Abstract

Description
本发明涉及钻探和/或操作烃类井所使用的管状元件,和更精确地涉及这一元件的螺纹端部。这一端部可以是阳型或阴型的,且能连接到类似元件的相应端部,形成连接件。
本发明还涉及由通过拼合(makeup)连接在一起的两个管状元件得到的螺纹连接件。
术语“拟用于烃类井的钻探和操作的管状元件”是指任何元件,它形状基本上为管状,拟连接到相同类型的另一元件上,或者在其他情况下,尤其构成用于钻探烃类井的管柱(string),或拟用于维护的竖管(也称为翻新(work-over)竖管),或用于操作这些井(如竖管),或者在操作这些井中所使用的套管柱或管状管柱。本发明还可应用于在钻柱中使用的元件,例如钻杆,重质钻杆,钻铤,和管道连接的部分以及称为钻杆接头的重质管道。
每一管状组件包括提供有阳螺纹区或阴螺纹区的一个端部,所述端部拟采用类似元件的相应端部拼合。一旦连接,则该元件构成了所谓的连接件。
连接件中的这种螺纹管状组件在确定的负载下连接,以便满足使用条件造成的干涉配合和密封要求。进一步地,应当已知,可要求螺纹管状组件经历数个拼合(makeup)-劈开(breakout)循环,尤其当在使用中时。
使用这种螺纹管状组件的条件导致不同类的载荷,所述载荷使得需要在这些组件的敏感部分,例如螺纹区,邻接(abutting)区或密封表面上使用膜层。
因此,通常在高轴向负载下进行拼合操作,这是例如由于借助螺纹连接件连接的长度数米的管道的重量可能因在待连接的螺纹元件轴的轻微失调而恶化导致的。这诱导在螺纹区处和/或在金属/金属密封表面处磨损(galling)的风险。常规地用润滑剂涂布螺纹区和金属/金属密封表面。
此外,常常储存螺纹管状组件,然后在不友好(hostile)的环境内拼合。这是例如在盐雾存在下的近海情况或者在砂子、灰尘和/或其他污染物存在下的陆上情况的情形。因此,需要使用在表面上抗腐蚀的薄膜,所述表面必须通过拼合(螺纹区)或者通过干涉接触(金属/金属密封表面和邻接区)来协作(cooperate)。
然而,由于环境标准,似乎使用符合API(美国石油组织)标准RP5A3的油脂没有构成长期解决方案,这是因为这些油脂可从管状组件中挤出(extrude)并释放到环境或者井内,从而导致堵塞,而堵塞需要特殊的清洁操作。
为了克服要求长期抗腐蚀性和抗磨损的问题,并满足环境特性,开发了固体干燥薄膜(即,不是糊状油脂),所述薄膜既具有润滑性,又具有保护作用。
例如为了润滑功能,开发了掺入润滑油到有机基体内的干燥薄膜。
这是采用SMI's文献(WO2010/114168)的情况,该文献涉及基于热塑性EVA共聚物的干燥薄膜,它包括润滑油,优选矿物油以供良好的相容性和具有自修复或自维护性能,以确保在摩擦下薄膜的寿命。然而,这类解决方案限制润滑油的重量浓度为10%,因为较高的浓度会引起薄膜与基底之间的界面处粘合性损失,和此外,赋予薄膜表面对灰尘、砂子等的粘性。
在剪切下,在最初的高摩擦处,通过直接掺入硅油到抗流动的热塑性聚合物基体内,进行了其他开发。该原理意味着在接触情形下,可在螺纹区内维持低的肩部扭矩值(shouldering torque),且没有影响抗肩上扭矩(torque on shoulder resistance)。本发明可尤其有助于确定理想的拼合扭矩并确保在拼合过程中连接件的密封。然而,在数量大的连续拼合操作之后,这些解决方案没有提供该优点,这些解决方案意味着在起始的拼合工序过程中,对于API5A3油脂,参考值大于或等于100%的抗肩上扭矩来说,可获得低的肩部扭矩。
在专利申请WO2010/073120中利用了另一路径,该专利申请涉及共沉积在电化学沉积Ni或Cu或Ni-Cu中微-囊化的润滑油。通过该方式,可在单一的表面处理中结合抗磨损和润滑的性能,且没有求助于附加的润滑层。然而,不可能使用电化学路径,在螺纹系统上容易地生产均匀、可再现的沉积物且具有不可忽略不计的成本。
