本发明公开了一种高强度聚乙烯通信管材,按重量份计,由以下各原料组成:高密度聚乙烯25-30、二甲苯7-9、氯乙烯共聚合树脂18-20、乙丙橡胶10-12、乙基纤维素5.4-6.2、纳米级硅藻土1.5-2.5、聚丙烯成核剂1.2-1.8、铝粉2.5-4.5、聚氨酯类增稠剂0.2-0.4、纳米级氢氧化铝0.8-1.5、色母4-6;本发明有效解决了通信管材的低温脆性、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性、抗老化性、耐热性、加工性、阻燃性等问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及通信管材领域,具体属于一种高强度聚乙烯通信管材。
背景技术
目前,通信管材通常选用PE管,PE管也有一定的弱点,如强度低,碰到坚石,金属碰撞挤压,易引起凹坑,直至穿孔;没有阻燃性;对最高使用压力有限制,而在我国北方地区,在冬季野外铺设的聚乙烯埋地给水时,总结出一条经验是在零度以下就不适宜铺设施工,因为这时聚乙烯管轻易脆裂;另外,PE管堆放要求高,不能长时间日晒雨淋,否则轻易老化,降低使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高强度聚乙烯通信管材,有效解决了通信管材的低温脆性、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性、抗老化性、耐热性、加工性、阻燃性等问题。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种高强度聚乙烯通信管材,按重量份计,由以下各原料组成:
高密度聚乙烯25-30、二甲苯7-9、氯乙烯共聚合树脂18-20、乙丙橡胶10-12、乙基纤维素5.4-6.2、纳米级硅藻土1.5-2.5、聚丙烯成核剂1.2-1.8、铝粉2.5-4.5、聚氨酯类增稠剂0.2-0.4、纳米级氢氧化铝0.8-1.5、色母4-6;该管材制备方法如下:先将上述各组分原料加入高速混合机中,高速混合30~35min后,高速混合机放出的物料放入研磨机中循环研磨30-35min后,进入双螺杆挤出机造粒,挤出温度是:进料段为120-122℃,压缩段为210-215℃,塑化段为220-225℃,均化段为205-212℃,模具温度为195-210℃,冷却水温度8-12℃;冷却定型真空为0.1—0.2MPa。
一种高强度聚乙烯通信管材,按重量份计,高密度聚乙烯28、二甲苯8、氯乙烯共聚合树脂19、乙丙橡胶11、乙基纤维素5.8、纳米级硅藻土2、聚丙烯成核剂1.5、铝粉3.5、聚氨酯类增稠剂0.3、纳米级氢氧化铝1.1、色母5。
本发明双螺杆挤出机造粒时,进料段、压缩段、塑化段温度设置不同,有效解决了通信管材的低温脆性、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性、抗老化性、耐热性、加工性、阻燃性等问题。
具体实施方式
一种高强度聚乙烯通信管材,按重量份计,高密度聚乙烯28、二甲苯8、氯乙烯共聚合树脂19、乙丙橡胶11、乙基纤维素5.8、纳米级硅藻土2、聚丙烯成核剂1.5、铝粉3.5、聚氨酯类增稠剂0.3、纳米级氢氧化铝1.1、色母5;该管材制备方法如下:先将上述各组分原料加入高速混合机中,高速混合30~35min后,高速混合机放出的物料放入研磨机中循环研磨30-35min后,进入双螺杆挤出机造粒,挤出温度是:进料段为120-122℃,压缩段为210-215℃,塑化段为220-225℃,均化段为205-212℃,模具温度为195-210℃,冷却水温度8-12℃;冷却定型真空为0.1—0.2MPa。
本发明的高强度聚乙烯通信管材性能实验数据:
在80℃、155h条件下,静液压试验环应力为5.4Mpa;
在80℃、960h条件下静液压试验环应力为5.1Mpa。

1.一种高强度聚乙烯通信管材,按重量份计,其特征在于,由以下各原料组成:
高密度聚乙烯25-30、二甲苯7-9、氯乙烯共聚合树脂18-20、乙丙橡胶10-12、乙基纤维素5.4-6.2、纳米级硅藻土1.5-2.5、聚丙烯成核剂1.2-1.8、铝粉2.5-4.5、聚氨酯类增稠剂0.2-0.4、纳米级氢氧化铝0.8-1.5、色母4-6;该管材制备方法如下:先将上述各组分原料加入高速混合机中,高速混合30~35min后,高速混合机放出的物料放入研磨机中循环研磨30-35min后,进入双螺杆挤出机造粒,挤出温度是:进料段为120-122℃,压缩段为210-215℃,塑化段为220-225℃,均化段为205-212℃,模具温度为195-210℃,冷却水温度8-12℃;冷却定型真空为0.1—0.2MPa。
2.根据权利要求1所述高强度聚乙烯通信管材,其特征在于,按重量份计,高密度聚乙烯28、二甲苯8、氯乙烯共聚合树脂19、乙丙橡胶11、乙基纤维素5.8、纳米级硅藻土2、聚丙烯成核剂1.5、铝粉3.5、聚氨酯类增稠剂0.3、纳米级氢氧化铝1.1、色母5。
