本发明涉及液晶支架技术领域,特别涉及一种多功能桌面支架。包括固定夹,连接在固定夹上端的主轴,两个水平旋转臂以及与水平旋转臂一端铰接的背板;所述主轴上设有升降调节器,升降调节器包括转轴支架、涨紧套筒和卡位螺母,转轴支架两侧均设有筒套,转轴支架下端设有螺纹接口;涨紧套筒的下端设有若干涨紧片,卡位螺母内设有与螺纹接口配合的内螺纹,卡位螺母的下端口内设有锁紧环;本发明结构合理,减少桌面办公面的占用;升降调节器在主轴上固定后结构稳定,卡位螺母的旋转行程由止行块限制,避免过渡旋转造成卡位螺母爆裂,升降调节方便快捷;可方便的调节固定在背板上液晶显示器的放置角度,使办公使用更加人性化。

本发明涉及液晶支架技术领域,特别涉及一种多功能桌面支架。
背景技术
随着科技的进步和社会的发展,生活水平的日益提高,液晶显示器已经替代传统显示器进入人们的生活当中。液晶显示器的平板结构使其具有更轻更薄更灵活的特性,可以采用多种方式固定安放,与传统显示器相比具有节省室内空间的优势。现有的办公用液晶显示器,一般采用固定式支架直接安放在桌面上,需要占用一部分桌面空间,并且支架和显示器一体设置,其使用高度固定,倾斜角调整有限,平移调整不便,给用户的使用增加了麻烦。因此有必要对目前的支架结构进行改进。
发明实用新型内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种结构紧凑、使用方便的多功能桌面支架。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明所述的一种多功能桌面支架,包括固定夹,连接在固定夹上端的主轴,两个水平旋转臂,与水平旋转臂一端铰接的背板;所述主轴上设有升降调节器,升降调节器包括转轴支架、涨紧套筒和卡位螺母,转轴支架两侧均设有筒套,转轴支架下端设有螺纹接口,两个水平旋转臂的另一端通过转动销与对应的筒套铰接;涨紧套筒的下端设有若干涨紧片,卡位螺母内设有与螺纹接口配合的内螺纹,卡位螺母的下端口内设有锁紧环;涨紧套筒套设于主轴上,转轴支架套设于涨紧套筒上部,卡位螺母套设于涨紧套筒下 部且与螺纹接口连接,锁紧环扣住涨紧片进而使转轴支架固定在主轴上。
进一步地,所述若干涨紧片沿主轴外缘均匀间隔设置,若干涨紧片下部的外径从下至上逐渐增大呈锥面设置,涨紧片的外缘上设有止行块,止行块设于锥面的的尾部。
进一步地,所述涨紧套筒上端设有扣环,扣环的外径大于转轴支架的内径。
进一步地,所述卡位螺母下方的主轴上套设有穿线夹。
进一步地,所述固定夹呈U形结构设置,主轴下端固定连接在固定夹的上片上,固定夹的下片上穿设有螺旋调节杆,螺旋调节杆的上端设有与上片配合的夹头。
本发明有益效果为:本发明结构合理,通过固定夹可连接在办公桌面的侧缘上,减少桌面办公面的占用;升降调节器通过涨紧套筒与卡位螺母配合,在主轴上固定后结构稳定,卡位螺母的旋转行程由止行块限制,避免过渡旋转造成卡位螺母爆裂,升降调节方便快捷;通过水平旋转臂可方便的调节固定在背板上液晶显示器的放置角度,使办公使用更加人性化。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
本发明所述的一种多功能桌面支架,包括固定夹10,固定夹10用于连接办公桌面的边缘,固定夹10夹住桌面后使支架整体固定在桌面上,进而减少对办公桌面空间的占用;连接在固定夹10上端的主轴20,主轴20竖直设置,两个水平旋转臂30以及与水平旋转臂30一端铰接的背板40,背板40与液晶显示器连接,水平旋转臂30可升降的连接在主轴20上,进而使连接在主轴20上的液晶显示器悬空设置。
