本发明公开了一种塑料芯管外包覆金属骨架管后二次覆塑的三层覆塑金属管的连续生产设备,包括塑料芯管挤出机、塑料芯管定径装置、塑料芯管冷却水槽、金属带放卷机、金属带卷曲焊接主机、金属管缩径装置、金属管外二次覆塑挤出机、覆塑复合管定径装置、覆塑复合管冷却水槽、复合管履带式牵引机以及复合管定尺切断机,所述金属管缩径装置与金属管外二次覆塑挤出机之间设有金属管超音频感应加热装置。

一种三层覆塑金属管的连续生产设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种三层覆塑金属管的连续生产设备。
背景技术
三层覆塑金属管是指在塑料芯管外包覆金属骨架管,并在金属骨架管外再次进行二次覆塑的一种复合管材。这种管材不仅可以具有抗冲击、耐压强、气密性高等优点,而且具有塑料管耐腐蚀、易连接、低成本等优点,适用于水煤气、LNG液化天然气、化工等众多行业。但是这种管材如果要量产需要克服很多技术问题,比如如何保证塑料芯管与金属骨架管结合的牢固程度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供塑料芯管包覆金属骨架管后,外层二次覆塑的三层覆塑金属管的连续生产设备。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种三层覆塑金属管的连续生产设备,包括塑料芯管挤出机、塑料芯管定径装置、塑料芯管冷却水槽、金属带放卷机、金属带卷曲焊接主机、金属管缩径装置、金属管外二次覆塑挤出机、覆塑复合管定径装置、覆塑复合管冷却水槽、复合管履带式牵引机以及复合管定尺切断机,所述金属管缩径装置与金属管外二次覆塑挤出机之间设有金属管超音频感应加热装置。
本发明进一步所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种生产精度高的三层覆塑金属管的连续生产设备。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的进一步的技术方案为:金属管缩径装置包括冷却液槽,冷却液槽内设有模座,模座上依次设有第一缩径模以及第二缩径模,模座下部设有冷却液通道,冷却液槽底部设有出液口,出液口通过泵送装置与用于对第一缩径模以及第二缩径模冷却的喷淋装置相连接,模座上在第一缩径模的进料端设有盖板,盖板上设有送料孔,送料孔中设有尼龙套。
本发明进一步所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种能使金属管与塑料芯管及外部覆塑层结合紧密的三层覆塑金属管的连续生产设备。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的进一步的技术方案为:所述金属带卷曲焊接主机在进料端的机架上依次设有带材去油污机构、带材打磨抛光机构及若干冲洗、热风吹干机构;并采用超音频感应加热来促进金属与塑料的粘合。
本发明的有益效果是:本设备采用塑料芯管挤出、金属骨架管包覆、金属骨架管外覆塑一体化连续生产,生产效率高、生产成本低。
由于金属管缩径装置与金属管外二次覆塑挤出机之间设有金属管超音频感应加热装置,金属骨架管通过感应加热装置加热到160~200℃,不仅蒸发、烧除了金属骨架管外表面因缩径后残留的油污,而且有利于内表面塑料芯管与金属骨架管的牢靠粘合,同时也利于二次覆塑时塑料与金属骨架管的牢靠粘合。
由于金属管缩径装置包括冷却液槽及喷淋装置,可以及时对第一缩径模、第二缩径模进行冷却防止产生热胀现象,从而确保管材能达到设定的缩径尺寸。
由于金属带卷曲焊接主机在进料端的机架上依次设有带材去油污机构、带材打磨抛光机构及若干冲洗、热风吹干机构,可对不锈钢带原料进行脱脂、打磨、清洗,使得形成的金属骨架管可以更好的与塑料芯管粘合,并有利于外层覆塑时的粘合。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细描述本发明的具体实施方案。
如图1-5所示,一种三层覆塑金属管的连续生产设备,包括塑料芯管挤出机1、塑料芯管定径装置2、塑料芯管冷却水槽3、金属带放卷机4、金属带卷曲焊接主机5、金属管缩径装置6、金属管外二次覆塑挤出机7、覆塑复合管定径装置8、覆塑复合管冷却水槽9、复合管履带式牵引机10以及复合管定尺切断机11。所述金属管缩径装置5与金属管外二次覆塑挤出机7之间设有金属管超音频感应加热装置12。金属带卷曲焊接主机5在进料端的机架上依次设有带材去油污机构52、带材打磨抛光机构51及若干冲洗、热风吹干机构53。
如图2所示,金属管缩径装置6包括冷却液槽61,冷却液槽61内设有模座62,模座62上依次设有第一缩径模63以及第二缩径模64,模座62下部设有冷却液通道,冷却液槽61底部设有出液口,出液口通过泵送装置65与用于对第一缩径模63以及第二缩径模64冷却的喷淋装置66相连接,模座62上在第一缩径模63的进料端设有盖板67,盖板67上设有送料孔,送料孔中设有尼龙套68。
如图3-5所示,带材打磨抛光机构51包括设置在机架上的安装座511,安装座511中设有安装座511缺口,安装缺口中设置有活动座512,安装座511上部穿设有螺杆513,所述螺杆513顶端设有驱动手轮514。螺杆513底端与活动座512通过轴承相连接,活动座512上设有芯轴515以及驱动芯轴515的电机516,芯轴515上套设有尼龙研磨轮517,安装座511上在尼龙研磨轮517下方可拆卸地设有衬板518,尼龙盘517与衬板518间形成待加工带材13的清洁通道。
本设备可采用超薄、强度较高的低成本金属带材13为骨架,如超薄壁低碳钢带、不锈钢带、铝及铝合金带等。
本设备中金属带卷曲焊接主机5的焊接系统可采用高频焊、氩弧焊、等离子焊、激光焊等不同系统。

1.一种三层覆塑金属管的连续生产设备,其特征在于:包括依次设置的塑料芯管挤出机、塑料芯管定径装置、塑料芯管冷却水槽、金属带放卷机、金属带卷曲焊接主机、金属管缩径装置、金属管外二次覆塑挤出机、覆塑复合管定径装置、覆塑复合管冷却水槽、复合管履带式牵引机以及复合管定尺切断机,所述金属管缩径装置与金属管外二次覆塑挤出机之间设有金属管超音频感应加热装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种三层覆塑金属管的连续生产设备,其特征在于:所述金属管缩径装置包括冷却液槽,冷却液槽内设有模座,模座上依次设有第一缩径模以及第二缩径模,模座下部设有冷却液通道,冷却液槽底部设有出液口,出液口通过泵送装置与用于对第一缩径模以及第二缩径模冷却的喷淋装置相连接,模座上在第一缩径模的进料端设有盖板,盖板上设有送料孔,送料孔中设有尼龙套。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种三层覆塑金属管的连续生产设备,其特征在于:所述金属带卷曲焊接主机在进料端的机架上依次设有带材去油污机构、带材打磨抛光机构及若干冲洗、热风干燥机构。
