Abstract

本发明公开了一种全自动节能环保保温车库,包括库体、基座、储电式管状电机、钢丝绳、支杆,库体与基座通过连接轴连接,连接轴的两端安装有扭簧,储电式管状电机安装于基座内侧,支杆通过基座固定端固定在基座上,钢丝绳一端经过库体上的固定端经支杆上端的定滑轮缠绕于储电式管状电机轴一圈,再经支杆底部滑轮将钢丝绳另一端固定在库体上的固定端。该车库成本低,可移动,无需供暖设施,占地面积小,节能环保。

技术领域 本发明涉及移动车库,具体说涉及一种全自动节能环保保温车库。
背景技术 随着家庭轿车的普及,车库的需求量成了社会问题。目前,固定车库数量少、成本高,不能满足市场需求。
发明内容 为了克服现有固定车库成本高、不可移动、占地面积大、保温性能差等缺陷和不足之处,本发明提供了一种全自动节能环保保温车库,具有成本低、保温效果好、占地面积小,节能环保等优点。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种全自动节能环保保温车库,包括库体、基座、储电式管状电机、钢丝绳、支杆,库体与基座通过连接轴连接,连接轴的两端安装有扭簧,储电式管状电机安装于基座内侧,支杆通过基座固定端固定在基座上,钢丝绳一端经过库体上的固定端经支杆上端的定滑轮缠绕于储电式管状电机轴一圈,再经支杆底部滑轮将钢丝绳另一端固定在库体上的固定端。
所述基座上设有保温地垫。
所述基座采用槽钢材料焊接成型。
所述库体底边有密封胶条。
所述库体由内层壳体,外层壳体组成,内层壳体和外层壳体中间填充聚氨酯发泡。
所述支杆固定在套体内,套体通过连接轴与库体活动连接。
本发明的优点在于:1、成本低,固定车库的单位面积造价为4000元,全自动节能环保保温车库的造价为1200元;2、可移动,普通车库为砖混结构,不能移动;3、无需供暖设施,靠储存汽车发动机运转产生的热量来维持车库的温度;4、占地面积小,节能环保。

具体实施方式 一种全自动节能环保保温车库,包括库体1、基座7、储电式管状电机、钢丝绳、支杆4,基座7采用槽钢材料焊接成型,所述基座7上设有保温地垫8,所述库体1底边有凹型密封胶条。关闭车库后,胶条与保温地垫8结合,使车库达到密封状态,即将车体温度和产生的温度保持在车库内。所述库体1由内层壳体、外层壳体组成,内层壳体和外层壳体中间填充聚氨酯发泡,具有耐腐蚀及良好的保温作用,库体1与基座7通过连接轴连接,连接轴的两端安装扭簧5,利用扭簧5的反作用力,使库体1开启回落。储电式管状电机安装于基座内侧,支杆固定在套体内,套体3通过连接轴与库体1活动连接。钢丝绳一端经过库体上的固定端经支杆上端的定滑轮缠绕于储电式管状电机轴10一圈,再经支杆底部滑轮将钢丝绳另一端固定在库体1上的固定端,当遥控器操控电机转动时,钢丝绳拉动库体1开启与关闭。

1.一种全自动节能环保保温车库,其特征在于:包括库体(1)、基座(7)、储电式管状电机、钢丝绳、支杆(4),库体与基座通过连接轴连接,连接轴的两端安装有扭簧(5),储电式管状电机安装于基座内侧,支杆通过基座固定端固定在基座上,钢丝绳一端经过库体上的固定端经支杆上端的定滑轮缠绕于储电式管状电机轴(10)一圈,再经支杆底部滑轮将钢丝绳另一端固定在库体上的固定端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全自动节能环保保温车库,其特征在于:所述基座上设有保温地垫(8)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的全自动节能环保保温车库,其特征在于:所述基座采用槽钢材料焊接成型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的全自动节能环保保温车库,其特征在于:所述库体底边有密封胶条。
5.根据权利要求1或2或4所述的全自动节能环保保温车库,其特征在于:所述库体由内层壳体,外层壳体组成,内层壳体和外层壳体中间填充聚氨酯发泡。
6.根据权利要求1所述的全自动节能环保保温车库,其特征在于:所述支杆固定在套体(3)内,套体通过连接轴与库体活动连接。
