Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于车辆车轮的传动装置,具有固定壳体,可驱动旋转的差速器壳体与车轴差速器传动机构通过差速器轴承可旋转地支承在壳体中,通过车轴差速器传动机构可驱动两个传动轴旋转,其上分别不可相对旋转地设有一传动齿轮。传动齿轮反向斜齿合地与驱动车辆车轮的从动齿轮啮合并产生指向车轴差速器传动机构中心的轴向力。具有用于支撑该轴向力的推力轴承组件,其又支在传动装置的部件上。推力轴承组件是起动盘,固定在差速器壳体或与差速器壳体连接的部件上并以其径向第一端面沿轴向贴靠在传动齿轮上并以其与此平行的径向第二端面相对于传动轴沿轴向直接或间接支撑在差速器壳体的或与差速器壳体固定连接的部件的径向支撑面上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于车辆车轮的传动装置,所述传动装置具有一个固定的壳体,可被驱动旋转的差速器壳体与车轴差速器传动机构通过差速器轴承以可旋转的方式支承在所述壳体中,通过车轴差速器传动机构可驱动两个传动轴旋转,在两个传动轴上分别以不可相对旋转的方式设置有一个传动齿轮,其中,两个传动齿轮反向地斜齿啮合地与用于驱动车辆车轮的从动齿轮啮合并产生指向车轴差速器传动机构的中心的轴向力,所述传动装置还具有用于支撑该轴向力的推力轴承组件,该推力轴承组件又支撑在传动装置的一个部件上。
背景技术
在这种类型的传动装置方面,公知传动齿轮的指向车轴差速器中心的轴向力支撑在壳体的部件上,这些部件沿径向伸入传动轮与差速器壳体之间直至靠近传动轴并具有轴向导向件以及用于推力轴承组件的径向支撑面。
如果斜齿的倾斜角度要很大以便可以传递更高的功率,由传动齿轮产生的指向车轴差速器中心的轴向力也增大,该轴向力必须通过推力轴承组件支撑在壳体的部件上。这一点要求增大轴承组件和将壳体的部件设计得更加稳定并因此有更大的结构空间需求。但轴向增大是不可能的,因为结构空间受到车轮的轮辋及其轮胎无干涉自由运动以及差速器轴承的限制。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种开头所述类型的传动装置,该传动装置在结构简单、没有更大结构空间需求的情况下便可以使由传动轮产生的增大的轴向力得到支承。
所述目的依据本发明通过以下方式得以实现,即,推力轴承组件是起动盘(Anlaufscheibe),其固定在差速器壳体上或与差速器壳体连接的部件上并通过其径向第一端面沿轴向贴靠在传动齿轮上并通过其与径向第一端面平行的径向第二端面相对于传动轴沿轴向直接或间接地支撑在差速器壳体的径向支撑面上或与差速器壳体固定连接的部件的径向支撑面上。
因此,传动齿轮与差速器壳体之间的轴向空间完全可供轴承组件使用,从而轴承组件可以在没有增加结构空间需求的情况下变大并因此设计为适合用于更高的轴向力。
此外,传动齿轮的斜齿的更大的倾斜角度有利于噪音特性并产生较少的啮合损耗份额。
通过将起动盘固定在差速器壳体上或与差速器壳体连接的部件上,起动盘与传动轴不产生接触。因此避免由此引起的滑动噪音。
当起动盘以传力连接的方式固定在差速器壳体上或与差速器壳体连接的部件上时,可以省去特殊的连接件。这一点也使结构变得简单并减少部件。
为此起动盘可以借助于压配合固定在差速器壳体上或与差速器壳体连接的部件上。
在此,以节省部件的简单方式,起动盘可以具有指向差速器壳体的套筒突出部,该套筒突出部通过压配合包围差速器壳体的与传动轴同轴的管状延长部分,该管状延长部分指向传动齿轮。
在此,在成本低廉的构造方案中,具有套筒突出部的起动盘是由板材制成的冲压件/弯曲件。
在管状延长部分的其他功能方面,起动盘可以以其径向第二端面直接或间接地支撑在管状延长部分的靠近传动齿轮的径向端面上,该径向端面形成第一支撑面。
为了精确地轴向定位传动齿轮,可以在每个起动盘与差速器壳体分配给起动盘的支撑面之间设置确定厚度的第一间隔垫圈。
为了简单地同心定位间隔垫圈,可以在管状延长部分的径向端面上构造沿轴向朝向起动盘敞开的同心环形槽,在该环形槽中插入第一间隔垫圈。
为了减少起动盘与传动齿轮之间的摩擦,起动盘可以由滑动轴承材料制成。
当起动盘在其靠近传动齿轮的端面上具有凹陷的油槽时,同样用于减少起动盘与传动齿轮之间的摩擦。
在此,油槽内为了形成润滑膜而含有的且部分从油槽排出的油从斜齿总是又被压入油槽内,并因此至少在很大程度上不流失。
为了相应于通过第一间隔垫圈的轴向定位也达到差速器轴承相对于壳体的轴向定位,每个差速器轴承可以沿轴向通过确定厚度的第二间隔垫圈贴靠在壳体的径向第二支撑面上,其中,第一间隔垫圈和第二间隔垫圈具有相同的厚度。根据实际情况,使用所需厚度的间隔垫圈。
为了预紧轴承,以简单的方式,支撑在壳体上的第一弹簧件沿轴向朝向车轴差速器传动机构的中心对传动齿轮施加力。
在此,在简单的构造方案中,弹簧件可以是碟形弹簧。
因为壳体的部件不再为容纳和支承轴承组件而必须靠近传动轴直至传动轴附近,所以传动轴可与其各自所分配的传动齿轮一体构成,其中,在安装上简化地可以从差速器侧安装与传动齿轮一体构成的传动轴。