作为替代方案,申请人着眼于使用有机基体的解决方案,为了获得较宽范围的配方,而且可使用比较简单的方法来生产所述配方。
特别地,本发明涉及拟用于钻探和/或操作烃类井的管状元件,它具有含至少一个螺纹区的端部,其特征在于该端部至少部分用干燥薄膜(即,在环境温度下触摸起来不粘)涂布,所述干燥薄膜包括含用液体形式的化合物填充的微囊的热塑性或热固性基体。
以下定义了互补或者替代的任选特征。
该微囊可包括最多85wt%在100℃下,运动粘度小于2000mm2/s的疏水液体化合物。
该微囊的尺寸范围可以是直径1-60μm,优选范围是2-10μm。
微囊的膜可由三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂的至少一个壁,优选双壁构成。
基体可包括范围为1%-25wt%的微囊。

端部的涂布部分可经历选自通过喷砂,转化处理,电解沉积,和非反应性处理形成的组中的表面制备类型。所述螺纹区全部可用干燥薄膜涂布。
端部可包括拟用于金属/金属接触的至少一个密封表面,和所述密封表面用润滑干燥薄膜涂布。
本发明还涉及拟用于钻探和/或操作烃类井的管状连接件,它包括具有一个端部的至少一个管状元件,其特征在于所述端部至少部分用干燥薄膜涂布,所述干燥薄膜包括含用液体形式的化合物填充的微囊的热塑性或热固性基体。

图1所示的螺纹连接件包括提供有阳端部1的具有旋转轴10的第一管状组件,和提供有阴端部2的具有旋转轴10的第二管状组件。两个端部1和2各自具有终端表面,所述终端表面垂直于它们各自的旋转轴10布置且分别提供有螺纹区3和4,所述螺纹区3和4相互协作以供通过拼合,相互连接两个组件。螺纹区3和4可以是梯形,自锁(self-locking)或其他螺纹类型。此外,在通过拼合连接两个螺纹组件之后,在接近于螺纹区3,4的阳端部1和阴端部2上分别提供拟相对于彼此变为密封的干涉接触(interference contact)的金属/金属密封表面5,6。阳端部1具有终端表面7,所述终端表面7邻接在阴端部2上提供的相应表面8,当两个组件彼此拼合时。
在一个变通方案中,终端表面7和相应表面8之间的邻接可被例如US4822081,US RE30647或US RE34467中描述类型的螺纹区3,4中的自锁的干涉协作替代。
从图1和3中可看出,至少一个管状组件的端部1或2至少部分用干燥薄膜12涂布,所述干燥薄膜包括含用液体形式的化合物填充的微囊9的热塑性或热固性基体13。
术语“干燥薄膜”是指触摸起来不粘的固体膜。
更精确地,本发明涉及对基体来说非均相的物质的微囊化或纳米囊化,尤其润滑油,以减少摩擦并提供具有改进的官能性能的干燥薄膜。润滑的干燥薄膜由掺入微囊的热塑性或热固性聚合物基体组成。
重要的是,清楚本发明还包括使用微囊化其他活性物质,例如下述物质,具有热塑性或热固性聚合物基体的干燥薄膜:
·已知作为温度的函数,具有高度反应性的液体或挥发性腐蚀抑制剂;
·感兴趣的过碱性(over-base)的磺酸钙,因为它们具有抗腐蚀和极压性能;
·含硫的油,或酯化和硫化的植物油,因为它们的极压性能;
·聚硫醚硅烷类或巯基硅烷类,因为它们具有耐磨,抗疲劳和极压能力;
·磷酸盐或磷酸酯,因为它们具有耐磨和摩擦改良性能;
·在矿物油内悬浮的三硼酸钾,因为它具有耐摩擦性能。
这些活性成分尤其在热塑性聚合物基体内的微囊化意味着对混溶性和反应性的局限可被克服,和在拼合或劈开连接件的过程中,在压缩/剪切下释放变得可能,以便延长在时间流逝下的效果,例如在油的情况下,分别延长抗磨损性和润滑性,或者在腐蚀抑制剂用密封故障的情况下,延长耐腐蚀性。
