本发明涉及一种亮度计内部清扫装置，包括无尘箱和干燥供气机构，所述的亮度计设在无尘箱内，所述的干燥供气机构对准亮度计；所述的无尘箱上设有吸尘器；所述的干燥供气机构包括依次连接的气枪、油水分离器和气源，所述的气枪对准亮度计。与现有技术相比，本发明具有实现成本低、稳定性好、可靠性高等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种亮度计维护装置，尤其是涉及一种亮度计内部清扫装置。
背景技术
亮度计是一种测量亮度的仪器，主要用于景观照明工程测试、LED显示屏测试、LED背光测试、LED交通信号灯测试、LED液晶屏测试、CCFL灯测试等。目前常用亮度计主要有瞄点式亮度计和成像亮度计，一般的亮度计在进行亮度计校准后，如发现不良时，需要把亮度计打开，进行调整或维修。而在调整或维修之前，需要对亮度计内部清扫工作。因为亮度计的零部件都属于高精度结构，对内部清扫的环境和工具要求很高，需要干燥和无尘。但是现有的无尘和干燥装置普遍价格比较贵。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种实现成本低、稳定性好、可靠性高的亮度计内部清扫装置。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种亮度计内部清扫装置，其特征在于，包括无尘箱和干燥供气机构，所述的亮度计设在无尘箱内，所述的干燥供气机构对准亮度计。
所述的无尘箱上设有吸尘器。
所述的干燥供气机构包括依次连接的气枪、油水分离器和气源，所述的气枪对准亮度计。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下优点：
1、实现成本低，稳定性好，通过现有的成熟设备进行组装即可实现；
2、可靠性高，能够提供干燥的气源和无尘的环境进行亮度计内部的清扫工作。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例
如图1所示，一种亮度计内部清扫装置，包括无尘箱2和干燥供气机构，所述的亮度计4设在无尘箱2内，所述的干燥供气机构对准亮度计4。
所述的无尘箱2上设有吸尘器3。所述的干燥供气机构包括依次连接的气枪11、油水分离器12和气源13，所述的气枪11对准亮度计4。
把亮度计4放置在自制的无尘箱2(带吸尘计功能)中，使用带干燥功能的气枪11进行内部清扫，气源13通过油水分离器12进行干燥。

1.一种亮度计内部清扫装置，其特征在于，包括无尘箱和干燥供气机构，所述的亮度计设在无尘箱内，所述的干燥供气机构对准亮度计。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种亮度计内部清扫装置，其特征在于，所述的无尘箱上设有吸尘器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种亮度计内部清扫装置，其特征在于，所述的干燥供气机构包括依次连接的气枪、油水分离器和气源，所述的气枪对准亮度计。
