Abstract

本发明涉及一种TPI改善磨耗和屈挠寿命的橡胶配制原料,由以下质量份组份制成:烟片胶,70;TPI,30;氧化锌,5;硬脂酸,1;防老剂RD,2;防老剂4010NA,1.5;防老剂4020,1;莱茵蜡Antilux 654,3;硅烷偶联剂Si-669/G,3;炭黑N550,10;炭黑N774,50;白炭黑HT199,10;环烷油H-3107,3;硫磺,2.5;促进剂CZ,0.7。采用本发明制作的低磨耗和屈挠寿命长的橡胶配方,可获得良好的综合性能,拉伸强度大于16.0Mpa,扯断伸长率大于400%;曲挠寿命达到350万次以上,磨耗量低于0.06cm3/1.61km。胶料注射、挤出等工艺性能稳定,从而能够满足制品对橡胶材料屈挠寿命长和低磨耗的性能要求。

技术领域
本发明属于橡胶技术领域,特别涉及的是一种TPI改善磨耗和屈挠寿命的橡胶配制原料。
背景技术
随着橡胶行业的不断发展,橡胶制品在汽车等领域的应用越来越广泛,对其使用寿命的要求越来越高,很多橡胶减震制品要求疲劳寿命达到几百万次甚至更苛刻。天然橡胶具有突出的加工性能和物理性能,高强度、高弹性,并与金属粘合性能优异,应用于各类缓冲块、减震垫、发动机悬置等橡胶制品中,但是天然橡胶制品在使用过程中生热,减弱了其在疲劳方面的性能,满足不了橡胶制品的疲劳寿命要求。目前,提高橡胶制品的疲劳性能和低磨耗性能的几种方法主要有:1、在橡胶配方中加入软化油,采用该种方式可以一定程度上改善了橡胶制品的疲劳性能,但是耐磨性能不好,并且大量加入软化油后使橡胶配方硬度降低,对于较高硬度要求的橡胶配方不能采取该方式;2、在橡胶配方中加入抗疲劳性能好的防老剂,采用该方式虽然能够提高橡胶配方的疲劳性能,但是提高的程度不大,仍然满足不了有些制品的疲劳寿命要求。
发明内容
本发明采用天然橡胶与TPI并用,TPI与天然橡胶具有完全相同的化学组成,二者能够较好的达到共硫化,并且硫化制品相容性优异,采用共混橡胶配方的硫化产品生热低、耐磨和疲劳性能好,通过调整TPI与天然橡胶的并用比例取得综合性能最佳的橡胶配方,通过加工助剂的调整,改善混炼胶硬度较硬而不宜加工的特点。
一种TPI改善磨耗和屈挠寿命的橡胶配制原料,由以下质量份组份制成:烟片胶,70;TPI,30;氧化锌,5;硬脂酸,1;防老剂RD,2;防老剂4010NA,1.5;防老剂4020,1;莱茵蜡Antilux 654,3;硅烷偶联剂Si-669/G,3;炭黑N550,10;炭黑N774,50;白炭黑HT199,10;环烷油H-3107,3;硫磺,2.5;促进剂CZ,0.7。
本发明采用硅烷偶联剂Si-669/G,可以改善胶料硫化特性和综合物理性能。
本发明采用炭黑N550、炭黑N774和白炭黑并用,软化剂选用环烷油。

采用本发明制作的TPI改善磨耗和屈挠寿命的橡胶配方,可获得良好的材料性能,拉伸强度大于16.0Mpa,扯断伸长率大于400%。胶料注射工艺操作稳定,从而能够很好满足制品对橡胶材料疲劳性能的要求。

采用上述配方后,橡胶材料的屈挠寿命满足产品对胶料的性能要求。本发明设计的配方通过以上进行了详细描述,本发明的实施可以满足技术要点(1)胶料具有优异的低磨耗的性能;(2)胶料能满足橡胶制品的疲劳寿命性能。