申请人尤其集中在微囊化润滑油,其目的是减少摩擦。使用油主要意味着可形成自-润滑薄膜,特别是具有低成膜动力学的可热固化薄膜(例如,环氧树脂,聚氨酯,单-或双-组分)。表面摩擦的概念被包括润滑剂的概念替代,其中在干燥薄膜磨损过程中,所述润滑剂日益增多地可获得。在任何情况下,包括油一定不能影响基底的粘合性能,这将有破坏预期的自-润滑机理的风险。
因此,申请人预见到微囊化液体物质,尤其油来减少摩擦。优选的润滑油是包括在下述类中的那些:
·25℃下运动粘度范围为100-12500mm2/s和分子质量范围为10000-80000g/mol的线性聚二甲基硅氧烷;
·在100℃下的运动粘度范围为5-200mm2/s且分子质量范围为1500-13000g/mol的全氟聚醚;
·粘度指数大于或等于100的聚α烯烃或聚亚烷基二醇类型的合成油;
·酸值<0.01mg.KOH/g的合成酯(单-,二-或三-酯),更特别地偏苯三酸酯;
·在100℃下运动粘度范围为15-65mm2/s的酯化α烯烃和羧酸共聚物类型的聚合物酯;
·矿物油和植物油。
所描述的极压和耐磨润滑油优选包括在下述类中:
·烷基聚硫醚,主要是二-四碘代癸基(tertiododecyl)五硫醚;
·硫化烯烃,脂肪酸酯,硫化合成酯,或硫化的天然甘油三酯;
·基于烷基芳基磺酸的磺酸钙,碱度范围为100-500mg.KOH/g的碳酸磺酸钙;
·磷酸或硫代磷酸酯盐;
·含磷的酯,优选烷基芳基磷酸酯或膦酸酯;
·脂肪亚磷酸酯。
挥发性腐蚀抑制剂可以在含溶剂或者油状的溶液内,且优选包括在下述类中:
·含胺的衍生物,例如咪唑或三唑衍生物的有机或无机盐。
可包括在下述类中的其他液体物质:
·聚丁烯类,在100℃下的运动粘度范围为10-1000mm2/s的聚异丁烯类;
·在100℃下的运动粘度范围为30-2000mm2/s的烷基聚甲基丙烯酸酯;
·聚硫醚硅烷或巯基硅烷类;
·在矿物油内的悬浮三硼酸钾。
通过由聚合物形成的膜或壁和主要是液体的内容物构成微囊。对于微囊化液体组分或颗粒来说,存在各种化学或物理方法。在本发明中,使用界面水溶液化学聚合法,合成微囊。这一微乳液方法的特征在于,通过在待囊化的组分表面处,单体的缩聚反应,借助快速聚合,形成壁。
更具体地,将多官能聚合物溶解在待微囊化的油中。在碱性pH下,在有或无试剂的情况下,将这一溶液分散在水相内。可由单体,例如聚苯乙烯,聚乙烯醇,明胶,阿拉伯胶,聚酰胺,和优选氨基塑料,获得膜或壁。
氨基塑料具有特别好的硬度和刚度(拉伸强度可超过10GPa),以及非常重要的耐磨性。
优选的氨基塑料使用三聚氰胺-甲醛单体作为用于膜的物质。与脲-甲醛树脂相比,有关的三聚氰胺-甲醛热固性树脂具有可忽略不计的吸水率(高度不可渗透的壁),和改进的硬度以及耐热性和耐化学性,这是因为与脲相比,三聚氰胺具有附加的-NH2基,它是二价的且被环化。
液体物质优选是疏水的,例如氟化硅油,但也可以是矿物油或合成酯。有利地,在100℃下,油的粘度必须小于1000mm2/s,在其他情况下,水相囊化将被限制在较高的粘度下。
调整三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂的壁数意味着可遵守环境要求(例如耐热性),以及释放内容物的压力约束条件。
在本发明中,连续壁的数量在1-3的范围内,为的是确保:
·作为拼合区的函数和微囊壁数量的函数,在宽范围的剪切/压缩负载下施加;
·通过喷洒,使用机械混合器,在搅拌下,和在剪切下的良好的抗剪切性,和结果微囊良好的完整性;
·可掺入到高熔点热塑性聚合物基体内的微囊化物质的良好的最大耐热性。
根据在空气中的热重分析,对于具有双壁三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂的微囊来说,硅油微囊的热降解从370℃发生,和硅油的热氧化朝较高温度处位移至少80℃。
