Abstract

本发明涉及一种抑制气孔产生的电焊条,包括金属焊芯,所述金属焊芯上包覆有一药皮层,所述药皮层内设有一助焊层,所述助焊层为红磷。本发明通过设置了红磷助焊层,当焊条药皮熔化后,由于红磷燃烧产生的大量气体笼罩着电弧和熔池,会减少熔化的金属和空气的相互作用,焊缝冷却时,熔化后的药皮形成一层熔渣,覆盖在焊缝表面,保护焊缝金属并使之缓慢冷却、减少产生气孔的可能性。

技术领域
本发明涉及焊接技术领域,尤其涉及一种抑制气孔产生的电焊条。
背景技术
焊条由焊芯及药皮两部分构成。焊条是在金属焊芯外将涂料(药皮)均匀、向心地压涂在焊芯上。焊条种类不同,焊芯也不同。焊芯即焊条的金属芯,为了保证焊缝的质量与性能,对焊芯中各金属元素的含量都有严格的规定,特别是对有害杂质(如硫、磷等)的含量,应有严格的限制,优于母材。焊芯成分直接影响着焊缝金属的成分和性能,所以焊芯中的有害元素要尽量少。
焊接过程中,空气中的氧、氮及水蒸气浸入焊缝,会给焊缝带来不利的影响。不仅形成气孔,而且还会降低焊缝的机械性能,甚至导致裂纹。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供了一种抑制气孔产生的电焊条。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
    一种抑制气孔产生的电焊条,包括金属焊芯,所述金属焊芯上包覆有一药皮层,所述药皮层内设有一助焊层。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述助焊层为红磷。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述焊芯的直径为3.2mm。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述助焊层的厚度为1mm。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述药皮层的厚度为6mm。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过设置了红磷助焊层,当焊条药皮熔化后,由于红磷燃烧产生的大量气体笼罩着电弧和熔池,会减少熔化的金属和空气的相互作用,焊缝冷却时,熔化后的药皮形成一层熔渣,覆盖在焊缝表面,保护焊缝金属并使之缓慢冷却、减少产生气孔的可能性。

所述一种抑制气孔产生的电焊条,包括金属焊芯1,所述金属焊芯1上包覆有一药皮层2,所述药皮层2内设有一助焊层3,所述助焊层3为红磷。红磷是红棕色粉末,无毒,密度2.34克/立方厘米,熔点59℃(在43atm下,熔点是590℃,升华温度416℃),沸点200℃,着火点240℃,不溶于水。红磷在燃烧时,会产生的大量气体笼罩着电弧和熔池,减少熔化的金属和空气的相互作用,减少产生气孔的可能性。
所述焊芯1的直径为3.2mm,所述助焊层3的厚度为1mm,所述药皮层2的厚度为6mm。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抑制气孔产生的电焊条,其特征在于:所述焊芯(1)的直径为3.2mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抑制气孔产生的电焊条,其特征在于:所述助焊层(3)的厚度为1mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种抑制气孔产生的电焊条,其特征在于:所述药皮层(2)的厚度为6mm。
