Abstract

本发明公开一种卷绕电池极群及其制作方法,涉及铅酸蓄电池领域。所述极群的正、负极耳由里到外依次加宽,构成扇形结构,扇形角为550~650。其制作方法是根据设定的卷绕圈数和相应半径,计算出各圈上对应于扇形角的弧长,即极耳的宽度,在分切模上冲裁下料,再按现有工艺制成极群。本发明能避免极耳周边的应力集中现象,不会撕裂,提高电池抗震和大电流性能,且制作方法规范,适应工业化生产。

一种卷绕电池极群及其制作方法
技术领域
    本发明涉及一种新的卷绕电池极群及其制作方法,属于铅酸蓄电池技术领域。
背景技术
铅酸蓄电池中的卷绕电池极群由正、负极板卷绕而成,卷绕后正、负极耳分别重叠对称分布。现有的正、负极耳重叠后,整体成“凸”形,即台阶形,内圈的几个极耳宽度相等,外圈的几个极耳宽度相等,通常内圈极耳宽度比外圈极耳宽度小10mm左右。这种极耳结构强度不够,存在应力集中现象,在震动情况下容易撕裂,从而使电池的抗震性能较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种增强极耳强度,提高电池抗震性能的卷绕电池极群,并提供该极群的制作方法。
本发明的技术方案是:卷绕电池极群,正、负极耳分别重叠对称分布在极群的同一端,正、负极耳中心线位于极群的同一直径上,其改进之处是正、负极耳由里圈到外圈依次加宽,构成扇形极耳结构。
所述扇形极耳结构的扇形角α为550~650
上述卷绕电池极群的制作方法操作如下:
(1)按现有工艺设定极群中正、负板栅的总长、总宽,并确定正、负极耳的中心线位置;
(2)确定扇形极耳的扇形角α,根据设计好的极群卷绕圈数和相应半径,计算各圈上对应于扇形角α的弧长,该弧长即为正、负极耳宽度,极耳宽度均匀分布在极耳中心线两侧,极耳高度按原设计;
(3)利用分切模具分别对正、负板栅冲裁下料;
(4)按现有工艺对板栅涂膏、固化、卷绕,制成极群。
本发明的卷绕电池极群的极耳成扇形结构,既利于电流的传输,改善电池的大电流性能,又避免了极耳周边的应力集中现象,强度好,不会撕裂,从而提高了卷绕电池的抗震性能。
本发明提供的制作方法,工艺规范,操作方便,能保证极群制作的质量,适应工业化生产。

具体实施方式
下面通过75Ah卷绕电池的实施例,进一步说明本发明。
参见图1,卷绕电池的极群中,正极耳1与负极耳2对称分布,二者中心线位于极群端面的同一直径上,正、负极耳由里向外依次加宽,构成扇形结构,扇形角α=600。极群中正、负板栅的展开尺寸如图2、图3所示。
该极群的制作方法操作如下:
1、按现有工艺设定正板栅3、负板栅4的总长为1250mm,总宽为178+极耳高度13mm,并确定正、负板栅上各7个极耳的中心线位置;
2、计算极群各卷绕圈上对应于α=600的弧长,即为由里向外的7个正、负极耳的宽度,极耳宽度均匀分布在极耳中心线两侧;
3、在分切模具上分别对正、负板栅冲裁下料;
4、按现有工艺涂膏、固化、卷绕,制成极群。
本实施例(修改后)与原有极耳结构(修改前)的极耳宽度及板栅重量变化情况如下表:
极板的卷绕圈数不变,极耳改变后板栅重量增加不到1%。

1.一种卷绕电池极群,正、负极耳分别重叠对称分布在极群的同一端,正、负极耳中心线位于极群的同一直径上,其特征是正、负极耳由里圈到外圈依次加宽,构成扇形极耳结构。
2.按权利要求1所述卷绕电池极群,其特征是所述扇形极耳结构的扇形角α为550~650
3.一种按权利要求1所述卷绕电池极群的制作方法,其特征是操作如下:
(1)按现有工艺设定极群中正、负板栅的总长、总宽,并确定正、负极耳的中心线位置;
(2)确定扇形极耳的扇形角α,根据设计好的极群卷绕圈数和相应半径,计算各圈上对应于扇形角α的弧长,该弧长即为正、负极耳宽度,极耳宽度均匀分布在极耳中心线两侧,极耳高度按原设计;
(3)利用分切模具分别对正、负板栅冲裁下料;
(4)按现有工艺对板栅涂膏、固化、卷绕,制成极群。