有利地,三壁三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂具有至少300℃(连续)的耐热性和数量级为350℃的耐热性(局部)。还通过在260℃下加热后处理三壁微囊,增加三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂的耐机械性,以便能在较高Hertz的压力下使微囊断裂。
有利地,所得微囊是球形,且它们的尺寸范围为2-60μm,和主要地范围为2-10μm。
有利地,使用机械混合器,在搅拌下,将运动粘度为1000mm2/s的线性聚二甲基硅氧烷类型的硅油的微囊掺入到基于二聚酸的共聚酰胺类型的热塑性聚合物基体内。
有利地,在Cu-Sn-Zn的三元电解沉积形式中进行表面制备处理。
润滑的干燥薄膜12可覆盖所有或一部分的螺纹区3,4。
润滑的干燥薄膜12可覆盖所有或一部分的金属/金属密封表面5,6。
该试验由评价一定数量的参数,尤其下述参数组成:
·在高Hertz负载下,在接触的表面处的摩擦扭矩(Bridgman试验);
·在基底上的粘合力和摩擦系数(Scratch试验);
·抗砂子污染试验;
·耐磨性(pin-on-Vee试验);
·潮湿状况下的腐蚀试验。
Bridgman试验可测定在“高级”连接件特定的拼合操作过程中,干燥薄膜的摩擦学特征。更精确地,模拟并测定抗肩上扭矩CSB,也称为ToSR。这一扭矩来自于在油工业中使用的高级连接件特定的拼合操作过程。
图2中的曲线表达了拼合(或夹持)扭矩作为产生的旋转圈数的函数。可看出,“高级”连接件的拼合扭矩的曲线分成四个部分。
在第一部分P1中,螺纹管状连接件中第一组件中的阳螺纹元件(或销(pin))的外部螺纹尚不具有对相同螺纹管状连接件中第二组件中的相应阴螺纹元件(或盒子(box))的内部螺纹的径向干涉。
在第二部分P2中,阳和阴螺纹元件中螺纹的几何干涉产生径向干涉,当拼合连续时,所述径向干涉增加(从而产生小但增加的拼合扭矩)。
在第三部分P3中,在阳螺纹元件的端部的外围处的密封表面径向干涉阴螺纹元件的相应密封表面,产生金属/金属密封。
在第四部分P4中,阳螺纹元件的正端面与阴螺纹元件的拼合邻接的圆形表面轴向邻接。这种第四部分P4对应于拼合的末端段。
对应于第三部分P3最后和第四部分P4开始的拼合扭矩被称为肩部扭矩(CAB)。
拼合扭矩对应于第四部分P4的最后,它被称为塑化扭矩(CP)。超出这一塑化扭矩CP时,认为阳型拼合邻接(阳螺纹元件的端部)和/或阴型拼合邻接(位于阴螺纹元件的圆形邻接表面之后的区域)经历塑性变形,同样通过塑化密封表面,这可劣化密封表面之间的接触紧密度方面的性能。
塑化扭矩CP和肩部扭矩CAB的数值之间的差异被称为抗肩上扭矩CSB:CSB=CP-CAB。螺纹管状连接件在拼合最后处经历最佳的干涉配合,这是螺纹连接件的最佳的机械强度,例如拉伸力,而且在使用中关于意外劈开和针对最佳密封性能的保证。
螺纹连接件的设计者因此不得不针对给定类型的螺纹连接件定义最佳拼合扭矩值,对于这类连接件的所有连接来说,该数值必须低于塑化扭矩CP(以便避免邻接区的塑化和导致的缺点)且高于肩部扭矩CAB。扭矩小于CAB的终止(Ending)拼合不可能保证阳和阴元件的正确的相对定位和因此在它们的密封表面之间有效的干涉配合。此外,具有劈开的风险。对于相同类型的连接件来说,肩部扭矩CAB的有效值在不同连接件之间波动,因为它取决于阳和阴螺纹与密封表面的直径和轴向机械加工公差(tolerance)。最佳的拼合扭矩应当显著高于肩部扭矩CAB。
抗肩上扭矩CSB值越高,则确定最佳的拼合扭矩的容限(margin)越大,和螺纹连接件越抗操作应力。
使用Bridgman类型的机器,进行摩擦试验。这类机器尤其描述于D Kuhlmann-Wilsdorf等人的文章"Plastic flow between Bridgmananvils under high pressures",J.Mater.Res.,第6卷,第12期,1991年12月中。在图5中阐明了Bridgman机器的示意和功能性实例。
