In the embodiment, the part attribute information corresponding to the part identifier is obtained according to the part identifier, the part attribute information is copied to the part folder before the part is changed, the part attribute information is called from the part folder before the part is changed, and the part attribute information is filled in the change form with the preset attribute format to obtain the part attribute form, so that the part attribute information data is cached by means of the part folder before the part is changed, and the processing speed of correspondingly filling the part attribute information in the change form template is improved; by acquiring the part attribute information, the part evaluation information and the drawing design change information according to the part identification, the historical version records of various information of the part related to the part identification can be quickly inquired, and the traceability of the part information is effectively improved; the acquired part attribute information and part evaluation information are respectively and correspondingly filled in the change form template and the reference data template, and after modification, the part attribute information, the analysis evaluation result information of the analysis evaluation device and the drawing design change information of the drawing change device which are changed by a user are respectively added to a part attribute set, a part evaluation information set and a drawing change information set which correspond to part identifiers in the storage server, so that optimization of part design change in the PDM system is realized, the history change records of parts are automatically arranged according to the sequence of the part change version information, the query efficiency is improved, and the product research and development period is greatly shortened.
Further, on the basis of the above-mentioned embodiment shown in fig. 3 or fig. 4, in a sixth embodiment of the present invention, the system for changing the design of the part in the PDM system may further include: the sixth processing module is used for receiving a query request of a user, wherein the query request comprises a part identifier; inquiring a storage server, and extracting part set information corresponding to the part identification from the storage server; the part set information includes: the method comprises the steps of collecting part attributes, collecting part evaluation information and collecting drawing design change information; and generating part change version historical information corresponding to the part identification according to the part set information.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.

Claims (12)

1. A method for part design modification in a PDM system, comprising:
receiving a product design change request of a user, wherein the product design change request comprises a product identifier; acquiring a product catalogue corresponding to the product identification and providing the catalogue for the user; receiving a part selection request input by a user according to the product catalog table, wherein the part selection request comprises a selected part identifier, and acquiring part attribute information corresponding to the part identifier;
correspondingly filling the part attribute information into a modified form template to obtain a part attribute form and providing the part attribute form for a user, wherein the modified form template has a preset attribute format; receiving part design change information input by a user on the part attribute form to obtain part attribute information corresponding to the changed part identification;
and sending the changed part attribute information to a storage server so that the storage server adds the changed part attribute information to a part attribute set corresponding to the part identifier.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before correspondingly filling the part property information into the modified form template to obtain the part property form, further comprising:
copying the acquired part attribute information to a part folder before change;
correspondingly filling and writing the part attribute information into a modified form template to obtain a part attribute form, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
and calling the part attribute information from the part folder before the change, and correspondingly filling the called part attribute information into the change form template to obtain the part attribute form.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to sending the modified part property information to the storage server, further comprising:
receiving an analysis and evaluation request of a user, wherein the analysis and evaluation request comprises part identification; acquiring part evaluation information corresponding to the part identification;
correspondingly filling the part evaluation information into a reference data template to obtain an evaluation information form, wherein the reference data template has a preset attribute format;
sending the changed part attribute information and the evaluation information form to an analysis and evaluation device;
receiving analysis and evaluation result information sent by the analysis and evaluation device, wherein the analysis and evaluation result information is obtained by the analysis and evaluation device through evaluation and analysis according to the changed part attribute information and the evaluation information form;
sending the modified part attribute information to a storage server, so that the storage server adds the modified part attribute information to a part attribute set corresponding to the part identifier, including:
sending the changed part attribute information and the analysis and evaluation result information to the storage server, so that the storage server adds the analysis and evaluation result information to a part evaluation information set corresponding to the part identifier and adds the changed part attribute information to a part attribute set corresponding to the part identifier;
or,
and if the analysis and evaluation result information is qualified, sending the modified part attribute information to a storage server so that the storage server adds the modified part attribute information to a part attribute set corresponding to the part identifier.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
sending the modified part attribute information of which the analysis and evaluation result information is qualified to a drawing modification device;
receiving drawing design change information sent by the drawing change device, wherein the drawing design change information is obtained by drawing the drawing change device according to the changed part attribute information;
and sending the drawing design change information to the storage server so that the storage server adds the drawing design change information to a drawing design change information set corresponding to the part identifier.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after receiving the drawing design change information sent by the drawing change device, the method further comprises:
generating a part change notice according to the changed part attribute information and the drawing design change information;
and sending the part change notice sheet to a part processing device.
