本发明公开了一种通信聚乙烯电缆料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:线性低密度聚乙烯94-100、硅酸三钙3-5、芬苯达唑0.8-1.5、十溴二苯乙烷2-4、二辛酯7-9、磷酸二氢钾1-2、2,2-二噻吩基乙醇酸甲酯1-2、硅灰石粉10-13、快压出炭黑1-2、溴化聚苯乙烯2-3、纳米钙2-3、改性填料10-17。本发明的电缆料介电性能优异,耐磨性、抗拉伸、抗撕裂性强,可加工性好,特别适用于通信电缆,使用寿命长。

    本发明主要涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种通信聚乙烯电缆料。
背景技术
    随着电缆事业的快速发展,高质量的电缆料受到越来越多的青睐,高质量的电缆料不仅耐候性好,使用寿命长,而且安全环保,因此追求更高质量的电缆料不仅可以赢得市场的竞争,还对现代化建设起到了重大的支持和帮助。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种通信聚乙烯电缆料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种通信聚乙烯电缆料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
线性低密度聚乙烯94-100、硅酸三钙3-5、芬苯达唑0.8-1.5、十溴二苯乙烷2-4、二辛酯7-9、磷酸二氢钾1-2、2,2-二噻吩基乙醇酸甲酯1-2、硅灰石粉10-13、快压出炭黑1-2、溴化聚苯乙烯2-3、纳米钙2-3、改性填料10-17;
所述的改性填料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
线性低密度聚乙烯15-20、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯4-6、硅藻土24-30、粉煤灰10-13、氧化聚乙烯蜡3-4、三聚磷酸钠1-2、硅酸钙2-3;
将上述三聚磷酸钠加入到8-10倍水中,搅拌均匀后加入硅酸钙、粉煤灰,在60-80℃下搅拌加热至水干,加入聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,100-200转/分搅拌分散4-8分钟,加入线性低密度聚乙烯、硅藻土,球磨混合10-20分钟,加入剩余各原料,搅拌均匀后烘干,研磨,即得所述改性填料。
一种通信聚乙烯电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述十溴二苯乙烷、磷酸二氢钾、硅灰石粉混合,搅拌均匀后加入二辛酯,在60-70℃下搅拌混合10-14分钟,加入快压出炭黑,100-200转/分搅拌分散3-5分钟,加入剩余各原料,熔融挤出,冷却、造粒,即得所述电缆料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的电缆料介电性能优异,耐磨性、抗拉伸、抗撕裂性强,可加工性好,特别适用于通信电缆,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种通信聚乙烯电缆料,它是由下述重量份(公斤)的原料组成的:
线性低密度聚乙烯100、硅酸三钙5、芬苯达唑1.5、十溴二苯乙烷4、二辛酯7、磷酸二氢钾1、2,2-二噻吩基乙醇酸甲酯2、硅灰石粉13、快压出炭黑1、溴化聚苯乙烯2、纳米钙2-3、改性填料17;
所述的改性填料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
线性低密度聚乙烯20、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯6、硅藻土30、粉煤灰13、氧化聚乙烯蜡4、三聚磷酸钠2、硅酸钙3;
将上述三聚磷酸钠加入到10倍水中,搅拌均匀后加入硅酸钙、粉煤灰,在80℃下搅拌加热至水干,加入聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,200转/分搅拌分散8分钟,加入线性低密度聚乙烯、硅藻土,球磨混合20分钟,加入剩余各原料,搅拌均匀后烘干,研磨,即得所述改性填料。
一种通信聚乙烯电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述十溴二苯乙烷、磷酸二氢钾、硅灰石粉混合,搅拌均匀后加入二辛酯,在70℃下搅拌混合14分钟,加入快压出炭黑,100转/分搅拌分散3分钟,加入剩余各原料,熔融挤出,冷却、造粒,即得所述电缆料。
性能测试:
拉伸强度:20.4 MPa;
断裂伸长率:413%;
体积电阻率:≥2.4×1014Ω·cm;
介电强度:≥30MV/m。

1.一种通信聚乙烯电缆料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
线性低密度聚乙烯94-100、硅酸三钙3-5、芬苯达唑0.8-1.5、十溴二苯乙烷2-4、二辛酯7-9、磷酸二氢钾1-2、2,2-二噻吩基乙醇酸甲酯1-2、硅灰石粉10-13、快压出炭黑1-2、溴化聚苯乙烯2-3、纳米钙2-3、改性填料10-17;
所述的改性填料是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
线性低密度聚乙烯15-20、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯4-6、硅藻土24-30、粉煤灰10-13、氧化聚乙烯蜡3-4、三聚磷酸钠1-2、硅酸钙2-3;
将上述三聚磷酸钠加入到8-10倍水中,搅拌均匀后加入硅酸钙、粉煤灰,在60-80℃下搅拌加热至水干,加入聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,100-200转/分搅拌分散4-8分钟,加入线性低密度聚乙烯、硅藻土,球磨混合10-20分钟,加入剩余各原料,搅拌均匀后烘干,研磨,即得所述改性填料。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的通信聚乙烯电缆料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将上述十溴二苯乙烷、磷酸二氢钾、硅灰石粉混合,搅拌均匀后加入二辛酯,在60-70℃下搅拌混合10-14分钟,加入快压出炭黑,100-200转/分搅拌分散3-5分钟,加入剩余各原料,熔融挤出,冷却、造粒,即得所述电缆料。