这一机器包括:可在选择速度下,在旋转中驱动的圆盘DQ;永久地连接到圆盘DQ的第一面上的第一砧台(anvil)ECl,优选为圆锥类型;永久地连接到与它的第一面相对的圆盘DQ的第二面上的第二砧台EC2,优选为圆锥类型;第一EPl和第二EP2压力元件,例如活塞,它例如可产生选择的轴向压力P;永久地连接到第一压力元件EP1的一面上的第三砧台EC3,优选为圆锥类型;永久地连接到第二压力元件EP2的一面上的第四砧台EC4,优选为圆锥类型。
为了测试润滑剂组合物,用所述组合物覆盖与构成螺纹元件的材料相同的两片材料,以便形成第一S1和第二S2样品。接下来,第一样品S1置于第一ECl和第三EC3砧台的自由面之间,和第二样品S2置于第二EC2和第四EC4砧台的自由面之间。接下来,在采用第一EP1和第二EP2压力元件每一个,施加选择的轴向压力P(例如数量级为1GPa)的同时,圆盘DQ在选择速度下旋转,并测量每一样品S1,S2经历的拼合扭矩。在Bridgman试验中,选择轴向压力,旋转速度和旋转角,以便模拟Hertz压力和在拼合末端处邻接表面的相对速度。使用这一机器,可固定数对不同的参数(拼合扭矩,旋转速度),以便在样品S1和S2上产生预定的拼合扭矩,和因此检验这些样品S1和S2是否紧密地遵从给定的扭矩曲线,和尤其在磨损之前,它们是否可达到全部圈数,所述全部圈数至少等于相对于选择拼合扭矩而选择的阈值。
在本发明的情况下,升高所选的接触压力至1GPa,和升高旋转速度至1rpm。由碳钢形成试样,机械加工,然后用下表中列举的不同的干燥薄膜配方涂布,以及测定抗肩上扭矩(ToSR或CSB)。
图4中图示的Scratch试验允许测定在表面或表面制备上薄膜的粘合力或粘附。这一方法由采用经历过增加负载的球形珠粒,剪切薄膜和使之变形组成,该方法还允许测定两个主要的摩擦学参数,亦即摩擦系数和对应于出现薄膜内聚损失的临界负载。
实验条件使用由直径5mm的Inconel718形成的球形压头,和由粗糙度Ra小于1微米的碳钢或Z20C13形成的金属样品,以及下述参数:负载从10N增加到310N(在15N/s的负载增加速率下),2mm/s的珠粒位移速率和20s的持续时间以及40mm的轨道长度。
砂子清除试验由下述步骤组成:测定薄膜的耐热性和特别地对不友好的环境污染物,尤其表示为“炽热”的区域内的砂子的粘合性,该性能在拼合过程中可影响摩擦。它涉及软化点的简单、重要的表征,根据所述软化点,薄膜可能不再使用在压力下的空气来清洁。该实验条件使用由可能地进行了表面制备的粗糙度Ra小于1μm的碳钢或Z20C13形成的金属样品,所述表面制备可以是磷酸锌化或者电解Cu-Sn-Zn沉积形式。使用薄膜施涂器,涂布样品。厚度范围必须是30-40μm。该试验条件由下述组成:
·施加铸造用砂(d=1.36)层到最小为60cm2的预先确定的薄膜表面积上;
·在通风的烘箱内经1小时加热到范围为75℃-93℃的试验温度;
·使用在压力下的空气,在该试验温度下清洁;
·测定残留的砂子量。
接受的标准定义为最大0.5%的残留砂子。
尤其使用pin-on-Vee试验,根据标准ASTM D2670和ASTM D3233,在高速下评价润滑流体的耐磨性能和极压性能,但也可在低速下,使用ASTM D2625方法,评价固体润滑剂。
改编(adapt)pin-on-Vee试验,以克服与连接件有关的问题:
·半-密闭的接触几何形状(以捕获第三润滑剂主体);
·适合连接件的压力-速度范围(PV图表);
·实施简单-方向试验或者拼合与劈开(make-and-break)模拟的交替模型试验的可能性。
