本发明公开了一种洁具用管内固定连接机构，包固定用螺栓、固定螺母、管内紧箍件、卡簧和置物杆，所述的固定螺母与固定用螺栓配合，所述的管内紧箍件套于固定螺母的外侧，所述卡簧设于所述管内紧箍件上，所述置物杆设于管内紧箍件的外侧；所述的管内紧箍件包括两片半圆弧状的紧箍片，所述的紧箍片上端设有第一突起部，下部设有第二突起部，所述的第一突起部和第二突起部之间设有内凹部，所述的内凹部中间设有向内翻折的倒钩，所述紧箍片的下端设有收口部。本发明避免了现有洁具固定装置的不足，简化了安装步骤，可有效防止盥洗室内置物杆固定后松脱的现象发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种固定装置领域，具体地说是一种洁具用管内固定连接机构。
背景技术
现有的洁具固定装置结构设计不合理，尤其是毛巾挂杆的固定装置，一般是采用安装片与毛巾挂杆焊接后，采用多枚固定螺钉固定在墙上后盖上装饰盖片，这种安装方式的不足在于所采用的安装片和装饰盖片用料较多，浪费成本，且安装过程比较复杂，需要多处钻孔，对墙体损坏程度较大，尤其是在瓷砖表面安装时，稍有不慎就会导致瓷砖碎裂，且长期使用后毛巾挂杆等置物杆容易松脱。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种洁具用管内固定连接机构。
本发明要解决现有的洁具固定装置结构设计不合理，浪费成本，安装过程较为复杂，损坏墙体的程度较大，长期使用后容易松脱的问题。
本发明的技术方案是: 一种洁具用管内固定连接机构，包固定用螺栓、固定螺母、管内紧箍件、卡簧和置物杆，所述的固定螺母与固定用螺栓配合，所述的管内紧箍件套于固定螺母的外侧，所述卡簧设于所述管内紧箍件上，所述置物杆设于管内紧箍件的外侧；所述的管内紧箍件包括两片半圆弧状的紧箍片，所述的紧箍片上端设有第一突起部，下部设有第二突起部，所述的第一突起部和第二突起部之间设有内凹部，所述的内凹部中间设有向内翻折的倒钩，所述紧箍片的下端设有收口部。
所述的倒钩的开口朝向所述收口部，两片紧箍片相对合起之后所述的倒钩下端顶在所述固定螺母的上表面上，卡簧卡在所述倒钩的外侧，所述的第一突起部的顶端和所述的置物杆的顶端焊接固定，所述的第二突起部与所述置物杆内壁贴合，所述的收口部与所述固定用螺栓的尾部过盈配合。
所述的固定螺母上表面设有一个倒角面。
本发明的有益效果为：本发明避免了现有洁具固定装置的不足，采用的零件较小，生产方便节省了生产成本，只需在墙上打一个孔即可实现安装，简化了安装步骤，且减小了安装过程中对墙体的损坏程度，还可有效防止盥洗室内置物杆固定后松脱的现象发生。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图所示，它包固定用螺栓1、固定螺母2、管内紧箍件3、卡簧4和置物杆5，所述的固定螺母2与固定用螺栓1配合，所述的管内紧箍件3套于固定螺母2的外侧，所述卡簧4设于所述管内紧箍件3上，所述置物杆5设于管内紧箍件3的外侧；所述的管内紧箍件3包括两片半圆弧状的紧箍片6，所述的紧箍片6上端设有第一突起部7，下部设有第二突起部11，所述的第一突起部7和第二突起部11之间设有内凹部8，所述的内凹部8中间设有向内翻折的倒钩9，所述紧箍片6的下端设有收口部12。
本实施例中，所述的倒钩9的开口10朝向所述收口部12，两片紧箍片6相对合起之后所述的倒钩9下端顶在所述固定螺母18的上表面上，卡簧4卡在所述倒钩9的外侧，所述的第一突起部7的顶端和所述的置物杆5的顶端焊接固定，所述的第二突起部11与所述置物杆5内壁贴合，所述的收口部12与所述固定用螺栓1的尾部过盈配合。
本实施例中，所述的固定螺母2上表面设有一个倒角面18。
使用方法：本发明采用的采用普通膨胀螺栓的安装方式将固定用螺栓1和膨胀管13打入墙体14内，然后将固定装饰盖15和固定套管17依次套在固定用螺栓1的外侧，拧紧固定螺母2后，在固定装饰盖15的凹槽内套上垫圈16，将带有管内紧箍件3的置物杆5直接套在固定用螺栓1的尾部插紧即可；安装后所述倒钩9的下端顶在固定螺母2的上表面上，且由卡簧4固定，第一突起部7和第二突起部11均与置物杆5的内壁贴合，使得置物杆5更易定位，收口部12与固定用螺栓1的尾部为过盈配合，使得管内紧箍件3不易滑脱，从而连接关系更为牢固。

1.一种洁具用管内固定连接机构，包固定用螺栓、固定螺母、管内紧箍件、卡簧和置物杆，其特征在于所述的固定螺母与固定用螺栓配合，所述的管内紧箍件套于固定螺母的外侧，所述卡簧设于所述管内紧箍件上，所述置物杆设于管内紧箍件的外侧；所述的管内紧箍件包括两片半圆弧状的紧箍片，所述的紧箍片上端设有第一突起部，下部设有第二突起部，所述的第一突起部和第二突起部之间设有内凹部，所述的内凹部中间设有向内翻折的倒钩，所述紧箍片的下端设有收口部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洁具用管内固定连接机构，其特征在于所述的倒钩的开口朝向所述收口部，两片紧箍片相对合起之后所述的倒钩下端顶在所述固定螺母的上表面上，卡簧卡在所述倒钩的外侧，所述的第一突起部的顶端和所述的置物杆的顶端焊接固定，所述的第二突起部与所述置物杆内壁贴合，所述的收口部与所述固定用螺栓的尾部过盈配合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的洁具用管内固定连接机构，其特征在于所述的固定螺母上表面设有一个倒角面。
