一种手摇水果压汁器，属食品机械领域，克服当前水果压汁器没有手摇的不足，由摇柄、带钉滚轴、u形坑、架子、杯组成，在架子上部中间做u形坑，坑中靠近底部一侧装带钉滚轴，轴心与u形坑圆心偏离，使带钉滚轴与另一侧坑边有较大间距，带钉滚轴一头在伸出坑外装摇柄，坑底中间开一出汁长孔，长孔下方放接汁的杯，当水果切块放入u形坑中，摇柄顺着带钉滚轴与一侧坑边有较大间距的方向摇动，带钉滚轴上的钉把水果切块压磨成果汁或果泥从坑底中间的出汁长孔中漏到下面杯中，非常方便。

本发明为解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是手摇水果压汁器由摇柄、带钉滚轴、u形坑、架子、杯组成，在架子上部中间做u形坑，坑中靠近底部一侧装一直径小于u形坑的带钉滚轴，带钉滚轴是把滚轴表面密布一样长的短钉，带钉滚轴与坑底部一侧相切，轴心与u形坑圆心偏离，使带钉滚轴与另一侧坑边有较大间距，带钉滚轴一头在伸出坑外装摇柄，坑底中间开一出汁长孔，长孔下方放接汁的杯，当水果切块放入u形坑中，摇柄顺着带钉滚轴与一侧坑边有较大间距的方向摇动，带钉滚轴上的钉把水果切块压磨成果汁或果泥从坑底中间的出汁长孔中漏到下面杯中，非常方便。
本发明的有益效果是把水果能压磨成果汁或果泥，结构简单。
