本发明公开了金属密封热采手动平板闸阀,阀座(3)安装阀体(1)内腔中,阀座(3)中间安装阀板(2),阀座(3)的凹槽中安装C形金属密封圈(4),阀杆(6)的底端拧入阀板(2)中,阀体(1)上安装阀盖(5),阀杆(6)从阀盖(5)的底部穿出,阀杆密封填料(7)通过阀杆(6)安装阀盖(5)内,支撑座(8)从阀杆(6)穿过与阀盖(5)连接,轴承座(12)与支撑座(8)连接,轴承座(12)上安装轴承(13)和阀杆转换接头(14),阀杆转换接头(14)连接阀杆(6),整体构成金属密封热采手动平板闸阀。本发明既具有普通闸阀的通用性能,也能使用在390℃超高温状态下,具有密封可靠、维修方便等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及热采手动平板阀,具体涉及金属密封热采手动平板闸阀。
背景技术
目前,常规的手动平板闸阀使用温度为:-60~121℃,不能使用在390℃超高温工况中,主要原因是常规手动平板闸阀中的非金属密封件在390℃温度下密封材料已融化失去密封作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:设计一种金属密封热采手动平板闸阀,既具有普通闸阀的通用性能,也能使用在390℃超高温状态下,具有密封可靠、维修方便等特点。
本发明的技术解决方案是:该热采手动平板闸阀包括阀体、阀板、阀座、C形金属密封圈、阀盖、阀杆、阀杆密封填料、支撑座、填料压盖、压板、螺栓、轴承座、轴承和阀杆转换接头,阀座安装在阀体的内腔中,阀座的中间安装阀板,阀座的凹槽中安装C形金属密封圈,阀杆的底端拧入阀板中约3~5牙,阀体上安装阀盖,阀杆从阀盖的底部穿出,阀杆密封填料通过阀杆安装阀盖内并用填料压盖压实,支撑座从阀杆穿过与阀盖通过螺纹连接在一起并紧固,压板位于填料压盖上通过螺栓安装在支撑座中,轴承座通过螺纹与支撑座连接在一起并用紧定螺钉连接固定,轴承座上安装轴承和阀杆转换接头,阀杆转换接头连接阀杆,整体构成金属密封热采手动平板闸阀。
其中,阀杆密封填料包括铜垫片、密封填料和弹簧,两铜垫片之间安装密封填料,顶端铜垫片的上方安装弹簧,整体构成阀杆密封填料。
本发明具有以下优点:
1、将C形金属密封圈安装到阀座中密封阀座与阀体,C形金属密封圈采用外开口结构,保证阀门处于阀后密封,降低开关扭矩,保证阀门低压密封;
2、 在阀盖上端口安装内置弹簧的阀杆密封填料,支撑座与阀盖通过螺纹连接在一起并通过紧定螺钉固定,防止阀门在开关过程中将支撑座带动旋转;
3、压板位于填料压盖上通过螺栓安装在支撑座中,通过螺母对称压紧压板将填料压盖带动向下运动不断压紧内置弹簧的阀杆密封填料,达到密封阀杆的效果;
4、当阀杆密封填料出现损耗,弹簧提供推力使阀杆密封填料与阀杆间密封,当阀杆出现轻微泄漏时,拧紧螺栓进一步压紧阀杆密封填料。

如图1所示,该热采手动平板闸阀包括阀体1、阀板2、阀座3、C形金属密封圈4、阀盖5、阀杆6、阀杆密封填料7、支撑座8、填料压盖9、压板10、螺栓11、轴承座12、轴承13和阀杆转换接头14,阀座3安装在阀体1的内腔中,阀座3的中间安装阀板2,阀座3的凹槽中安装C形金属密封圈4,阀杆6的底端拧入阀板2中约3~5牙,阀体1上安装阀盖5,阀杆6从阀盖5的底部穿出,阀杆密封填料7通过阀杆6安装阀盖5内并用填料压盖9压实,支撑座8从阀杆6穿过与阀盖5通过螺纹连接在一起并紧固,压板10位于填料压盖9上通过螺栓11安装在8支撑座中,轴承座12通过螺纹与支撑座8连接在一起并用紧定螺钉连接固定,轴承座12上安装轴承13和阀杆转换接头14,阀杆转换接头14连接阀杆6,整体构成金属密封热采手动平板闸阀。
其中,阀杆密封填料7包括铜垫片7a、密封填料7b和弹簧7c,两铜垫片7a之间安装密封填料7b,顶端铜垫片的上方安装弹簧7c,整体构成阀杆密封填料。

1.金属密封热采手动平板闸阀,其特征是:该热采手动平板闸阀包括阀体(1)、阀板(2)、阀座(3)、C形金属密封圈(4)、阀盖(5)、阀杆(6)、阀杆密封填料(7)、支撑座(8)、填料压盖(9)、压板(10)、螺栓(11)、轴承座(12)、轴承(13)和阀杆转换接头(14),阀座(3)安装在阀体(1)的内腔中,阀座(3)的中间安装阀板(2),阀座(3)的凹槽中安装C形金属密封圈(4),阀杆(6)的底端拧入阀板(2)中约3~5牙,阀体(1)上安装阀盖(5),阀杆(6)从阀盖(5)的底部穿出,阀杆密封填料(7)通过阀杆(6)安装阀盖(5)内并用填料压盖(9)压实,支撑座(8)从阀杆(6)穿过与阀盖(5)通过螺纹连接在一起并紧固,压板(10)位于填料压盖(9)上通过螺栓(11)安装在(8)支撑座中,轴承座(12)通过螺纹与支撑座(8)连接在一起并用紧定螺钉连接固定,轴承座(12)上安装轴承(13)和阀杆转换接头(14),阀杆转换接头(14)连接阀杆(6),整体构成金属密封热采手动平板闸阀。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的金属密封热采手动平板闸阀,其特征是:阀杆密封填料(7)包括铜垫片(7a)、密封填料(7b)和弹簧(7c),两铜垫片(7a)之间安装密封填料(7b),顶端铜垫片的上方安装弹簧(7c),整体构成阀杆密封填料。
