Abstract

本发明公开了一种电动风门传动机构的异形齿轮,包括圆柱形本体,所述本体中心开设有与轴装配的内孔,所述本体周向外沿上有一段齿轮,所述本体端面上开设有平行于轴向的卡槽,所述卡槽与所述内孔相通,所述卡槽内固定有板弹簧。本发明的优点是通过在异形齿轮上增设板弹簧,利用板弹簧具有沿径向向内、向外的弹性,与装配于内孔中的轴抱紧固定定位,防止异形齿轮在外部其它齿轮的带动下随同旋转;其结构简单,装配便捷,定位精准,并且特殊要求的部分较少,降低了成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种齿轮,特别是一种电动风门传动机构的异形齿轮。
背景技术
驱动力传递机构及具有它的风门装置(国别:中国,公开号:1439941,公开日期:2003-9-3)公开了一种为防止从动轮的随同旋转而发挥适当的阻止力、且从动轮在旋转驱动的连动区间中不产生转矩增大及磨损等问题的驱动力传递机构和具有它的风门装置。其中的随同旋转阻止机构具有:与从动轮一体旋转的凸轮构件和有弹性地推压该凸轮构件的凸轮面的弹性构件;所述凸轮面具有:在连动区间中所述弹性构件滑动的大径的圆弧部分,与该圆弧部分邻接的小径部分,使该小径部分与所述圆弧部分连接的棱部分,利用所述弹性构件与所述凸轮面的抵接位置欲从所述小径部分侧经过所述棱部分向所述圆弧部分侧移动时产生的负荷,而构成阻止所述从动轮随同旋转的状态。推压该凸轮构件的凸轮面的弹性构件是两端被固定的板弹簧,该板弹簧的大致中间位置与凸轮面抵接。
上述随同旋转阻止机构虽能有效达到阻止随同旋转的目的,但其结构复杂,不仅从动轮外要具有形状特殊的凸轮构件,而且还需要设置板弹簧,对板弹簧还要设置部件保证其精确定位,零部件增多,无论是其结构本身还是生产装配,都增加了不小的难度。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、装配简易的电动风门传动机构的异形齿轮,能够防止其随同旋转。
技术方案:一种电动风门传动机构的异形齿轮,包括圆柱形本体,所述本体中心开设有与轴装配的内孔,所述本体周向外沿上有一段齿轮,所述本体端面上开设有平行于轴向的卡槽,所述卡槽与所述内孔相通,所述卡槽内固定有板弹簧。
所述卡槽内壁上设有凸台,对板弹簧进行定位。
所述板弹簧与所述内孔中心之间的距离小于所述内孔的半径,使板弹簧与轴保持相互抱紧的作用。
所述板弹簧上、所述卡槽底角上开设有形状匹配的坡口,便于定位安装。
所述卡槽中部在所述内孔异侧、所述卡槽两端在所述内孔同侧,均加宽槽宽,预留板弹簧的弹变空间。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是通过在异形齿轮上增设板弹簧,利用板弹簧具有沿径向向内、向外的弹性,与装配于内孔中的轴抱紧固定定位,防止异形齿轮在外部其它齿轮的带动下随同旋转;其结构简单,装配便捷,定位精准,并且特殊要求的部分较少,降低了成本。

如附图1-4所示,一种电动风门传动机构的异形齿轮,包括圆柱形本体1,本体1中心开设有与轴装配的内孔2,本体1周向外沿上有一段齿轮3,齿轮3用于和外部其它齿轮啮合传动,本体1端面上开设有平行于轴向的卡槽4,卡槽4与内孔2相通,卡槽4的两侧内壁上对称设有凸台6,板弹簧5放置在卡槽4内,凸台6将板弹簧5夹在中间固定,板弹簧5与内孔2中心之间的距离h小于内孔2的半径D/2。
卡槽4中部在内孔2异侧8、卡槽4两端在内孔2同侧9,对槽宽均加宽处理,使板弹簧在弯曲变形时,具有充足的弹变空间。
板弹簧5上、卡槽4底角上开设有形状匹配的坡口7。
将轴与本发明异形齿轮进行装配,板弹簧对轴产生阻尼力从而抱紧轴,其稳定性好,使用过程中不受温度影响,制造易实现。

1.一种电动风门传动机构的异形齿轮,包括圆柱形本体(1),所述本体(1)中心开设有与轴装配的内孔(2),所述本体(1)周向外沿上有一段齿轮(3),其特征在于:所述本体(1)端面上开设有平行于轴向的卡槽(4),所述卡槽(4)与所述内孔(2)相通,所述卡槽(4)内固定有板弹簧(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动风门传动机构的异形齿轮,其特征在于:所述卡槽(4)内壁上设有凸台(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电动风门传动机构的异形齿轮,其特征在于:所述板弹簧(5)与所述内孔(2)中心之间的距离小于所述内孔(2)的半径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电动风门传动机构的异形齿轮,其特征在于:所述板弹簧(5)上、所述卡槽(4)底角上开设有形状匹配的坡口(7)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电动风门传动机构的异形齿轮,其特征在于:所述卡槽(4)中部在所述内孔(2)异侧、所述卡槽(4)两端在所述内孔(2)同侧,均加宽槽宽。
