本发明提供一种电路板一次焊接装置,它包括长筒形状的加热腔,所述加热腔内部装配有长条形状的加热板,所述焊锡圆柱的进料口正对所述加热板,所述进料口通过导向套与加热腔连通,所述导向套中间的轴向方向加工有与所述焊锡圆柱对应的通孔,所述导向套上装配有将焊锡圆柱向加热腔内推进的进位块,所述加热腔的腔壁上加工有沿轴向并列的锥形出口。该装置用来对电路板进行焊接操作,该焊接方式通过事先设计好的锥形出口挤出焊锡,焊接位置更加准确,同时通过进位块挤出原料,原料用量更加准确,焊接效果更好。

技术领域
本发明涉及电子设备生产技术领域,具体涉及一种电路板一次焊接装置。
背景技术
电子设备在生产连接时,尤其是通讯类机器在进行电路连接时常使用柔性电路板来进行连接,柔性电路板通常都是用来对主板以及用电器的显示屏声音模块等进行连接,其两端的连接位置通常都是设计有一排并列露出的单个接头,像我们经常使用的翻盖手机或者手提电脑显示屏与主板连接的排线。这些排线与主板以及显示屏等电子设备之间通常采用锡焊的方式进行连接。这些焊接通常在生产线上使用大型自动化设备来完成,但是如果使用排线的电子设备是小批量生产,或者在进行单个产品的维修时,使用大型自动化设备焊接成本就会太高,这时人们通常使用电烙铁来通过单点逐个的焊接来完成,这种焊接方式效率较低,而且在焊接过程中容易造成不同焊点之间的连电,造成整个线路的错误链接。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供一种结构简单,可以对电路板多个并列接头进行一次性手工焊接完成的电路板一次焊接装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该电路板一次焊接装置使用直径大于6mm的焊锡圆柱作为材料,包括长筒形状的加热腔,所述加热腔内部装配有长条形状的加热板,所述焊锡圆柱的进料口正对所述加热板,所述进料口通过导向套与加热腔连通,所述导向套中间的轴向方向加工有与所述焊锡圆柱对应的通孔,所述导向套上装配有将焊锡圆柱向加热腔内推进的进位块,所述加热腔的腔壁上加工有沿轴向并列的锥形出口。
作为优选,所述导向套的外部加工有外螺纹,所述进位块为圆柱形状,轴向加工有内螺纹,所述导向套与进位块螺纹装配。
本发明的有益效果在于:该电路板一次焊接装置用来对电路板进行焊接操作,通过加热板将进入所述加热腔的焊锡圆柱融化成液态,逐渐充满加热腔,当焊锡圆柱通过进位块继续进料时,加热腔内的液态焊锡被从各个锥形出口被同时挤出;所述并列锥形出口与电路板的并列接点相对应,这样将可以将并列的锥形出口放置在分别多接头的两个电路板接口出,直接一次对所有焊点进行焊接,该焊接方式通过事先设计好的锥形出口挤出焊锡,焊接位置更加准确,同时通过进位块挤出原料,原料用量更加准确,焊接效果更好。

下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明:
如图1中实施例所示,本电路板一次焊接装置,它使用直径大于6mm的焊锡圆柱3作为材料,包括长筒形状的加热腔1,所述加热腔1内部装配有长条形状的加热板2,所述焊锡圆柱3的进料口正对所述加热板2,所述进料口通过导向套4与加热腔1连通,所述导向套4中间的轴向方向加工有与所述焊锡圆柱3对应的通孔,所述导向套4上装配有将焊锡圆柱3向加热腔1内推进的进位块5,所述加热腔1的腔壁上加工有沿轴向并列的锥形出口6。该装置的外部通过壳体与机架进行固定连接,方便人们使用时的握持。所述加热板2通过电线接入线路,使用电能加热。
该电路板一次焊接装置用来对电路板进行焊接操作,通过加热板2将进入所述加热腔1的焊锡圆柱3融化成液态,逐渐充满加热腔1,当焊锡圆柱3通过进位块5继续进料时,加热腔1内的液态焊锡被从各个锥形出口6被同时挤出;所述并列锥形出口6与电路板的并列接点相对应,这样将可以将并列的锥形出口6放置在分别多接头的两个电路板接口位置,直接一次对所有焊点进行焊接,该焊接方式通过事先设计好的锥形出口6挤出焊锡,焊接位置更加准确,同时通过进位块5挤出原料,原料用量更加准确,焊接效果更好。所述锥形出口6可以用集成模块的方式以可拆卸结构装配在所述加热腔1上,这样人们可以通过设计不同的锥形出口6集成模块来对应不同电路板焊接结构,这使得该装置使用更加灵活。
如图1,导向套4的外部加工有外螺纹,所述进位块5为圆柱形状,轴向加工有内螺纹,所述导向套4与进位块5螺纹装配。所述焊锡圆柱3可以使用成段的方式装配在所述导向套4内,通过所述进位块5将焊锡圆柱3顶入到加热腔1内。这样通过旋转所述进位块5就可以对所述焊锡圆柱3进行进料。结构简单,使用方便,进料准确。

1.一种电路板一次焊接装置,它使用直径大于6mm的焊锡圆柱作为材料,其特征在于:它包括长筒形状的加热腔(1),所述加热腔(1)内部装配有长条形状的加热板(2),所述焊锡圆柱(3)的进料口正对所述加热板(2),所述进料口通过导向套(4)与加热腔(1)连通,所述导向套(4)中间的轴向方向加工有与所述焊锡圆柱(3)对应的通孔,所述导向套(4)上装配有将焊锡圆柱(3)向加热腔(1)内推进的进位块(5),所述加热腔(1)的腔壁上加工有沿轴向并列的锥形出口(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电路板一次焊接装置,其特征在于:所述导向套(4)的外部加工有外螺纹,所述进位块(5)为圆柱形状,轴向加工有内螺纹,所述导向套(4)与进位块(5)螺纹装配。