上述主轴20上设有升降调节器,升降调节器包括转轴支架50、涨紧套筒51和卡位螺母52,转轴支架50两侧均设有筒套50a,转轴支架50下端设有螺纹接口50b,两个水平旋转臂30的另一端通过转动销54与对应的筒套50a铰接;涨紧套筒51的下端设有若干涨紧片51a,卡位螺母52内设有与螺纹接口50b配合的内螺纹,卡位螺母52的下端口内设有锁紧环52a;涨紧套筒51套设于主轴20上,转轴支架50套设于涨紧套筒51上部,卡位螺母52套设于涨紧套筒51下部,卡位螺母52与螺纹接口50b旋紧时,锁紧环52a沿涨紧片51a上升并逐渐扣住涨紧片51a,直到使涨紧片51a完全与主轴贴紧产生足够的摩擦力,进而使转轴支架50固定在主轴20上。
上述若干涨紧片51a沿主轴20外缘均匀间隔设置,若干涨紧片51a下部的外径从下至上逐渐增大呈锥面设置,进而当卡位螺母52与螺纹接口50b旋紧时,锁紧环52a沿涨紧片51a上升并逐渐扣住涨紧片51a,直到使涨紧片51a直径缩小并完全与主轴贴紧产生足够的摩擦力;涨紧片51a的外缘上设有止行块51b,止行块51b设于锥面的的尾部,止行块51b为卡位螺母52的螺 旋行程重点,避免卡位螺母52过度旋紧造成自身的爆裂或者与螺纹接头50b咬死。
上述涨紧套筒51上端设有扣环51c,扣环51c的外径大于转轴支架50的内径,扣环51c用于在安装时与转轴支架50一体,转轴支架50套设在涨紧套筒51上后在套入主轴20。
上述卡位螺母52下方的主轴20上套设有穿线夹53,穿线夹53用于固定液晶显示器的连接线,穿线夹53的上端卡接在卡位螺母52上,水平旋转臂30上也设有对应的穿线器。
上述固定夹10呈U形结构设置,主轴20下端固定连接在固定夹10的上片11上,固定夹10的下片12上穿设有螺旋调节杆13,螺旋调节杆13的上端设有与上片11配合的夹头14,固定夹10设置在办公桌面的边缘,其上片11与下片12分别插入桌面两侧,下片12上的螺旋调节杆13调节夹头14与上片11之间的间距,进而夹紧桌面使支架整体固定在桌面上。

1.一种多功能桌面支架,包括固定夹(10),连接在固定夹(10)上端的主轴(20),两个水平旋转臂(30)以及与水平旋转臂(30)一端铰接的背板(40);其特征在于:所述主轴(20)上设有升降调节器,升降调节器包括转轴支架(50)、涨紧套筒(51)和卡位螺母(52),转轴支架(50)两侧均设有筒套(50a),转轴支架(50)下端设有螺纹接口(50b),两个水平旋转臂(30)的另一端通过转动销(54)与对应的筒套(50a)铰接;涨紧套筒(51)的下端设有若干涨紧片(51a),卡位螺母(52)内设有与螺纹接口(50b)配合的内螺纹,卡位螺母(52)的下端口内设有锁紧环(52a);涨紧套筒(51)套设于主轴(20)上,转轴支架(50)套设于涨紧套筒(51)上部,卡位螺母(52)套设于涨紧套筒(51)下部且与螺纹接口(50b)连接,锁紧环(52a)扣住涨紧片(51a)进而使转轴支架(50)固定在主轴(20)上;所述若干涨紧片(51a)沿主轴(20)外缘均匀间隔设置,若干涨紧片(51a)下部的外径从下至上逐渐增大呈锥面设置,涨紧片(51a)的外缘上设有止行块(51b),止行块(51b)设于锥面的尾部;所述涨紧套筒(51)上端设有扣环(51c),扣环(51c)的外径大于转轴支架(50)的内径;所述卡位螺母(52)下方的主轴(20)上套设有穿线夹(53);所述固定夹(10)呈U形结构设置,主轴(20)下端固定连接在固定夹(10)的上片(11)上,固定夹(10)的下片(12)上穿设有螺旋调节杆(13),螺旋调节杆(13)的上端设有与上片(11)配合的夹头(14)。
