本发明涉及一种耐磨弯头,尤其涉及一种矿用抗冲击耐磨弯头。
背景技术
目前,在煤矿领域中,经常需要运输一些物料,但是大多情况,物料的运输因为地形等因素的限制,很多时候是弯曲运输方向,虽然现在存在一些设备也能够改变运输方向,但是因为拐弯处受到更大的冲击力,容易受到磨损导致管壁破损,这也造成了工作效率低和成本高等缺点。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种矿用抗冲击耐磨弯头。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种矿用抗冲击耐磨弯头,它是由进矿管和出矿管构成,所述本体腔室背部设有背部隆起腔;所述出矿管和背部隆起腔的末端设置缓冲平台;所述弯头的外弧面上设有钢板;所述钢板和弯头的外弧面之间设有耐磨填充物;所述进矿管、背部隆起腔、缓冲平台和出矿管为一体化结构;所述外弧面和钢板之间包覆焊接;所述背部隆起腔的腔室内表面为加厚背背脊面;所述进矿管和出矿管的管口处均设有法兰。
 综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明矿用抗冲击耐磨弯头具有耐磨损、抗冲击、使用寿命长和降低了弯头的更换频率等优点。

如图1所示,一种矿用抗冲击耐磨弯头,它是由进矿管1和出矿管4构成,所述本体腔室背部设有背部隆起腔2;所述出矿管4和背部隆起腔2的末端设置缓冲平台3;所述弯头的外弧面上设有钢板7;所述钢板7和弯头的外弧面之间设有耐磨填充物6;所述进矿管1、背部隆起腔2、缓冲平台3和出矿管4为一体化结构;所述外弧面和钢板7之间包覆焊接;所述背部隆起腔2的腔室内表面为加厚背背脊面;所述进矿管1和出矿管4的管口处均设有法兰5。
