预混式二次燃气烧嘴及方法,在燃气管18的前端设置有堵头13,燃气管18的前端靠近堵头13一端上设置有多个燃气出口14,空气进气管15靠近法兰盘-b21一端设置有次风口19,空气进气管15的前端与链接弯管12的尾端紧固连接,链接弯管12的前端和混合管5的尾端紧固连接,混合管5的前端设置有燃气烧嘴7,链接盘-a10上设置有观火孔11,链接盘-a10通过法兰盘螺栓-a8与固定在空气管1末端的法兰盘-a9紧固连接,空气管1靠近法兰盘-a9一端设置有主风口2。

预混式二次燃气烧嘴及方法
技术领域:
本发明具体涉及一种预混式二次燃气烧嘴及方法,属于窑炉的燃烧技术领域,适应于耐火材料的燃烧应用。
背景技术:
就发明人所知,目前国内用于耐火材料烧结过程中使用的燃烧装置是扩散式燃烧,常用的扩散式燃烧是助燃气和燃气边混合边燃烧有几个缺点;第一由于混合不好会造成助燃气的过剩,提高了排烟的温度使窑炉热量损失加大。第二由于混合不好使燃气不能充分燃烧造成了燃料过剩,因此浪费燃料。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述缺陷,提供一种能够使助燃气和燃气充分混合,可以使助燃气和燃气合理利用而且燃烧效率高的预混式二次燃气烧嘴及方法。
本发明是按照以下技术方案实现的。所述的预混式二次燃气烧嘴及方法,其特征在于设置一条燃气管18,在燃气管18的前端设置有堵头13,燃气管18的前端靠近堵头13一端上设置有多个燃气出口14,燃气管18靠近燃气出口14处设置有第二固定支架17,第二固定支架17上均匀设置有多个喷气孔16,燃气管18的尾端一端设置有链接盘-b22,链接盘-b22通过法兰盘螺栓-b20与固定在空气进气管15末端的法兰盘-b21紧固连接,空气进气管15靠近法兰盘-b21一端设置有次风口19,空气进气管15的前端与链接弯管12的尾端紧固连接,链接弯管12的前端和混合管5的尾端紧固连接,混合管5的前端设置有燃气烧嘴7,燃气烧嘴7上设置有多个混合气出口6,混合管5靠近燃气烧嘴7一端设置有第一固定支架3,第一固定支架3上均匀设置有多个空气出口4,混合管5靠近尾端一端设置有链接盘-a10,链接盘-a10上设置有观火孔11,链接盘-a10通过法兰盘螺栓-a8与固定在空气管1末端的法兰盘-a9紧固连接,空气管1靠近法兰盘-a9一端设置有主风口2,空气管1的内径大于混合管5的外径,空气管1的长度小于混合管5的长度,混合管5的内径和空气进气管15内径一样,链接弯管12的内径与混合管5、空气进气管15的外径一样,空气进气管15的内径大于燃气管18的外径,空气进气管15的长度小于燃气管18的长度,第一固定支架3的外径和空气管1的内径一样,第一固定支架3的内径和混合管5的外径一样,空气出口4的中心同水平线按一个方向交叉平行,第二固定支架17的外径和空气进气管15的内径一样,第二固定支架17的内径和燃气管18的外径一样,喷气孔16的中心同水平线按一个方向交叉平行,第一固定支架3的外径和内径大于第二固定支架17的外径和内径,堵头13与燃气烧嘴7之间有一定的距离,堵头13的直径小于燃气烧嘴7的直径,混合气出口6的中心同水平线同一个方向倾斜,燃气出口14的中心垂直于燃气管18的中心线。
本发明的预混式二次燃气烧嘴及方法,是燃气通过燃气管,使燃气从燃气出口喷出,燃气和助燃气在混合管提前混合,然后使混合气从燃气烧嘴喷出,燃气烧嘴向隧道窑内喷火,实现了隧道窑对烧制物的烧结,包括;空气管,混合管,固定支架,燃气管,燃气烧嘴。
本发明的预混式二次燃气烧嘴及方法,具有明显地提高了烧结质量,和烧结速度,可以正确满足窑炉温度恒定,实施在耐火材料烧结过程中。有效利用燃气烧嘴的火焰,减少燃料的用量,节能高效的优点。

