Abstract
本发明公开了一种内焊式刷套生产工艺,包括构成刷套的钢带和刷丝,钢带由内、外钢带通过若干组由上下两个压轮组成的压轮组将钢带压成固定宽度的U型刷条,所述的刷丝均匀分布于内、外钢带之间,当钢带和刷丝通过压轮组时,压轮组将内、外钢带压紧,从而达到固定刷丝,刷套采用全自动内焊支撑模具支撑,支撑模具在刷套连接处留有缝隙,自动悬臂式焊接机械手焊嘴通过缝隙伸出对焊点处进行焊接。本发明此刷套与传统缠绕式刷套比较具有焊点美观整齐,刷条无间隙,刷套内径的圆柱度及圆锥误差大幅度减小,同时装配简单,可根据客户需要的尺寸任意组合成不同长度的刷辊,刷套生产效率也大幅度提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及工业用制刷技术领域,具体属于一种内焊式刷套生产工艺。
背景技术
毛刷是一种源于中国的传统劳作工具。毛刷是古代汉族劳动人民在生产实践中发明的。随着人类社会的不断发展,勤劳智慧的汉民族又不断地总结经验,存其精华,弃其糟粕,现被广泛的运用在工业上,工业毛刷刷套大多采用金属材料,金属刷套在制造当中采用焊接连接,现有的刷套的焊接广泛的采用手工内焊,内焊效率低下,焊点参差不齐,焊接后的刷条间隙大,刷套内径的圆柱度和锥度误差也很大,很难装配。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种内焊式刷套生产工艺,克服了原有传统刷套技术的不足,设计结构合理,焊点美观整齐,刷条无间隙,刷套直径的圆柱度及圆锥误差大幅度减小,同时装配简单,大幅度的提高了生产效率。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种内焊式刷套生产工艺,包括构成刷套的钢带和刷丝,所述的钢带由内、外钢带通过若干组由上下两个压轮组成的压轮组将钢带压成固定宽度的U型刷条,所述的刷丝均匀分布于内、外钢带之间,当钢带和刷丝通过压轮组时,压轮组将内、外钢带压紧,从而达到固定刷丝,刷套采用全自动内焊支撑模具支撑,支撑模具在刷套连接处留有缝隙,自动悬臂式焊接机械手焊嘴通过缝隙伸出对焊点处进行焊接。
所述刷套呈圆柱状,通过逐节组装,两端以销钉固定,以圆螺母锁紧。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明采用全自动内焊模具支撑着刷套,在通过自动悬臂式焊接机械手进行,焊点美观整齐,刷条无间隙,刷套直径的圆柱度及圆锥误差大幅度减小,同时装配简单,刷套生产效率大幅度提高。

参见附图,一种内焊式刷套生产工艺,包括构成刷套的刷丝1和外钢带2及内钢带3,所述的钢带由内、外钢带通过若干组由上下两个压轮组成的压轮组将钢带压成固定宽度的U型刷条,所述的刷丝均匀分布于内、外钢带之间,当钢带和刷丝通过压轮组时,压轮组将内、外钢带压紧,从而达到固定刷丝,刷套采用全自动内焊支撑模具支撑,支撑模具在刷套连接处留有缝隙,自动悬臂式焊接机械手焊嘴通过缝隙伸出对焊点处进行焊接,所述刷套呈圆柱状,通过逐节组装,两端以销钉固定,以圆螺母锁紧。

1.一种内焊式刷套生产工艺,包括构成刷套的钢带和刷丝,其特征在于:所述的钢带由内、外钢带通过若干组由上下两个压轮组成的压轮组将钢带压成固定宽度的U型刷条,所述的刷丝均匀分布于内、外钢带之间,当钢带和刷丝通过压轮组时,压轮组将内、外钢带压紧,从而达到固定刷丝,刷套采用全自动内焊支撑模具支撑,支撑模具在刷套连接处留有缝隙,自动悬臂式焊接机械手焊嘴通过缝隙伸出对焊点处进行焊接。
