Preferably, the filling hopper is a hollow inverted frustum structure, and comprises a hollow body part, wherein a pair of width adjusting plates capable of sliding towards two sides and an arc-shaped discharging plate rotatably connected with the hollow body part are arranged at an opening at the bottom of the hollow body part.
According to the fireproof material filling device provided by the invention, the slidable conveying belt is arranged on the vibration workbench, so that most of filling materials scattered in the door leaf filling process can be collected on the conveying belt and recycled by the material receiving hopper along with the operation of the conveying belt, and in addition, the scraping operation of redundant filling materials can be automatically completed in the door leaf conveying process through the arrangement of the scraping plate, so that the flatness quality of the filling materials in the door leaf generating process can be ensured.

The distance between the bottom of the scraping plate 23 and the conveyor belt 22 may be slightly greater than the thickness of the door leaf 7, so that when the door leaf 7 passes under the scraping plate 23, the excess filler can be scraped by the scraping plate 23, and the scraping plate 23 can ensure the flatness quality after the door leaf 7 is filled when the door leaf 7 is produced in batch.
The bottom of the scraper 23 may be arc-shaped, and may form a certain inclination angle with the conveyor belt 22, and an included angle α between the scraper 23 and the conveyor belt 22 is 65-75 degrees. Therefore, the filled core material structure can not be damaged excessively in the scraping process.