在图6中表示的pin-on-Vee试验的接触几何形状由在两个V块料之间的旋转和压缩中的销P组成,所述销P由在有或无磷酸锰化情况下的碳钢或钢合金形成,所述V块料是由用电解Cu-Sn-Zn沉积物或磷酸锰化处理的碳钢或钢合金形成的V形状,且在785N负载,60rpm的销旋转速度,560MPa的平均接触压力和20mm/s的销滑动速度的试验条件下,用试验薄膜涂布。
这一试验的目的是,在不需要进行连接件上(on-connection)研究的情况下,模拟并评价各种干燥薄膜的抗磨损性。可使用这一试验,比较各种薄膜的性能与实际的连接件上(on-connection)试验。
参考ASTM D2625-4标准,定义磨损标准,所述标准涉及测量固体润滑剂薄膜的负载能力,且对应于与数量级为1130N.mm的起始条件或对于785N的负载来说,数量级为0.15的摩擦系数相比,扭矩的突然增加。一般地,当施加的负载降低时,观察到磨损,而与材料和构造无关。
潮湿介质的腐蚀试验由在25℃下的6.5-7.2的pH范围下,在气候室内,在35℃的温度下,在25℃下的密度范围为1.029-1.036的50g/L盐水溶液中进行并在1.5mL/h的平均速率下回收的中性盐雾试验组成。然后在没有生锈情况下完整的样品在暴露之后,必须对应于ISO标准9227的ReO等级。该方法提供验证在有或无腐蚀保护膜(在金属材料上的金属或有机涂层)的情况下,维持相匹配质量的金属材料的方式。耐水性试验由根据在气候室内进行的DIN标准50017,对样品进行加速腐蚀试验组成。这一试验包括每天一个循环,由通过在下述条件下:35℃,90%相对湿度8小时冷凝,沉积水蒸气,然后允许样品干燥组成。在7个循环之后,进行检验,观察被涂层保护的基底是否被腐蚀了。
优良的抗性必须对应于ISO标准4628的等级,亦即没有腐蚀,没有起泡,没有龟裂,通过用锌磷酸化(8-20g/m2的磷酸盐沉积物)处理或者用中间层为Ni的三元Cu-Sn-Zn合金的电解沉积物处理的碳钢板没有成薄片(flaking)。
申请人尤其评价了线性聚二甲基硅氧烷类型的硅油和更特别地由WACKER以商标WACKER FLUID AK和由BLUESTAR以商标RHODORSILFLUID销售的各种分子量等级。
申请人然后比较了具有全氟聚醚油的性能,它尤其以商标FOMBLIN由SOLVAY SOLEXIS供应。
所研究的薄膜可包括具有粘塑性和抗流动行为的一种或更多种热塑性有机聚合物,例如基于二聚酸的共聚酰胺树脂或乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物,增粘树脂,蜡,固体润滑剂,和腐蚀抑制剂。
该薄膜也可包括热固性聚合物,它为100%固体或者在含水分散体内。
在有或无表面处理,例如在碳钢情形下,磷酸化等处理,或者在钢合金情况下,含Woods镍的子层的电解Cu-Sn-Zn沉积处理下,施加薄膜到碳钢或轻质合金钢样品上。所研究的薄膜厚度范围为20-45μm。
接下来,研究者检验了在以下描述的螺纹系统结构中润滑油的释放效果。通过气动喷雾施加薄膜。所得干燥薄膜的厚度范围为30-80μm。
对于这一研究来说,我们主要使用pin-on-Vee试验(得自Falex试验),测定在压力下,释放在微囊内包含的润滑油对耐久性的影响,在基于热塑性有机聚合物的薄膜内,使用Scratch试验,测定释放在微囊内包含的润滑油对动态粘合和抗摩擦或磨损力的影响,和最后使用Bridgman ToSR试验,测定释放在微囊内包含的润滑油对抗肩上扭矩值的影响。
参考油是动态粘度为1000mm2/s的线性聚二甲基硅氧烷类型的润滑油。
参考油在没有加热后处理的情况下,在三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂内的双壁膜中微囊化。
使用机械搅拌器,在基于酸二聚体的共聚酰胺类型的热塑性有机聚合物中分散参考油或微囊化的参考油。在表1中描述了该薄膜的参考组成。

