一种伤口缝合器,利用螺旋针(7)穿过伤口边沿再引缝合线(10)通过伤口边沿打结,使伤口并合,其优点是:伤口缝合整齐,疤痕较小,处理伤口时间短,减少病人痛苦,病人较快康复,也减少医疗成本。本发明的社会效益就是机件简小、易制耐用、容易操控。

本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其应用于伤口缝合。
背景技术
现有的伤口缝合都是用半环形针穿过伤口边沿再引缝合线通过打结,使伤口并合,阻止血液外流来达到治疗目的,其缺点是:伤口缝合不整齐,疤痕较大,处理伤口时间长,流血过多,造成病人体弱痛苦,也增大医疗成本。
发明内容
本发明就是利用螺旋针(7)穿过伤口边沿再引缝合线(10)通过伤口边沿打结,使伤口并合,其优点是:伤口缝合整齐,疤痕较小,处理伤口时间短,减少病人痛苦,病人较快康复,也减少医疗成本。
本发明的社会效益就是机件简小、易制耐用、容易操控。
本发明所采用的技术方案是这样的:伤口缝合器,主要由:针托(1)、定位孔(2)、抽气嘴(3)、滑杆(4)、吸板(5)、探板(6)、螺旋针(7)、针柄(8)、钢线(9)、缝合线(10)、螺丝钉(11)、钢丝筛(12)部件组成;两块针托(1)分别与长度一样、宽度不同的探板(6)连为一体,针托(1)、探板(6)都安置吸板(5),针托(1)的吸板(5)的吸面和探板(6)的吸板(5)的吸面相对向,吸板(5)与抽气嘴(3)连通,针托(1)和较宽的探板(6)设置定位孔(2),探板(6)的定位孔(2)与相连的最近的针托(1)上的定位孔(2)的距离正好是螺旋针(7)的环径,针托(1)的定位孔(2)间距和探板(6)的定位孔(2)的间距正好是螺旋针(7)的环距;两条滑杆(4)分别穿过两块针托(1)两端,并在相应的位置上设置螺丝钉(11);钢线(9)一端带钩,另一端开孔,螺旋针(7)的针尾安在针柄(8)上,螺旋针(7)的针头开有缺口,刚好适合钢线(9)的钩填充。
根据伤口的深度选择螺旋针(7)及针托(1)的大小。

具体实施方式
图6所示,缝合伤口前,把钢线(9)有孔的一端从螺旋针(7)的针头穿过针尾,再用缝合线(10)从钢线(9)的孔穿过,并把带钩的一端塞入螺旋针(7)的针头的缺口。
当缝合人体四肢伤口时,一只手的手指捏针柄(8)旋转,另一只手的手指压稳伤口贴合,螺旋针(7)的针头插入伤口一边沿,从另一边沿穿出,从伤口一端旋转到另一端,再从螺旋针(7)的针头拉出钢线(9),连带拉出缝合线(10),一只手拿稳钢线(9)带出的缝合线(10),另一只手反转针柄(8),把螺旋针(9)退出,这样,缝合线(10)留在伤口边沿上,把缝合线(10)收紧适中,两端打结即可。
图7所示,当缝合人体腹部手术伤口时,在伤口两边沿,用针托(1)贴住,使皮肤和肌肉内膜分别贴在针托(1)的吸板(5)和探板(6)的吸板(5)上,用抽气机从抽气嘴(3)把吸板(5)内的空气抽出,这样伤口两则的皮肤和肌肉内膜都牢牢地吸附在吸板(5)上,再用两条滑杆(4)穿过针托(1)两端,压动两只针托(1),使两边的探板贴合,用螺丝钉(11)固定在滑杆(4)上,一只手的手指固定针托(1),另一只手的手指捏转针柄(8),使螺旋针(7)的针头从针托(1)的定位孔(2)穿入,先经皮肤、肌肉、肌肉内膜、探板(6)的定位孔(2),后经肌肉内膜,肌肉,皮肤穿出,再穿入针托(1)的另一定位孔(2),针头从针托(1)的一端旋转到另一端,从螺旋针(7)的针头拉出钢线(9),连带拉出缝合线(10),一只手拿稳钢线(9)带出的缝合线(10),另一只手反转针柄(8),把螺旋针(7)退出,扭动抽气嘴(3),放入空气,皮肤、骨肉内膜与吸板(5)分离,慢慢拉出针托(1),这样,缝合线(10)留在伤口边沿上,把缝合线(10)收紧适中,两端打结即可。

1.一种伤口缝合器,主要由:针托(1)、定位孔(2)、抽气嘴(3)、滑杆(4)、吸板(5)、探板(6)、螺旋针(7)、针柄(8)、钢线(9)、缝合线(10)、螺丝钉(11)、钢丝筛(12)部件组成;其特征是:两块针托(1)分别与长度一样、宽度不同的探板(6)连为一体,针托(1)、探板(6)都安置吸板(5),针托(1)的吸板(5)的吸面和探板(6)的吸板(5)的吸面相对向,吸板(5)与抽气嘴(3)连通,针托(1)和较宽的探板(6)设置定位孔(2),探板(6)的定位孔(2)与相连的最近的针托(1)上的定位孔(2)的距离正好是螺旋针(7)的环径,针托(1)的定位孔(2)间距和探板(6)的定位孔(2)的间距正好是螺旋针(7)的环距。
2.根据权利要求1所述的伤口缝合器,其特征是:两条滑杆(4)分别穿过两块针托(1)两端,并在相应的位置上设置螺丝钉(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的伤口缝合器,其特征是:钢线(9)一端带钩,另一端开孔,螺旋针(7)的针尾安在针柄(8)上,螺旋针(7)的针头开有缺口,刚好适合钢线(9)的钩填充。
