.9之间形成开口1.1，所述开口1.1可放置密封条的结构；边扣型材1J形板1.4下端设置的回钩板1.6卡接主型材2立板2.2上端的双钩面2.1，边扣型材1的J形钩板1.7卡接主型材2F形板2.8上端的双凸起钩2.9。
实施本发明所述的涂胶密封式门边型材，本发明边扣型材1、主型材2可使用塑钢或铝合金制作；使用时首先将主型材2切割出具有连接角的适合长度，其中连接插角可放置在平连接板2.6、立板2.2、F形板2.8和弧形板2.5之间形成的空腔内，四根便可形成方形门框，电路可固定在侧凸起条2.7与平连接板2.6之间形成C形凹陷内或边扣型材1与主型材2之间，将中空玻璃放置在立板2.2和弧形板2.5形成的夹角中，然后使用四根边扣型材1扣合卡接获取门体。

1.一种涂胶密封式门边型材，包括边扣型材（1）、主型材（2），其特征是：主型材（2）的立板（2.2）连接弧形板（2.5）的上部面中部，弧形板（2.5）的一端翘起连接F形板（2.8）的下端，在弧形板（2.5）的另一端上部设有凸起边（2.4），在弧形板（2.5）的中部至另一端上部面是间隔设有锯齿形凸起面（2.3），平连接板（2.6）的两端分别连接在F形板（2.8）的中部和立板（2.2）的上部，在F形板（2.8）的平连接板（2.6）上部与双凸起钩（2.9）之间设有侧凸起条（2.7），所述侧凸起条（2.7）与平连接板（2.6）之间形成C形凹陷；在边扣型材（1）平板A（1.2）的一侧设有向下折弯（1.3），在向下折弯（1.3）的外端设有“C”形板（1.5），所述平板A（1.2）的另一侧下部设有J形板（1.4），J形板（1.4）的下端连接L形板（1.8）的下端部，在L形板（1.8）的上端设有平板B（1.9），所述平板B（1.9）外端下部设有J形钩板（1.7），所述平板A（1.2）、平板B（1.9）为等高设置，在平板A（1.2）、平板B（1.9）之间形成开口（1.1）；边扣型材（1）J形板（1.4）下端设置的回钩板（1.6）卡接主型材（2）立板（2.2）上端的双钩面（2.1），边扣型材（1）的J形钩板（1.7）卡接主型材（2）F形板（2.8）上端的双凸起钩（2.9）。
