背景技术:
目前的3D打印机为使用液态物质或者粉末,通过黏合剂、激光加热等方法,将打印原料原料固化,形成3D模型打印产品。这样的产品存在打印速度慢、打印模型强度较差,无法做到很大幅面等缺陷,适用范围并不广泛。
而本3D编织式打印技术利用蛛网编织原理(蛛网由更细的若干细丝编织黏合而形成),将有一定强度的精细丝线作为打印基本物质,通过编织的方式构成3D模型打印产品,这样的打印出的模型产品具有打印速度较快、打印模型强度好,可以做到很大幅面打印等优势。
发明内容:
本3D编织式打印技术利用蛛网编织原理,将有一定强度的精细丝线作为打印基本材料,通过编织的方式及辅助打印,实现编织式3D模型打印技术。
本技术架构为:
1、丝线盒;通过1个或者几个丝线盒,内含丝线或者能够产生丝线的物质,从而给丝线牵引头供给丝线。
2、辅助盒:设1个或几个辅助盒,内含辅助打印的黏合剂、喷涂剂等物质,供给给辅助打印头。
3、丝线牵引头:通过一个或者几个丝线牵引头,牵引从丝线盒中供给的丝线,进行编织的装置
4、辅助打印头:辅助盒中传输辅助打印物质到辅助打印头,通过黏合、喷涂等方式,辅助完成3D模型的打印。
5、牵引打印滑轨:让丝线牵引头及辅助打印头可以灵活移动的滑轨及框架。

具体实施方式:
计算机传输3D打印模型数据,控制丝线牵引头及辅助打印头移动,丝线盒供给丝线,丝线牵引头牵引丝线,并且编织成3D模型结构,辅助打印头利用从辅助盒中取出的辅助物质,进行辅助打印步骤(黏合、喷涂等),完成通过3D编织的方式打印3D模型的工作。

2.本3D打印技术在权利要求1的基础上,拥有辅助盒和辅助打印头,对编织式打印的3D模型进行辅助打印。