具体实施方式
未示出的车轴差速器传动机构的能被驱动可旋转的差速器壳体3通过两个差速器轴承2(可看到其中一个差速器轴承)可旋转地支承在壳体1中。
由车轴差速器传动机构能够驱动沿直径相对的两个传动轴4可旋转。所示部分示出了其中一个传动轴4的区域。
传动轴4在其背离车轴差速器传动机构的端部上与具有斜齿6的传动齿轮5一体构成。传动齿轮5与从动轮7啮合,通过该从动轮能够驱动未示出的车辆车轮可旋转。
壳体1通过盖14包围传动轴4的具有传动齿轮5的端部。在壳体1的盖14的同轴凹部8的底部上支撑着碟形弹簧9,该碟形弹簧通过运转垫圈10和推力圆柱滚子轴承11以及轴圈12朝向差速器壳体3的方向上预紧传动齿轮5和传动轴4。
传动齿轮5沿轴向贴靠在起动盘13的径向第一端面26内,该起动盘又以其径向第二端面27通过间隔垫圈16支撑在差速器壳体3的管状延长部分的环形径向第一支撑面17上。
在此,第一间隔垫圈16插入一个同心的轴向环形槽24内,该环形槽形成在管状延长部分18的径向端面上并且具有小于第一间隔垫圈16厚度的深度。环形槽24的底部在此形成第一支撑面17。
由滑动轴承材料制成的且作为冲压件/弯曲件由板材制成的起动盘3在其径向外圆周上具有同轴的套筒突出部25,该套筒突出部通过压配合包围差速器壳体3的与传动轴4同轴的管状延长部分18,该管状延长部分指向传动齿轮5。
在管状延长部分18的径向环绕的外周面上,设置构造为圆锥滚子轴承的差速器轴承2的内圈19。内圈19沿轴向贴靠在差速器壳体3上。
差速器轴承2的外圈20插入壳体1中的盲孔21内,并且以其远离差速器壳体3的端面沿轴向通过第二间隔垫圈23支撑在其底部22上,该底部22形成第二支撑面。
两个间隔垫圈16和23具有相同的厚度。
在驱动传动轴4旋转时,传动齿轮5因其斜齿6产生朝向车轴差速器传动机构中心方向的轴向力,该轴向力通过起动盘13以及第一间隔垫圈16支撑在差速器壳体3的管状延长部分18的环形径向第一支撑面17上。

Claims (11)
1.一种用于车辆车轮的传动装置,所述传动装置具有一个固定的壳体(1),能够被驱动旋转的差速器壳体(3)与车轴差速器传动机构(100)通过差速器轴承(2)以能旋转的方式支承在所述壳体中,通过所述车轴差速器传动机构能够驱动两个传动轴(4)旋转,在两个传动轴上分别以不能相对旋转的方式设置有一个传动齿轮(5),其中,两个传动齿轮(5)反向地斜齿啮合地与用于驱动车辆车轮的从动齿轮(7)啮合并产生指向车轴差速器传动机构中心的轴向力,所述传动装置还具有用于支撑该轴向力的推力轴承组件,其特征在于,所述推力轴承组件是起动盘(13),所述起动盘固定在所述差速器壳体(3)上并以其径向第一端面(26)沿轴向贴靠在所述传动齿轮(5)上并以其与径向第一端面平行的径向第二端面(27)相对于所述传动轴(4)沿轴向直接或间接地支撑在所述差速器壳体(3)的径向支撑面(17)上或与所述差速器壳体固定连接的部件的径向支撑面(17)上,所述起动盘(13)具有指向所述差速器壳体(3)的套筒突出部(25),该套筒突出部通过压配合包围所述差速器壳体(3)的相对于所述传动轴(4)同轴的管状延长部分(18),该管状延长部分指向所述传动齿轮(5)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的传动装置,其特征在于,具有套筒突出部(25)的起动盘(13)是由板材制成的冲压件/弯曲件。

8.按照权利要求4所述的传动装置,其特征在于,每个差速器轴承(2)沿轴向通过确定厚度的第二间隔垫圈(23)贴靠在所述壳体(1)的径向第二支撑面(22)上,其中,所述第一间隔垫圈(16)和所述第二间隔垫圈(23)具有相同的厚度。
