Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种锻炼器械,用于锻炼至少一个肢体,尤其是应用在康复领域中和/或健身领域中,该锻炼器械具有:一承载架;一圆形轨迹产生器,该圆形轨迹产生器可转动地支承在一配置给承载架的转动轴上;一肢体支撑装置,用于支承和/或支撑所述至少一个肢体。
背景技术
为了有针对性地锻炼肢体的各个肌肉部分,常常需要不同的运动模式。在自行车测力计的情况下,例如实施环形的运动用来增强腿部肌肉组织。在交叉训练机的情况下,相反则模拟了典型的跑步运动并且腿部的运动跟随椭圆轨迹。在划船测力计的情况下,腿部又执行线性运动。设置用于实施所述各个运动过程的装备因此由现有技术已充分公知。但是问题是,为了实施各个运动形式必须分别提供单独的器械,这除了高的位置需求以外也导致高的资源投入。此外,在纯线性运动中常常存在的问题是:运动模式不是流畅的并且转向点总是表现为死点。在所提到的锻炼器械中也不能执行运动轨迹的定向的有针对性的改变。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于开发一种锻炼器械,利用该锻炼器械能实现可变的锻炼。
该任务按照本发明在开头所提到类型的锻炼器械的情况下通过如下方式来解决:给所述圆形轨迹产生器(Kreisbahnerzeuger)配置有一沿径向相对于所述圆形轨迹产生器的转动轴错开的旋转轴,该旋转轴用于可转动地支承一旋转体;肢体支撑装置配置给所述旋转体,优选相对于所述旋转轴偏心地配置给所述旋转体;肢体支撑装置的运动轨迹通过一椭圆来描绘,该椭圆通过圆形轨迹产生器的圆形运动(Kreisbewegung)和旋转体的圆形运动的叠加来形成。

此外对于本发明有利的是:给所述承载架抗相对转动地配置一导出轮并且给所述旋转体抗相对转动地配置一驱动轮;所述导出轮和所述驱动轮通过一链条、一皮带或类似机构彼此耦接。这具有如下优点,即,该耦接是非常不易干扰的,这有利于根据本发明的锻炼器械的运行安全性。
为了根据本发明的锻炼器械的用户友好性,此外有利的是:为了形成减速或加速,所述导出轮和所述驱动轮配置不同的半径。这导致:锻炼器械可以有针对性地针对运动员或患者进行调节。

图4示出按本发明的锻炼器械1的旋转体5的另一实施形式。能够看到,旋转体5实现为插接连接器21,该插接连接器能够在不同的定向情况下插套到旋转轴6上。由此可以实现所述肢体支撑装置12的椭圆的不同的定向。椭圆的半轴的长度可以通过如下方式被改变,即,肢体支撑装置12能够固定在插接连接器21上的预先给定的位置处,这些预先给定的位置与所述旋转轴6的间距确定了所述肢体支撑装置12的所产生的运动轨迹。如在上面提出的实施例中那样,通过肢体支撑装置与所述旋转轴6的间距来确定所述肢体支撑装置12的所产生的运动轨迹。在此情况下也要注意:该运动与旋转轴6和肢体支撑装置12之间的间距无关地总是涉及一椭圆,这始终允许了圆的运动过程并且避免了转向点处的死点。在所示的实施例中,两个圆形轨迹产生器3以180°相对彼此相位移动。也能够看到:相对于对应的旋转轴6的定向和间距对于两个所示的肢体支撑装置12是不同的。尽管在日常使用中不是特别地有意义,但是这在眼前导致按本发明的锻炼器械1的多样的调节可能性。
因此能够理解的是,根据本发明的锻炼器械1提供了多个调节可能性。下面要再次借助在图2中示出的实施形式来阐述功能原理。在此情况下,两个单元19成对地布置。两个圆形轨迹产生器3之间的相位移动在所示的实施例中为0°,该相位移动可以通过所述圆形轨迹产生器3在所述转动轴4上的不同的固定来调节。各个肢体支撑装置12的运动轨迹也可以个别地加以改变。出于该原因,肢体支撑装置12固定在一卡锁和/或拧接连接器18上,该卡锁和/或拧接连接器可自由移动地安置在框架6的框架长孔17上。肢体支撑装置12越靠近旋转轴6固定,该肢体支撑装置的运动轨迹越类似于圆形运动。为了纯的圆形运动,肢体支撑装置12可以在旋转体5上固定在旋转轴6的延长部中。在所示的实施例中,两个肢体支撑装置12的运动轨迹大致具有相同形状。因为肢体支撑装置12与对应的旋转轴6的间距是相当大的,所以所述运动的特征在于几乎线性的、但总还是椭圆的特性。此外,两个椭圆轨迹相对彼此错开大致90°。所述定向通过转动轴4/旋转轴6与旋转轴6/肢体支撑装置12之间的角度来确定,该角度在所示的实施例中可以自由改变。

