Abstract
一种高强度钢板对接焊缝的焊接工艺,采用85~90%Ar+10~15%CO2混合气体为保护气氛,保护气流速为16~24L/min,打底焊接电流为200A~220A,电压为20~22V,打底层厚度小于等于3mm;盖面焊接电流为220A~240A,电压为22~24V;焊前不预热,焊后不进行热处理。本发明能够有效防止高强度钢板的焊接裂纹,保证焊接质量,满足高强度钢板在实际生产需求,操作简便,成本较低,易于推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及焊接工艺技术领域,具体是一种高强度钢板对接焊缝的焊接工艺。
背景技术
随着焊接结构件向轻量化方向的发展,高强度钢板已广泛应用至工程机械、矿山机械等领域,其中HG70D高强度钢板在工程机械领域中的应用越来越广泛,焊接是影响高强度钢板制造应用过程的重要因素,一般地,高强度钢淬硬性大,焊接容易出现延迟冷裂纹,主要产生在对接焊缝,严重影响焊接件的生产质量,因而需要研究一种HG70D高强度钢板对接焊缝的焊接工艺,以保证焊接件的生产质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度钢板对接焊缝的焊接工艺,能够有效防止高强度钢板的焊接裂纹,保证焊接质量,满足高强度钢板在实际生产需求,操作简便,成本较低,易于推广应用
本发明为解决上述问题提供一种高强度钢板对接焊缝的焊接工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)打底、填充,采用85~90%Ar+10~15%CO2混合气体为保护气氛,保护气体流速为16~24L/min;
(2)将待焊对接焊缝开35°~45°坡口,钝边0~1mm;
(3)将待焊对接焊缝背部加垫焊板,定位焊固定,焊缝间隙为1~3mm;
(4)用钢丝刷清理焊缝坡口两侧10~20mm表面,去除油污和铁锈,直至露出金属光泽;
(5)打底焊接,采用电流为200A~220A,电压为20~22V,焊接速度50±5cm/min,打底层厚度小于等于3mm进行打底焊接;
(6)盖面焊接,采用电流为220A~240A,电压为22~24V,焊接速度45±5cm/min进行盖面焊接。
所述的高强度钢板牌号为HG70D,厚度3~6mm。
所述打底焊接与盖面焊接均为连续施焊,中途不停歇,焊前不预热,焊后不进行热处理。
所述打底焊接与盖面焊接的焊丝牌号均为ER100S-G,实芯焊丝,直径Φ1.2。
本发明的突出优点在于:能够有效防止高强度钢板的焊接裂纹,保证焊接质量,满足高强度钢板在实际生产需求,操作简便,成本较低,易于推广应用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明的技术方案进一步详细说明。
厚度为5mm的HG70D高强度钢板1对接焊,选择焊丝牌号为ER100S-G,焊丝直径Φ1.2,采用85~90%Ar+10~15%CO2混合气体为保护气氛,保护气流速为16~24L/min,具体步骤为:
步骤1:待焊对接焊缝开35°~45°坡口,钝边0~1mm;
步骤2:在待焊对接焊缝背部加垫焊板2,定位焊固定,焊缝间隙为1~3mm;
步骤3:用钢丝刷清理焊缝坡口两侧10~20mm表面,去除油污和铁锈,直至露出金属光泽;
步骤4:进行打底焊接,电流为200A~220A,电压为20~22V,焊接速度51cm/min,控制打底层焊缝3厚度小于等于3mm;
步骤5:进行盖面层焊缝4焊接,电流为220A~240A,电压为22~24V,焊接速度42cm/min;
根据需要按图纸要求对焊件进行矫正;对焊缝进行打磨及清理飞溅。
焊后焊缝外观平整光洁,无表面及根裂纹。所获得的接头力学性能为:抗拉强度740Mpa,伸长率19%,试验0℃的焊缝金属V形缺口冲击吸收功大于90J;接头熔合区金相组织均为针状铁素体及少量侧板条铁素体,满足使用性要求。

Claims (5)
1.一种高强度钢板对接焊缝的焊接工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)打底、填充,采用85~90%Ar+10~15%CO2混合气体为保护气氛,保护气体流速为16~24L/min;
(2)将待焊对接焊缝开35°~45°坡口,钝边0~1mm;
(3)将待焊对接焊缝背部加垫焊板,定位焊固定,焊缝间隙为1~3mm;
(4)用钢丝刷清理焊缝坡口两侧10~20mm表面,去除油污和铁锈,直至露出金属光泽;
(5)打底焊接,采用电流为200A~220A,电压为20~22V,焊接速度50±5cm/min,打底层厚度小于等于3mm进行打底焊接;
(6)盖面焊接,采用电流为220A~240A,电压为22~24V,焊接速度45±5cm/min进行盖面焊接。
2.如权利要求1所述的高强度钢板对接焊缝的焊接工艺,其特征在于:所述的高强度钢板牌号为HG70D,厚度3~6mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的高强度钢板对接焊缝的焊接工艺,其特征在于:所述打底焊接与盖面焊接均为连续施焊,中途不停歇,焊前不预热,焊后不进行热处理。
4.如权利要求1所述的高强度钢板对接焊缝的焊接工艺,其特征在于:所述打底焊接与盖面焊接的焊丝牌号均为ER100S-G,实芯焊丝,直径Φ1.2。
5.如权利要求1所述的高强度钢板对接焊缝的焊接工艺,其特征在于:焊接后对焊件进行矫正,对焊缝进行打磨及清理飞溅。
