Abstract

一种分体式夹头胆,其特征是它由夹头胆基体和夹套组成,夹套由组成圆筒体的三片相同夹片构成,圆筒中心孔为预留自镗余量的夹套孔,夹片分别对应基体头部的片体安装在夹套安装孔内,由螺钉通过基体上的沉孔、夹套上的螺纹孔将两者固定连接。夹头胆基体可以长期与车床连接使用,通过自镗夹套中的夹套孔保证相对车床主轴的同轴度不大于0.01mm,根据不同加工产品外径尺寸的要求,同一个夹套可由小到大多次自镗满足装夹尺寸要求,夹套在使用中失去精度后可拆下及时更换,降低加工成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种车床部件,特别是一种分体式夹头胆。
背景技术
夹头胆是车床夹紧加工产品的关键部件,传统的夹头胆为前部轴向均匀分割成三部分、中心有夹套孔的整体式结构,与车床安装后,精度要求夹套孔相对车床主轴的同轴度不大于0.01mm,但由于受切割变形、设备精度或安装位置的影响,安装在车床上的夹头胆往往会失去其原有的精度,从而影响产品加工精度。使用中失去精度后需整体更换,加工成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的上述不足之处,而提供一种精度高,可反复使用、加工成本低,使用寿命长的分体式夹头胆。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种分体式夹头胆,其特征是它由夹头胆基体和夹套组成,夹头胆基体前部轴向均匀分割成三条片体,片体的头部中心处开有沉孔,基体的头部轴向中心开有夹套安装孔,夹套由组成圆筒体的三片相同夹片构成,圆筒中心孔为夹套孔,夹套孔预留自镗余量,夹片分别对应基体头部的片体安装在夹套安装孔内,夹片上对应基体片体上的沉孔处开有螺纹孔,由螺钉通过沉孔、螺纹孔将基体与夹套固定连接。
本发明由于采用以上结构改进, 将整体式夹头胆改进为夹头胆基体和夹套两个部分的分体式结构,经过淬火处理的夹头胆基体可以长期与车床连接使用,夹套中的夹套孔预留余量用于自镗,通过自镗保证夹套孔相对车床主轴的同轴度不大于0.01mm,根据不同加工产品外径尺寸的要求,同一个夹套可由小到大多次自镗满足装夹尺寸要求,夹套在使用中失去精度后可拆下及时更换,降低加工成本。

具体实施方式
现结合附图所示实施例对本发明作出详细说明。
如图所示,一种分体式夹头胆,由夹头胆基体1和夹套2组成,夹头胆基体1前部轴向均匀分割成三条片体3,片体3的头部中心处开有沉孔4,基体1的头部轴向中心开有夹套安装孔5,夹头胆基体1经淬火处理,夹套2由组成圆筒体的三片相同夹片6构成,圆筒中心孔为夹套孔7,夹套孔7预留自镗余量,夹片6分别对应基体1头部的片体3安装在夹套安装孔5内,夹片6上对应基体片体3上的沉孔4处开有螺纹孔8,由螺钉9通过沉孔4、螺纹孔8将基体1与夹套2固定连接。

1.一种分体式夹头胆,其特征是它由夹头胆基体(1)和夹套(2)组成,夹头胆基体(1)前部轴向均匀分割成三条片体(3),片体(3)的头部中心处开有沉孔(4),基体(1)的头部轴向中心开有夹套安装孔(5),夹套(2)由组成圆筒体的三片相同夹片(6)构成,圆筒中心孔为夹套孔(7),夹套孔(7)预留自镗余量,夹片(6)分别对应基体(1)头部的片体(3)安装在夹套安装孔(5)内,夹片(6)上对应基体片体(3)上的沉孔(4)处开有螺纹孔(8),由螺钉(9)通过沉孔(4)、螺纹孔(8)将基体(1)与夹套(2)固定连接。