在微囊内包含的硅油质量取决于构成膜的三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂的壁数量,且范围可以是15%-25wt%。
更精确地,微囊的重量浓度是相对于参考配方内硅油的重量浓度的。
使用Scratch试验进行且在表2和3中所示的试验表明,与直接使用油相比,在薄层内分布的包含在微囊内的硅油的渐进性释放改进聚合物基体的内聚且有助于限制界面的不粘效果。
平均摩擦系数在参考物和微囊之间是等同的,且作为重量浓度的函数,分别小于0.09至0.13。硅油微囊的设计同时有助于维持或减少摩擦且增强在开放式接触中材料的内聚。在具有微囊的薄膜情况下,使润滑薄膜断裂的最小负载是60N,即220MPa的最小接触压力。该薄膜在拼合过程中较长地保持接触。
进一步地,胶囊的断裂和油的释放立即在施加负载,即最小5N之后发生,5N对应于100MPa的最小接触压力。事实上,在有或无微囊的情况下,摩擦系数的曲线是类似的。
根据这些试验,在双壁膜内的微囊化情况下,润滑油的效果得到维持或甚至提高。

使用相同的参考物,进行对比试验,评价抗磨损性。构造是由具有电解Cu-Sn-Zn沉积物的碳钢形成的Vee块料和原样-机械加工(as-machined)的碳钢销。仅仅涂布Vee块料。表5和6中示出了结果。

与参考物相比,采用微囊化硅油,显著提高抗磨损性,而与微囊的断裂强度无关。在相等的浓度下,相对于参考物,在磨损之前的距离增加至少25%。进一步地,该试验揭示了微囊的最佳浓度必须小于全部配方重量的12%。pin-on-Vee试验证明了使用微囊化形式的硅油的重要性,以保证接触中薄膜较好的再聚集。
为了确认第一结果有效,申请人在构造中制造了7"29#L80VAMTOP-HH PFBS连接件,其中用电解Cu-Sn-Zn沉积物处理碳钢联轴器(coupling),和通过磷酸锌化处理碳钢销并用UV可固化的丙烯酸类树脂涂布,正如文献WO2006/104251中所述。
无-油的参考物的拼合扭矩为21000N.m。在每一连接/拆接步骤之间,使用压缩空气,清洁销/盒子体系。在这些条件下,无-油的参考物没有提供肩部(shouldering)。
表7和8表明在一种情况下,用引入到基体内的含线性聚二甲基硅氧烷油(在25℃下1000mm2/s)的干燥薄膜涂布的7"29#L80VAM TOP连接件,和在其他情况下,用含具有双壁或增强的三壁的线性聚二甲基硅氧烷油(在25℃下1000mm2/s)的微囊的干燥薄膜涂布的7"29#L80VAM TOP连接件的对比拼合的各种结果。

假设对于无-油的参考物来说,不存在肩部,则与没有油的参考物相比,油的微囊化有助于减少在其内包括的肩部扭矩值。肩部扭矩值减少最小10%,而与基体和壁的数量无关。与此同时,抗磨损性乘以最小2。

与不具有油微囊化的薄膜相比,含有油微囊的薄膜保持接触,尤其是因为朝销体系转移的程度较好。使用微囊化增加了内聚和再聚集的能力。遭受过大于500MPa的接触压力的销体系的轴承和邻接接触区基本上更好地得到保护。UV可固化的丙烯酸类树脂没有显示出损坏,但在有或无油的参考物情况下,损坏是可见的(粉碎,龟裂,银纹,脱层)。
在连接件上获得的结果证明润滑油的微囊化的优点,在拼合过程中热塑性抗流动薄膜保持接触且确保优越的润滑和抗磨损性。
与其中所使用的表面太小的实验室结果相比,在拼合连接件的情况中,释放润滑油对减少摩擦的影响更加突出。在连接件的情况下,约束(confinement)和延长的接触表面有助于证明包含的油的断裂和释放现象。
与此同时,研究者确定了在相同条件下的抗肩上扭矩值。
表9比较了用具有油的薄膜和具有油微囊的薄膜涂布的7"29#L80VAM TOP连接件之间的抗肩上扭矩,它证明了微囊化润滑油对相对于API5A3参考油脂测定的抗肩上扭矩值没有影响。

