本发明公开了一种混凝土预制件嵌缝粘结剂。以重量份计,本发明由以下组分组成:环氧树脂(E-42):100~120,乙二胺:6~8,丙酮:10~20,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯:10~20,甲苯基二异氰酸酯:3~8,钛白粉:10~20,滑石粉:8~12,聚丙烯乙二醇醚:4~8。与现有技术相比,用本发明处理的混凝土预制件裂缝,其裂缝间的环氧嵌缝剂粘结强度大大高于混凝土本身的粘结强度。

技术领域
本发明属于混凝土添加剂技术领域,更具体是涉及一种混凝土预制件嵌缝粘结剂。
背景技术
混凝土预制件的使用范围较为广泛,其在使用过程中有可能会出现裂缝,应及时对其进行修补及粘结,否则容易影响其使用效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种新型混凝土预制件嵌缝粘结剂。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取了如下的技术方案:
一种混凝土预制件嵌缝粘结剂,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:
环氧树脂(E-42):100~120,乙二胺:6~8,丙酮:10~20,
邻苯二甲酸二丁酯:10~20,甲苯基二异氰酸酯:3~8,
钛白粉:10~20,滑石粉:8~12,聚丙烯乙二醇醚:4~8。
所述的混凝土预制件嵌缝粘结剂的制备工艺为:
(1)将环氧树脂、丙酮、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、甲苯基二异氰酸酯及聚丙烯乙二醇醚混合,搅拌分散均匀;
(2)按配比,将乙二胺、钛白粉及滑石粉混合,搅拌分散均匀;
(3)将步骤(1)及步骤(2)的产物混合,搅拌分散均匀后即可得成品。
与现有技术相比,用本发明处理的混凝土预制件裂缝,其裂缝间的环氧嵌缝剂粘结强度大大高于混凝土本身的粘结强度。

以下结合具体实施例来对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1
一种混凝土预制件嵌缝粘结剂,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:
环氧树脂(E-42):100,乙二胺:6,丙酮:10,
邻苯二甲酸二丁酯:10,甲苯基二异氰酸酯:3,
钛白粉:10,滑石粉:8,聚丙烯乙二醇醚:4。
实施例2
一种混凝土预制件嵌缝粘结剂,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:
环氧树脂(E-42):120,乙二胺:8,丙酮:20,
邻苯二甲酸二丁酯:20,甲苯基二异氰酸酯:8,
钛白粉:20,滑石粉:12,聚丙烯乙二醇醚:8。
实施例3
一种混凝土预制件嵌缝粘结剂,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:
环氧树脂(E-42):110,乙二胺:7,丙酮:16,
邻苯二甲酸二丁酯:16,甲苯基二异氰酸酯:6,
钛白粉:16,滑石粉:10,聚丙烯乙二醇醚:6。
所述的混凝土预制件嵌缝粘结剂的制备工艺为:
(1)将环氧树脂、丙酮、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、甲苯基二异氰酸酯及聚丙烯乙二醇醚混合,搅拌分散均匀;
(2)按配比,将乙二胺、钛白粉及滑石粉混合,搅拌分散均匀;
(3)将步骤(1)及步骤(2)的产物混合,搅拌分散均匀后即可得成品。

1.一种混凝土预制件嵌缝粘结剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:
环氧树脂E-42:100~120,乙二胺:6~8,丙酮:10~20,
邻苯二甲酸二丁酯:10~20,甲苯基二异氰酸酯:3~8,
钛白粉:10~20,滑石粉:8~12,聚丙烯乙二醇醚:4~8。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混凝土预制件嵌缝粘结剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:
环氧树脂E-42:100,乙二胺:6,丙酮:10,
邻苯二甲酸二丁酯:10,甲苯基二异氰酸酯:3,
钛白粉:10,滑石粉:8,聚丙烯乙二醇醚:4。

环氧树脂E-42:120,乙二胺:8,丙酮:20,