如图1所示本发明预混式二次燃气烧嘴及方法具体实施方式,其特征在于设置一条燃气管18,在燃气管18的前端设置有堵头13,燃气管18的前端靠近堵头13一端上设置有多个燃气出口14,燃气管18靠近燃气出口14处设置有第二固定支架17,第二固定支架17上均匀设置有多个喷气孔16,燃气管18的尾端一端设置有链接盘-b22,链接盘-b22通过法兰盘螺栓-b20与固定在空气进气管15末端的法兰盘-b21紧固连接,空气进气管15靠近法兰盘-b21一端设置有次风口19,空气进气管15的前端与链接弯管12的尾端紧固连接,链接弯管12的前端和混合管5的尾端紧固连接,混合管5的前端设置有燃气烧嘴7,燃气烧嘴7上设置有多个混合气出口6,混合管5靠近燃气烧嘴7一端设置有第一固定支架3,第一固定支架3上均匀设置有多个空气出口4,混合管5靠近尾端一端设置有链接盘-a10,链接盘-a10上设置有观火孔11,链接盘-a10通过法兰盘螺栓-a8与固定在空气管1末端的法兰盘-a9紧固连接,空气管1靠近法兰盘-a9一端设置有主风口2,空气管1的内径大于混合管5的外径,空气管1的长度小于混合管5的长度,混合管5的内径和空气进气管15内径一样,链接弯管12的内径与混合管5、空气进气管15的外径一样,空气进气管15的内径大于燃气管18的外径,空气进气管15的长度小于燃气管18的长度,第一固定支架3的外径和空气管1的内径一样,第一固定支架3的内径和混合管5的外径一样,空气出口4的中心同水平线按一个方向交叉平行,第二固定支架17的外径和空气进气管15的内径一样,第二固定支架17的内径和燃气管18的外径一样,喷气孔16的中心同水平线按一个方向交叉平行,第一固定支架3的外径和内径大于第二固定支架17的外径和内径,堵头13与燃气烧嘴7之间有一定的距离,堵头13的直径小于燃气烧嘴7的直径,混合气出口6的中心同水平线同一个方向倾斜,燃气出口14的中心垂直于燃气管18的中心线。
本发明中,为了使燃气燃烧的充分,所诉燃气管、所诉空气管、所诉连接弯管、所诉混合管是互通的,所诉空气管和炉膛是连通的。
作为本发明的进一步的实施列,如图1中所诉,所诉空气管1与混合管5连通风道内设有第一固定支架3,这样可以使助燃气流量比例进行调节,使燃气烧嘴7的火焰燃烧充分,火焰刚性好、减少污染物排放的目的。
作为本发明的进一步的实施列,如图1中所诉,所诉堵头与所诉燃气烧嘴之间留有一定的间隙而且逐渐扩大的设置,从而达到燃气和助燃气可以混合充分还可以调节火焰强度和火焰形状的目的。
本发明中,为了使燃气烧嘴燃烧火焰有效的利用,调节主风口和次风口进气量合理对燃气进行混合可以减少燃气的用量。

Claims (4)

1.一种预混式二次燃气烧嘴及方法,该预混式二次燃气烧嘴及方法设置一条燃气管(18),在燃气管(18)的前端设置有堵头(13),燃气管(18)的前端靠近堵头(13)一端上设置有多个燃气出口(14),燃气管(18)靠近燃气出口(14)处设置有第二固定支架(17),第二固定支架(17)上均匀设置有多个喷气孔(16),燃气管(18)的尾端一端设置有链接盘-b(22),链接盘-b(22)通过法兰盘螺栓-b(20)与固定在空气进气管(15)末端的法兰盘-b(21)紧固连接,空气进气管(15)靠近法兰盘-b(21)一端设置有次风口(19),空气进气管(15)的前端与链接弯管(12)的尾端紧固连接,链接弯管(12)的前端和混合管(5)的尾端紧固连接,混合管(5)的前端设置有燃气烧嘴(7),燃气烧嘴(7)上设置有多个混合气出口(6),混合管(5)靠近燃气烧嘴(7)一端设置有第一固定支架(3),第一固定支架(3)上均匀设置有多个空气出口(4),混合管(5)靠近尾端一端设置有链接盘-a(10),链接盘-a(10)上设置有观火孔(11),链接盘-a(10)通过法兰盘螺栓-a(8)与固定在空气管(1)末端的法兰盘-a(9)紧固连接,空气管(1)靠近法兰盘-a(9)一端设置有主风口(2)。
2.如权利要求1所诉的预混式二次燃气烧嘴及方法,其特征在于空气管(1)的内径大于混合管(5)的外径,空气管(1)的长度小于混合管(5)的长度,混合管(5)的内径和空气进气管(15)内径一样,空气进气管(15)的长度小于燃气管(18)的长度,链接弯管(12)的内径与混合管(5)、空气进气管(15)的外径一样。
3.如权利要求1所诉的预混式二次燃气烧嘴及方法,其特征在于第一固定支架(3)的外径和空气管(1)的内径一样,第一固定支架(3)的内径和混合管(5)的外径一样,空气出口(4)的中心同水平线按一个方向交叉平行,第二固定支架(17)的外径和空气进气管(15)的内径一样,第二固定支架(7)的内径和燃气管(18)的外径一样,喷气孔(16)的中心同水平线按一个方向交叉平行,第一固定支架(3)的外径和内径大于第二固定支架(17)的外径和内径。
4.如权利要求1所诉的预混式二次燃气烧嘴及方法,其特征在于堵头(13)与燃气烧嘴(7)之间有一定的距离,堵头(13)的直径小于燃气烧嘴(7)的直径,混合气出口(6)的中心同水平线同一个方向倾斜,燃气出口(14)的中心垂直于燃气管(18)的中心线。
