本发明公开了一种钻床的万用底座,所述的钻床的万用底座包含一圆形的驱动基盘,所述的驱动基盘的中心设有一锁止通孔,所述的驱动基盘的背面设有一导向横条,所述的导向横条的两侧分别设有一限位横条,所述的限位横条之间设有一可滑动的锁止部。本发明的钻床的万用底座利用驱动基盘的中心的锁止通孔,使用者可以转动整个驱动基盘,同时,利用可滑动的锁止部,使用者可以调节整个驱动基盘的横向位置,大大扩展了钻床的加工范围。该钻床的万用底座结构简单,调节方便,实用性强。

技术领域
 本发明涉及一种钻床装置,更确切地说,是一种钻床的万用底座。
背景技术
钻床是一种用钻头在工件上加工孔的机床,现有的钻床是工件固定不动,刀具做旋转运动,工件的加工范围十分有限。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种钻床的万用底座。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种钻床的万用底座,所述的钻床的万用底座包含一圆形的驱动基盘,所述的驱动基盘的中心设有一锁止通孔,所述的驱动基盘的背面设有一导向横条,所述的导向横条的两侧分别设有一限位横条,所述的限位横条之间设有一可滑动的锁止部。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的锁止部包含一锁止凸块,所述的锁止凸块的头部设有一对定位横杆,所述的定位横杆的头部之间设有一定位横条,所述的锁止凸块的底部中部设有一滑动槽口,所述的锁止凸块的底部两侧分别设有一滑动突缘,所述的锁止凸块的侧壁上设有一对固定通孔,所述的限位横条的底部设有一限位突缘,所述的限位突缘与所述的滑动突缘相配合,所述的滑动槽口与所述的导向横条相配合,所述的锁止凸块的内侧设有一“V”形的卡口。
本发明的钻床的万用底座利用驱动基盘的中心的锁止通孔,使用者可以转动整个驱动基盘,同时,利用可滑动的锁止部,使用者可以调节整个驱动基盘的横向位置,大大扩展了钻床的加工范围。该钻床的万用底座结构简单,调节方便,实用性强。

如图1至图4所示,本发明的钻床的万用底座1包含一圆形的驱动基盘2,该驱动基盘2的中心设有一锁止通孔21,该驱动基盘2的背面设有一导向横条23,该导向横条23的两侧分别设有一限位横条22,限位横条22之间设有一可滑动的锁止部3。
该锁止部3包含一锁止凸块31,该锁止凸块31的头部设有一对定位横杆32,定位横杆32的头部之间设有一定位横条33,该锁止凸块31的底部中部设有一滑动槽口313,该锁止凸块31的底部两侧分别设有一滑动突缘312,该锁止凸块31的侧壁上设有一对固定通孔311,限位横条22的底部设有一限位突缘221,限位突缘221与滑动突缘312相配合,滑动槽口313与导向横条23相配合。该锁止凸块31的内侧设有一“V”形的卡口314。
不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种钻床的万用底座,其特征在于,所述的钻床的万用底座(1)包含一圆形的驱动基盘(2),所述的驱动基盘(2)的中心设有一锁止通孔(21),所述的驱动基盘(2)的背面设有一导向横条(23),所述的导向横条(23)的两侧分别设有一限位横条(22),所述的限位横条(22)之间设有一可滑动的锁止部(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钻床的万用底座,其特征在于,所述的锁止部(3)包含一锁止凸块(31),所述的锁止凸块(31)的头部设有一对定位横杆(32),所述的定位横杆(32)的头部之间设有一定位横条(33),所述的锁止凸块(31)的底部中部设有一滑动槽口(313),所述的锁止凸块(31)的底部两侧分别设有一滑动突缘(312),所述的锁止凸块(31)的侧壁上设有一对固定通孔(311),所述的限位横条(22)的底部设有一限位突缘(221),所述的限位突缘(221)与所述的滑动突缘(312)相配合,所述的滑动槽口(313)与所述的导向横条(23)相配合,所述的锁止凸块(31)的内侧设有一“V”形的卡口(314)。