因此,本发明提出了生产润滑薄膜,其特征在于在热塑性或热固性聚合物内微囊化疏水液体物质,和更特别地,润滑油或极压油,所述微囊化可被调整,该方法具有下述优点:
·在起始的拼合过程中,对于优良的肩部扭矩值来说,摩擦表面非常良好的分离,而与接触温度无关;
·作为在各种拼合区内施加的负载的函数,通过控制释放液体润滑物质,预见到自-润滑;
·通过在接触中控制释放的液体润滑物质,和基体与基底之间较好的粘合性的组合效果,得到非常良好的耐久性,在没有磨损的情况下,提供数量大的连续拼合/劈开操作;
·充足的抗砂子和灰尘污染;
·在宽范围的温度内液体润滑物质的完整性;
·与基于API油脂的溶液相比,在塑化区内维持抗肩上扭矩值。
Claims (17)
1.拟用于钻探和/或操作烃类井的管状元件,它具有含至少一个螺纹区(3;4)的端部(1;2),其特征在于端部(1;2)至少部分用干燥薄膜(12)涂布,所述干燥薄膜包括含用液体形式的化合物填充的微囊的热塑性或热固性基体(13),其中该化合物是25℃下运动粘度范围为100-12500mm2/s且分子质量范围为10000-80000g/mol的线性聚二甲基硅氧烷。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的管状元件,其中微囊包括最多85wt%在100℃下运动粘度小于2000mm2/s的疏水液体化合物。
3.一种如前述任何一项权利要求所述的管状元件,其中微囊的尺寸范围为直径1-60μm。
4.一种如权利要求3所述的管状元件,其中微囊的尺寸范围为直径2-10μm。
5.一种如权利要求1或2所述的管状元件,其中微囊膜由至少一个壁构成,所述壁由三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂形成。
6.一种如权利要求5所述的管状元件,其中微囊膜由双壁构成。
7.一种如权利要求1或2所述的管状元件,其中基体包括范围为1wt%-25wt%的微囊。
8.一种如权利要求1或2所述的管状元件,其中基体包括范围为1wt%-15wt%的微囊化润滑油。
9.一种如权利要求8所述的管状元件,其中基体包括范围为5wt%-10wt%的微囊化润滑油。
10.一种如权利要求1或2所述的管状元件,其中基体是选自共聚酰胺、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙烯丙烯酸丁酯和烯烃类树脂中的一种热塑性聚合物。
11.一种如权利要求1或2所述的管状元件,其中基体是选自聚脲、聚氨酯和氟代氨基甲酸酯中的一种热固性聚合物。
12.一种如权利要求1或2所述的管状元件,其中基体包括选自基于α蒎烯的萜烯树脂、用季戊四醇酯化的松香和树脂酸、用甘油酯化的氢化松香和树脂酸和聚合松香中的一种增粘树脂。
13.一种如权利要求1或2所述的管状元件,其中基体包括选自固体润滑剂、腐蚀抑制剂、蜡、增塑剂和抗氧化剂中的一种或多种添加剂。
14.一种如权利要求1或2所述的管状元件,其中端部的涂布部分经历选自通过喷砂、转化处理、电解沉积和非反应性处理形成的组中的类型的一种表面制备处理。
15.一种如权利要求1或2所述的管状元件,其中所述螺纹区(3;4)全部用干燥薄膜(12)涂布。
16.一种如权利要求1或2所述的管状元件,其中所述端部(1;2)包括拟提供金属/金属接触的至少一个密封表面,和所述密封表面用润滑干燥薄膜(12)涂布。
17.拟用于钻探和/或操作烃类井的管状连接件,它包括具有端部(1;2)的至少一个管状元件,其特征在于所述端部(1;2)至少部分用干燥薄膜(12)涂布,所述干燥薄膜(12)包括含用液体形式的化合物填充的微囊的热塑性或热固性基体(13),其中该化合物是25℃下运动粘度范围为100-12500mm2/s且分子质量范围为10000-80000g/mol的线性聚二甲基硅氧烷。