6. The method of any one of claims 1-5, further comprising:
receiving a query request of a user, wherein the query request comprises a part identifier;
inquiring a storage server, and extracting part set information corresponding to the part identification from the storage server; the part set information includes: the method comprises the steps of collecting part attributes, collecting part evaluation information and collecting drawing design change information;
and generating part change version historical information corresponding to the part identification according to the part set information.
7. A system for part design modification in a PDM system, comprising:
the system comprises a first processing module, a second processing module and a third processing module, wherein the first processing module is used for receiving a product design change request of a user, and the product design change request comprises a product identifier; acquiring a product catalogue corresponding to the product identification and providing the catalogue for the user; receiving a part selection request input by a user according to the product catalogue table, wherein the part selection request comprises a selected part identifier; acquiring part attribute information corresponding to the part identification; correspondingly filling the part attribute information into a modified form template to obtain a part attribute form and providing the part attribute form for a user, wherein the modified form template has a preset attribute format; receiving part design change information input by a user on the part attribute form to obtain part attribute information corresponding to the changed part identification;
and the second processing module is used for sending the changed part attribute information to a storage server so that the storage server adds the changed part attribute information to a part attribute set corresponding to the part identifier.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the first processing module is further configured to copy the part attribute information to a before-modification part folder before the part attribute information is correspondingly filled in a modification form template to obtain a part attribute form;
correspondingly, the first processing module is specifically configured to:
calling the part attribute information from the part folder before change;
and correspondingly filling the called part attribute information into the modification form template to obtain the part attribute form.
9. The system of claim 7, further comprising:
the third processing module is used for receiving an analysis and evaluation request of a user before the second processing module sends the changed part attribute information to the storage server, wherein the analysis and evaluation request comprises a part identifier; acquiring part evaluation information corresponding to the part identification; correspondingly filling the part evaluation information into a reference data template to obtain an evaluation information form, wherein the reference data template has a preset attribute format; sending the changed part attribute information and the evaluation information form to an analysis and evaluation device; receiving analysis and evaluation result information sent by the analysis and evaluation device, wherein the analysis and evaluation result information is obtained by the analysis and evaluation device through evaluation and analysis according to the changed part attribute information and the evaluation information form;
the judging module is used for judging whether the analysis and evaluation result information in the third processing module is qualified or not;
the second processing module is specifically configured to send the modified part attribute information and the analysis and evaluation result information to the storage server, so that the storage server adds the analysis and evaluation result information to a part evaluation information set corresponding to the part identifier and adds the modified part attribute information to a part attribute set corresponding to the part identifier;
or,
the second processing module is specifically configured to send the modified part attribute information to a storage server if the analysis and evaluation result information is qualified, so that the storage server adds the modified part attribute information to a part attribute set corresponding to the part identifier.
10. The system of claim 9, further comprising:
the fourth processing module is used for sending the changed part attribute information to a drawing changing device after the judging module judges that the analysis and evaluation result information is qualified; receiving drawing design change information sent by the drawing change device, wherein the drawing design change information is obtained by drawing the drawing change device according to the changed part attribute information;
correspondingly, the second processing module is further configured to send the drawing design change information to the storage server, so that the storage server adds the drawing design change information to a drawing design change information set corresponding to the part identifier.
11. The system of claim 10, further comprising:
the fifth processing module is used for generating a part change notice according to the changed part attribute information and the drawing design change information after the fourth processing module receives the drawing design change information sent by the drawing change device; and sending the part change notice sheet to a part processing device.
12. The system of any one of claims 7-11, further comprising:
the sixth processing module is used for receiving a query request of a user, wherein the query request comprises a part identifier; inquiring a storage server, and extracting part set information corresponding to the part identification from the storage server; the part set information includes: the method comprises the steps of collecting part attributes, collecting part evaluation information and collecting drawing design change information; and generating part change version historical information corresponding to the part identification according to the part set information.
