Abstract

本发明涉及一种机械夹具水平调节装置,在夹具本体的底部的相对两端分别设有固定支撑液压缸和调节装置,调节装置具有嵌入夹具本体的底部的椭圆球体,在椭圆球体的下方自上至下顺次设有连接体、工字支撑块和调节液压缸。本发明结构简单,改变传统通过多个支撑点对夹具水平度的调节,通过固定支撑液压缸进行主要的支撑作用,然后通过调节液压缸的顶升和收缩,间接通过椭圆球体的支撑对夹具进行调节,接触面积大,改变采用多点支撑的结构复杂性和调整的难度,仅仅需要两个点的调整即可。

本发明涉及一种机械夹具水平调节装置。
背景技术
在公知的技术领域,机械夹具是在机械零部件的制造加工中,能够对待加工的物体进行夹持以便于机床以及其他工具进行加工,而对面大型平面度要求较高的环境时,夹具本身的水平度的精度,将直接影响带加工物体的平面度的加工精度。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种精度调节能力优良的机械夹具水平调节装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种机械夹具水平调节装置,包括夹具本体,在所述夹具本体的底部的相对两端分别设有固定支撑液压缸和调节装置,所述调节装置具有嵌入夹具本体的底部的椭圆球体,在所述椭圆球体的下方自上至下顺次设有连接体、工字支撑块和调节液压缸,所述连接体分为上圆锥体和下圆柱体,所述上圆锥体的底面直径小于下圆柱体的直径,且所述上圆锥体嵌入于椭圆球体的底部,所述工字支撑块的一端嵌入于连接体上下圆柱体的底部,另一端与调节液压缸的伸出端通过固定箍环固定连接。
进一步的,作为一种具体的实施方式,本发明在所述连接体上的上圆锥体和下圆柱体之间设有橡胶缓冲环。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,改变传统通过多个支撑点对夹具水平度的调节,通过固定支撑液压缸进行主要的支撑作用,然后通过调节液压缸的顶升和收缩,间接通过椭圆球体的支撑对夹具进行调节,接触面积大,改变采用多点支撑的结构复杂性和调整的难度,仅仅需要两个点的调整即可。

如图1所示的本发明机械夹具水平调节装置的优选实施例,包括夹具本体1,在所述夹具本体1的底部的相对两端分别设有固定支撑液压缸2和调节装置3,所述调节装置3具有嵌入夹具本体1的底部的椭圆球体31,在所述椭圆球体31的下方自上至下顺次设有连接体32、工字支撑块33和调节液压缸34,所述连接体32分为上圆锥体和下圆柱体,所述上圆锥体的底面直径小于下圆柱体的直径,且所述上圆锥体嵌入于椭圆球体31的底部,所述工字支撑块33的一端嵌入于连接体32上下圆柱体的底部,另一端与调节液压缸34的伸出端通过固定箍环35固定连接。
在所述连接体32上的上圆锥体和下圆柱体之间设有橡胶缓冲环36。
本发明结构简单,改变传统通过多个支撑点对夹具水平度的调节,通过固定支撑液压缸进行主要的支撑作用,然后通过调节液压缸的顶升和收缩,间接通过椭圆球体的支撑对夹具进行调节,接触面积大,改变采用多点支撑的结构复杂性和调整的难度,仅仅需要两个点的调整即可。

1.一种机械夹具水平调节装置,包括夹具本体(1),其特征在于:在所述夹具本体(1)的底部的相对两端分别设有固定支撑液压缸(2)和调节装置(3),所述调节装置(3)具有嵌入夹具本体(1)的底部的椭圆球体(31),在所述椭圆球体(31)的下方自上至下顺次设有连接体(32)、工字支撑块(33)和调节液压缸(34),所述连接体(32)分为上圆锥体和下圆柱体,所述上圆锥体的底面直径小于下圆柱体的直径,且所述上圆锥体嵌入于椭圆球体(31)的底部,所述工字支撑块(33)的一端嵌入于连接体(32)上下圆柱体的底部,另一端与调节液压缸(34)的伸出端通过固定箍环(35)固定连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的机械夹具水平调节装置,其特征在于:在所述连接体(32)上的上圆锥体和下圆柱体之间设有橡胶缓冲环(36)。