Claims (17)
1.锻炼器械,用于锻炼至少一个肢体,所述锻炼器械具有:一承载架(2);一圆形轨迹产生器(3),所述圆形轨迹产生器能转动地支承在一配置给所述承载架(2)的转动轴(4)上;一肢体支撑装置(12),用于支承和/或支撑所述至少一个肢体,其中,给所述圆形轨迹产生器(3)配置一沿径向相对于所述圆形轨迹产生器(3)的所述转动轴(4)错开的旋转轴(6),所述旋转轴用于能转动地支承一旋转体(5);所述肢体支撑装置(12)相对于所述旋转轴(6)偏心地配置给所述旋转体(5);所述肢体支撑装置(12)的运动轨迹通过一椭圆来描绘,所述椭圆通过所述圆形轨迹产生器(3)的圆形运动和所述旋转体(5)的圆形运动的叠加来形成,其特征在于,所述旋转体(5)通过一盘(10)实现,给所述盘配置多个布置在同中心的圆上的、用于接收所述肢体支撑装置(12)的孔(20),用来改变所述椭圆的半轴和/或所述椭圆的定向,其中在所述盘上在具有不同直径的同中心的圆上布置所述孔,并且其中所述旋转轴(6)与所述肢体支撑装置(12)之间的间距能够调节用来确定所述椭圆的半轴的大小,并且,转动轴(4)/旋转轴(6)与旋转轴(6)/肢体支撑装置(12)之间的角度能够调节用来对所述椭圆的半轴进行取向。
2.按照权利要求1所述的锻炼器械,其特征在于,设置有所述旋转体(5)与所述承载架(2)的耦接装置,用于从所述圆形轨迹产生器(3)的圆形轨迹导出所述旋转体(5)的转动。
3.按照权利要求2所述的锻炼器械,其特征在于,给所述承载架(2)抗相对转动地配置一导出轮(13)且给所述旋转体(5)抗相对转动地配置一驱动轮(14),并且,所述导出轮(13)和所述驱动轮(14)通过一链条、一皮带(15)或类似机构彼此耦接。
4.按照权利要求3所述的锻炼器械,其特征在于,为了形成减速或加速,所述导出轮(13)和所述驱动轮(14)配置不同的半径。
5.按照权利要求2所述的锻炼器械,其特征在于,在所述承载架(2)上布置有一与所述转动轴(4)同中心的壳体套筒(8),并且,所述旋转轴(6)配置有一驱动盘(7),所述驱动盘与所述旋转体(5)集成地构成,用于通过所述驱动盘(7)贴靠到所述壳体套筒(8)上来使所述旋转体(5)与所述承载架(2)耦接。
6.按照权利要求1至5之一所述的锻炼器械,其特征在于,设置有一马达(22),用于驱动所述转动轴(4)。
7.按照权利要求1至5之一所述的锻炼器械,其特征在于,支承在所述转动轴(4)上的单元(19)双重地设置并且组合成第一对,用来通过第一肢体对来使用。
8.按照权利要求7所述的锻炼器械,其特征在于,两个所述圆形轨迹产生器(3)之间的相位移动能调节。
9.按照权利要求7所述的锻炼器械,其特征在于,存在有第二对单元(19),用来通过第二肢体对来使用。
10.按照权利要求8所述的锻炼器械,其特征在于,存在有第二对单元(19),用来通过第二肢体对来使用。
11.按照权利要求9或10所述的锻炼器械,其特征在于,所述第一对和所述第二对彼此耦接。
12.按照权利要求9或10所述的锻炼器械,其特征在于,所述第 一对与所述第二对之间的角度和间距能改变。
13.按照权利要求11所述的锻炼器械,其特征在于,所述第一对与所述第二对之间的角度和间距能改变。
14.按照权利要求1所述的锻炼器械,其特征在于,在所述盘(10)中构造有用于接收所述肢体支撑装置(12)的长孔(11)。
15.按照权利要求1至5之一所述的锻炼器械,其特征在于,所述肢体支撑装置(12)与所述旋转轴(6)的间距以及所述旋转体(5)相对于所述圆形轨迹产生器(3)的取向能够通过配置给所述旋转体(5)的卡锁和/或拧接连接器(18)自由选择。
16.按照权利要求1至5之一所述的锻炼器械,其特征在于,所述旋转体(5)实现为插接连接器(21),所述插接连接器能够通过预先给定的卡锁位置能不同定向地固定在所述旋转轴(6)上,并且,给所述插接连接器配置有用于接收所述肢体支撑装置(12)的至少三个接收位置,所述至少三个接收位置与所述旋转轴(6)的间距是不同的,用于改变所述椭圆的半轴。
17.按权利要求1所述的锻炼器械,其特征在于,所述锻炼器械应用在康复领域中和/或健身领域中。
