本发明公开了一种高韧性耐扭转风电电缆料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:氯化聚乙烯92-100、活性白土8-10、苯二甲酸二丁酯4-6、木质素磺酸盐0.7-1、聚四氟乙烯纤维3-5、聚乙烯蜡4-6、偏硼酸铵2-3、重质碳酸钙10-13、乳酸钠1-2、硅酸镁2-4、环氧四氢邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10-17、铝酸钙2-3、改性填料12-20。本发明的电缆料柔韧性好,抗扭、耐腐蚀性强,特别适用于风力发电机电缆用,保护性持久,质轻。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种高韧性耐扭转风电电缆料。
背景技术
随着电缆事业的快速发展,高质量的电缆料受到越来越多的青睐,高质量的电缆料不仅耐候性好,使用寿命长,而且安全环保,因此追求更高质量的电缆料不仅可以赢得市场的竞争,还对现代化建设起到了重大的支持和帮助。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种高韧性耐扭转风电电缆料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高韧性耐扭转风电电缆料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
氯化聚乙烯92-100、活性白土8-10、苯二甲酸二丁酯4-6、木质素磺酸盐0.7-1、聚四氟乙烯纤维3-5、聚乙烯蜡4-6、偏硼酸铵2-3、重质碳酸钙10-13、乳酸钠1-2、硅酸镁2-4、环氧四氢邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10-17、铝酸钙2-3、改性填料12-20;
所述的改性填料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
线性低密度聚乙烯15-20、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯4-6、硅藻土24-30、粉煤灰10-13、氧化聚乙烯蜡3-4、三聚磷酸钠1-2、硅酸钙2-3;
将上述三聚磷酸钠加入到8-10倍水中,搅拌均匀后加入硅酸钙、粉煤灰,在60-80℃下搅拌加热至水干,加入聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,100-200转/分搅拌分散4-8分钟,加入线性低密度聚乙烯、硅藻土,球磨混合10-20分钟,加入剩余各原料,搅拌均匀后烘干,研磨,即得所述改性填料。
一种高韧性耐扭转风电电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述氯化聚乙烯、活性白土、聚乙烯蜡、偏硼酸铵、重质碳酸钙、环氧四氢邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、硅酸镁混合,投入密炼机中进行混炼,混炼的温度是80-100℃,时间为10-15 分钟,出料冷却,加入剩余各原料,熔融挤出,冷却、造粒,即得所述电缆料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的电缆料柔韧性好,抗扭、耐腐蚀性强,特别适用于风力发电机电缆用,保护性持久,质轻。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种高韧性耐扭转风电电缆料,它是由下述重量份(公斤)的原料组成的:
氯化聚乙烯100、活性白土10、苯二甲酸二丁酯4、木质素磺酸盐1、聚四氟乙烯纤维5、聚乙烯蜡6、偏硼酸铵3、重质碳酸钙13、乳酸钠2、硅酸镁4、环氧四氢邻苯二甲酸二辛酯17、铝酸钙2、改性填料20;
所述的改性填料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
线性低密度聚乙烯20、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯6、硅藻土30、粉煤灰13、氧化聚乙烯蜡4、三聚磷酸钠1、硅酸钙3;
将上述三聚磷酸钠加入到10倍水中,搅拌均匀后加入硅酸钙、粉煤灰,在80℃下搅拌加热至水干,加入聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,200转/分搅拌分散4分钟,加入线性低密度聚乙烯、硅藻土,球磨混合20分钟,加入剩余各原料,搅拌均匀后烘干,研磨,即得所述改性填料。
一种高韧性耐扭转风电电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述氯化聚乙烯、活性白土、聚乙烯蜡、偏硼酸铵、重质碳酸钙、环氧四氢邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、硅酸镁混合,投入密炼机中进行混炼,混炼的温度是100℃,时间为15 分钟,出料冷却,加入剩余各原料,熔融挤出,冷却、造粒,即得所述电缆料。
性能测试:
拉伸强度:14.3 MPa;
断裂伸长率:328%。

1.一种高韧性耐扭转风电电缆料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
氯化聚乙烯92-100、活性白土8-10、苯二甲酸二丁酯4-6、木质素磺酸盐0.7-1、聚四氟乙烯纤维3-5、聚乙烯蜡4-6、偏硼酸铵2-3、重质碳酸钙10-13、乳酸钠1-2、硅酸镁2-4、环氧四氢邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10-17、铝酸钙2-3、改性填料12-20;
所述的改性填料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
线性低密度聚乙烯15-20、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯4-6、硅藻土24-30、粉煤灰10-13、氧化聚乙烯蜡3-4、三聚磷酸钠1-2、硅酸钙2-3;
将上述三聚磷酸钠加入到8-10倍水中,搅拌均匀后加入硅酸钙、粉煤灰,在60-80℃下搅拌加热至水干,加入聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,100-200转/分搅拌分散4-8分钟,加入线性低密度聚乙烯、硅藻土,球磨混合10-20分钟,加入剩余各原料,搅拌均匀后烘干,研磨,即得所述改性填料。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的高韧性耐扭转风电电缆料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将上述氯化聚乙烯、活性白土、聚乙烯蜡、偏硼酸铵、重质碳酸钙、环氧四氢邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、硅酸镁混合,投入密炼机中进行混炼,混炼的温度是80-100℃,时间为10-15 分钟,出料冷却,加入剩余各原料,熔融挤出,冷却、造粒,即得所述电缆料。
